I had a great experience with my rock chip repair. Really nice, chill, and proficient. He fit me in the afternoon even though he was working on a project, and the repair was quick and perfect. I can now use the defroster and heat in the cold mornings without worrying that my rock chip will grow into a huge crack that’ll force me to replace the windshield.

Friendly and prompt service. Half the price of the shop my insurance wanted to use. Cant say anything bad. Called day before and got a quote. Next day I had a new window after mine got smashed from a break in. Added bonus, the window replacement went so quickly he even knocked off $20 from the quote.

Ive been using these guys for a while and after 3 visits I keep getting great customer service, fair prices and I get to support a local small business. Insurance companies always try to steer me towards the big name. They just treat you like another number and try to get you out of the way as soon as possible. Demand that you will pick your own local shop, because this is how we help our communities.

Poor technical, never come back .after They replaced my front windshield the windshield had leaking and big gaps on the top of 2 corners.

From the 1st time I spoke to him on the phone (he diagnosed what he thought could be the problem) To offering me to come in so he could take a look at my car (and his diagnosis was spot on!). He then quoted me the cost to repair and obtained my agreement before he ordered to part. When I offered to pay, he told me that wasnt necessary, hed simply call me when he was ready to install. EXPERT KNOWLEDGE, yet doesnt flaunt it and hes very unassuming. If you trust him, youll find out EXACTLY what I mean! I wholeheartedly and highly recommend!

They were a bit pricy, but very professional. While others were not ready to give me an ETA for the repair, they went on aggressive, and gave an ETA, earlier than my time. When they got the glass, AMD i requested them to accomodate in the same day, they did it, and repaired it. Good work

Made a appointment with Gary on a Monday afternoon he said he had a full plate but to bring it in the next morning at 8am and that he would make sure he got it done and sure enough it was done by 1:30pm that afternoon. Very professional all around and will be sure to go there again if ever need glass work done.

Excellent and fast service and the most reasonable price! The passenger side window was replaced around 1 hour and the price is the most reasonable price among 3 shops that I researched ($135 cheaper). Gary was so professional and a great communicator as well. Highly recommended!

Had broken side window. Called in the morning. By afternoon I was driving with a new window. He cleaned the broken glass. And gave a fair price. Highly recommend using Alderwood Auto Glass of Lynnwood to anyone needing a window repair or replacement.

Talked to the guy on the phone prior before stopping in and he made it sound like it’d be no problem to replace my rock chip on front windshield, then when I get there after rush hour traffic he explains it’s in a spot where he can’t do it because it will leave a smudge and still be in my line of vision so he suggests I go to oreilys and do it myself. Now the crack is spreading because he wouldn’t just replace the chip. Waste of time
