Cheryl the on-site manager is fantastic. She is always there to assist with anything I needed to make moving my items into my unit to be painless. This place is great and clean. Lost my keys and when I showed up to ask if anything was found she had them in a safe place and was on point making sure my keys were returned to me. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will be sending everyone to talk to Cheryl.

I was caught in a real bind in moving my stuff into storage this last Saturday. Cheryl went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure I was well looked after and honestly, if it werent for her, my entire weekend would have been thrown into complete disarray.If I could give 50 or even 500 stars to Cheryl, I sure as heck would do it. Waste of time and money. Access hours make no sense. 6-6 and the elevators stop working at 6 so if you’re in the middle of moving stuff it’s pretty much screw you. Customer service is no help. I was looking forward to using the service but I will be bringing my service elsewhere. Elevator is not even big enough to move furniture.

**The five stars are reflecting the local employees NOT the company**Im honestly not a fan of the company. There are far too many rate changes and they have some policies that are very anti-customer. The rate changes seem common among the storage behemoths, but I dont understand how they can enforce policies that make absolutely no sense other than to make their administration processes easier. I imagine they dont wish to update their software to allow for basic courtesies.That being said, Ive rented here for a few years. Call it a lack of moving ambition, I chose to stay even though Ive had some rough experiences. Maintenance of doors, elevators, gates, have been... disappointing in the past. They have recently updated some things. I have to say, I love the app to make access easier.Cheryl was a gem when I had to move units due to construction. I was very upset by poor communication and lack of clarity with correspondence from corporate. (insert rant). She handled my complaints well, did not get too ruffled,and escalated to the district manager. She handled the situation perfectly. After some creative thought, she made a suggestion that both saved me money as well as got out of the ridiculous time limitation put on me to change units. (insert another rant).On move day, she helped navigate access confusion (introduced by having two units temporarily) and what codes to put in for elevator access. Very quick to respond, very pleasant.A few hours after moving, she called me and left a vm... I hadnt secured my unit well. She found this during a lock check. New-to-me type of door - I messed up! But, her call allowed me to fix pretty quickly.So... All in all, I think Cheryl and is a great asset to this site.

They are working to update the building, but there has only been ONE elevator working for over 3 weeks now. In addition, we went one day during the week and there were about 6 contractor vehicles (people working at the building) taking up all of the already limited parking spaces, where the ONLY functioning elevator is located. For the rates they charge, there are better options available...
