After 8 months of no word on my computer repair . Lost my computer and then gave it to me with no screws to hold the bottom case to my computer

I left my Mac pro for repair repair and he couldnt find out what the problem after a week of having my laptop on his hands. But now my computer makes a weird noise that wasn’t there before and on top of that he still charge me a check up fee.
