Jose and his team are the BEST!!!! The process of repairing our car was not easy as the parts were not available anywhere due to the pandemic. He tried and creatively worked with us to figure out an alternative solution which he did. THen he said he would receive these doors and parts in 5 days and all he needed was three days to complete the fix. He was right on! He kept to his estimate and did not overcharge us one bit, even though he had additional expenses to pay to get these parts. His desk staff was great also and communicated with us often. He did a BEAUTIFUL job, and he is very PRofessional and bottom line….. he really CARES! We would highly recommend him !

Melvin Reyes, was supposed paint my car nothing else instead he ruined my car, the inside leather and panels and now he wont take my calls he gave me my car at night time, so he knew that I wouldnt be able to see all the damage, and now he wont take any of my calls.

A real Nightmare!!•My car was estimated by my insurance to take 5 days to repair- it took almost a month and still not fixed!😱•A individual by the name of Alejandro after almost a month of having the car informed me that he is only a “body shop” and that he does not do mechanical work AFTER he accepted repairing my car from an accident.•Alejandro asked me to meet him at 9AM at the body shop in lynn on Saturday 06/ 23/2018 and he NEVER showed up! He did not answer my call and until TODAY never called back!👎This is not what I expected since I was referred there by a friend- even my friends are in shock with the lack of professionalism and deficiency in consideration for the client.☹️I wish Alejandro had been at least responsible if he couldnt be caring.Strongly do not recommend, and I do not write reviews often.**Also, if you notice several “positive reviews” are from the same person repeatedly. Best of Luck to future car owners who need repairs.🤗

I couldnt thank them enough for fixing my brand new Honda Civic 16 twice. Yes twice lol, all due to others hitting my car. But they made my experience full of relief and I couldnt be happier. Jose the owner is a certifified appraiser and made sure I was taken cared of.For someone who doesnt have any knowledge of the auto and insurance industry, going to Carribean Auto Body, Jose and his team including my insurance agent, Carlos made sure to educated me about everything from what I can do, howd they fix it, and basically making sure that if anything happens again, theyd be able to fix my car legitimately.My advise to customers is to check them out, ask the right questions, and do not make the same mistake I did the first time which is calling them every estimated time for updates, just let them do their magic and they will call you. Because in the end, your car will look brand new as if nothing happened, cleaned and extremely well detailed. Thank you to the Team of Carribean Auto Body for putting in so much care into fixing my car. You guys are the best and will highly recommend friends and family to your shop.
