Place was already good under previous management. But now the new management definitely sets an even higher bar for costumer satisfaction.. 20 out of 10!!

Love the customer service at this location. No matter the time of day the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The Portuguese breakfast sandwich and the banana nut muffin are my favorites!

I have always loved Honey Dews! Growing up on the North Shore it is a tradition for my family to go to Honey Dews and get an ice Mocha madness and drive to the beach. The Mocha Madness is great hot or cold and even with almond milk which is how I drink it. Also theres no need for added sugar either, great if your health conscious but want a naughty treat! Plus the Watermelon lemonade is sooo yummy, it taste like a jolly rancher juicey. Stop by and enjoy.

I love honey dew donuts and always used to get it before work in the mornings. However when I came around 3 oclock Ive noticed that the quality of food has gone down and was disappointed by the stale donuts and burned coffee (given that I drink plain black). I gave this place 3 stars since for the morning shift theyd get 5 and 1 for the afternoon

Its a great place good people meet there the girls are all good workersMARIA WHO HAS WORKED THERE FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS SHE HAS A BIG FOLLOWING.SHES BEEN OUT OF WORK FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS .MARIA SAID SHE WILL BE BACK SOON. WE HAVE A GROUP OF GUYS THAT GOES THERE AND IF SPORTS ARE ON TV THEY PUT SPORTS ON TV FOR THE GUYS ALSO FOX NEWS.REV.FATHER MIKE COMES THERE NIGHTLY AND TAKES THE LEFT OVER DONUTS TO THE LYNN SHELTER. Staff employees were very loud and not all that friendly when servicing customers. Cinnamon buns tasted like they were left out for a few hours and not very fresh tasting. Would likely pass on this place next time.

Service is also fast like Dunkin Donuts but Honey Dew has more flavors of coffee to choose from.

Love the local flavor. Also way better tasting food and beverages and muffins and donuts 25% bigger. No brainer!

The ladies and gents of the Lynnway HoneyDew are some of the kindest in the service industry. They remember everyones name and always take the extra step of checking in with you on a personal level. But dont let this think it distracts them from their service. Never a long wait and never a wrong order. Definitely my favorite place to stop before heading to the office. Thank you.PS - bonus points for a scrambled egg on your breakfast sammie instead of that fake fried egg that Dunks gives you!

Just much better than Dunkin donuts in every way they just dont have as much stuff!!Great people great customer service!!they really have always been better for coffee and food then Dunkin donuts people just dont know about it..The only ones that really survived against Dunkin donuts is proof positive of this company!!

Getting a Frozen Red Bull Lemonade is pretty much ritual for me and my partner on my Friday 911 shift in Lynn...

Their donuts make Dunks look puny, until I find otherwise, only Kane s Donuts are better. And who can possibly not like a breakfast sandwich that has 3 pieces of French toast, with bacon egg & cheese between 2 pieces & sausage egg & cheese between the other 2! A good place to go to enjoy good coffee, good pastries & time with friends.

Well i have a great experience everyone is friendly and the coffee rolls are always fresh like the rest of the merchandise.

Friendly stuff, above all better than DD however prices are higher than Starbucks. Honey Dew medium $2.55 plus .18 tax for compare that to Starbuck medium for $2.10 plus .18 tax, you get the picture-Bathroom has no running hot water and it’s always locked.

This place is full of wackos! The employees seem out of it and can not hear your order. Its full of loud old people. They hover over you while your eating just to watch TV. They have no good options on donuts. The coffee and muffins were ok. I had to take my 2 kids and leave quickly.

I enjoy HONEY DEW so much I eat there daily! What I like the MOST out of MANY GOOD THINGS; is they tend to Make it a point to know YOUR NAME, YOUR ORDER AND THEY ARE REGULAR PEOPLE and Make sure what you ORDERED IS WHAT YOU GET..At anytime during the Day you are bound to order from Women you know on a personal level..The management HAS NO PROBLEM HELPING OUT OUT FRONT AND ELIETE AND VOLNEI are very personable and I am not the Richest person and buying breakfast can set my bank account back..but BREAKFAST is the MOST Important Meal of the Day!- AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE MY COFFEE AND FOOD THE WAY I WANT...THEY AIM TO PLEASE..S.D.

I never ever write reviews. I am today because Of my drive thru experience . Simple order . One medium ice regular . One medium ice just cream . Bottle of water . Plain bagel with butter ..... Had to repeat my order literally 5 times because she kept repeating it incorrectly.. After that I was given the wrong drinks twice and wrong bagel twice (once with peanutbutter and once with cream cheese and butter) .Then to top it off after I was given the incorrect drink 3rd time and accepted deFeat, I was told to give the tray back because it didnt look like I needEd it anymore I guess? but I couldve definitely used it to walk up 3 flights of stairs with 3 drinks once I got home . I guess trays are only to pass the drinks to the car and then are recycled ?????
