Good service and better pricing

Replaced glass in 2 aluminum framed windows where the seal had failed. Saved a lot over replacing both with vinyl windows. It did take a while for the glass to come in. Installers were both polite and respectful of our home. Only way you would have known they had come and gone is we can now see thru the windows, not cloudy any longer.

Ive had several windshields replaced by AG, however the last time I had one done, the interior of my vehicle was terribly dirty. I even cut my hand on glass that was left on the seat. The vehicle itself was parked such that the fence behind the bumper was pushed out. After I left and paid, I had to again provide the VIN number and additional data which could have been obtained while the vehicle was in the shop. I wasnt overly thrilled with the service this time.

We had a broken window (one of the double-pane) and two exterior doors that had previously broken stained glass inserts that we just needed new plain glass for. I called a couple places and was glad Associated Glass took the job because it was too small for other places. The technician was amazing - friendly, did a great job, and super kind to our black lab puppy who forgot her manners both times he came (she really liked him). What was disappointing is the support from the office. We booked in early May - and was offered an appointment on the 24th. I was surprised it was so soon, so I said May 24th? and she said - oh no - I was talking about June. Ok...usually when you switch months, you clarify that, but no big deal. I mark my calendar with our appointment time and forget about it for 6 weeks. On our appointment date, hubs asked if they were coming that day and I realize I dont remember hearing anything from them. I check my phone for texts or emails confirming the appointment. Nothing, but I guess thats not terrible - just odd since most places do that nowadays. So I called to make sure we were still on. We were; the woman checked where the technician was and gave me an ETA (still within the time window) - all good. The technician arrives and Im on work calls the whole time, so my husband handles it. Afterwards, I see the glass is fixed, good/clean install - Im excited. I asked hubs later if hed written a check or used a card and hubs told me he said theyd charge it to the card the deposit was made on. Fabulous - all set! Today (Friday, 7/2), I get a phone call from Associated Glass. The woman on the phone proceeds to tell me that theyve been trying to reach me and had no response on the several emails for the outstanding balance on the work that was completed last week. [the tone was super condescending] Im surprised and say - oh goodness, sorry - my husband said it would be charged....let me see what happened. The woman then proceeds to tell me about how ya, thats not possible because our systems wont keep your card, blah, blah - (explaining why I was wrong for even thinking that was possible vs. hearing that it was a simple misunderstanding.) So now Ive got my card in front of me, and ask where I can get the link to pay online and she makes a passive-aggressive comment about how its in the emails. I tell her Im looking at my inbox now and I havent seen any emails, let me check junk mail - whats the from email I should be looking for? She then says (again, super snotty) its from the same email weve sent you every email from - (then gives me the address). Um...ok. I take a deep breath and tell her I found an email, but theres no link to a payment portal. She sighs exasperatedly at first, and then says (much nicer now but still clipped) oh - thats odd, its usually linked automatically and its not. Let me send you a new email with that link. I thank her and tell her Ill settle it. After we hang up, I pay the bill - and then go look to see how badly I missed their repeated attempts to contact me. Before the call, I had 2 emails, folks. One on Monday (it was Friday) and one on Thursday. And clearly, they had my phone number all along because she called me today. So - I guess customer service isnt their strong suit...? I dont often leave reviews - but this felt worth sharing. Too bad - the work was good (hence the 2 stars - otherwise it would have been none).

I called to order 2 small pieces of replacement glass.. 13×15 plus, inches....Call transferred my to Snohomish... Im 2 blocks away, Lynnwood... they transferred...After a week, no call... I had to call them!??!Glass was Ready... no one called... a schnit ton of money for 2 pieces of glass!!!But, I needed them... I dunno what to say...Replacement Glass for two antique outdoor tables... was costly!!!?

Very pleased with the quality of service received. The replaced a very large rounded picture window in our dining room and every interaction was exceptional. Highly recommend them.

I really wanted to use this company for their service. They came home to measure and quote for my house windows. To email or respond about the quote it takes them almost 2 month and even didn’t get any response yet. I regret to go there and waste my time also wait this much time.

Had to have some glass panels for a display case. I needed four panels to replace ones that were broken during shipping. They measured the dimensions and I told them that I would install them. When I came back the panels were cut and installed. They said they wanted to make sure everything fit right. They did a great job and made sure the glass worked.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with!! The guys who installed were professional, friendly, hard working and fast! They also worked very clean. No big mess when they were finished. This time had two bedroom windows and a very large living room window replaced. We have also used Associated Glass for car windows and a glass shower wall for walk in shower.

I had several windows replaced where the seals had broken. The Associated people were very responsive and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the installation even though there was a problem with one window. They identified the problem before I had a chance to look at it, said it was their responsibility and ordered a new window and didnt charge me for the remaining balance until the new window was installed. I thought the pricing was very competitive and I was very satisfied with whole job. Would definitely use them again.

Associated Glass provides window and glass door maintenance for my condo building. I was not aware that they also offer glass shower doors until one of the installers gave me a heads up.The quote was fast and easy. The infield measurements were a breeze, and the installer arrived early. The final product looks great.Thanks for a job well done.

When times are tough, you can still count on associated glass to be there for you.i was in bind and needed to repair a window quickly that was needinh to be done before the closing date of my house(i was selling it)i called around and no one could help me. given the viral situation i understood.with the help of the gal on the phone, we were able to pinpoint what i needed in order to fix ny window myself. they provided ne with wgat i needed. they went above and beyond and saved the day. i highly reccomend this company.

I have used the shop in Lynnwood twice this month and their service has been fantastic. I tried a place closer to my home for a small job and they did a crappy job. I took the same Glass tiles to Associated and they cut it perfectly and changed nearly half of what the other place did.Thank you Associated for great service at a fair price.

Asked for a quote on two pieces of 1/4 inch thick tempered glass 60 in by 16 in. Price was three times of the price that Perkins glass in Seattle offered me.

They were very rude and Not helpful at all. I felt like my very presence was an I convenience! Very disappointed. I cancelled my order and went somewhere that is much less convenient for me, but I was treated wonderfully and in the end the exact same product was significantly cheaper and I felt like they cared about my needs and that I was a priority to them. I will not be back to associated glass!

My Toyotas driver side mirror glass decided to fall out while we were moving. It didnt make it. Called Associated and talked to Rachel who ordered a new glass. Told me to come after one this afternoon. A very upbeat, and confident young man, cut and installed a new mirror in about 15 minutes. Rachel and her associate at the front desk are helpful and professional. Cudos to Associated Glass.

I have worked with these guys on several door replacements and found everyone i have worked with very professional and knowledgeable.(unlike the Big Box Stores)The product delivered was exactly to spec and the quality and price reasonable. You get what you pay for and Frank lumber delivers.

Scheduling a time for them to come provide an estimate for our shower door was easy, the same gentleman who gave us the estimate also came to install the door, he was friendly, the finished product is beautiful and the price seems reasonable, given the quality.

Always good qoutes and reasonable prices. I have used associated in Lynnwood many times over the past 20 years and have always been impressed with service and professionalism.

Helpful with ordering 5th wheel glass window.

Associated glass replaced the windshield on my BMW. They put too much glue on and glued it to the A-pillar covers, the glass wasnt centered, and they tore the fabric off one of the A-pillar covers. I had to go in three times to try and get them to fix it. They gave me the run around every time.The tech even originally had the guts to tell me that I would have to pay to get it fixed. They charged $100 more than All-Star Auto Glass and wouldnt work with my insurance (contrary to their claim on their webpage that they would). They were rude and tried to avoid helping me at every turn. I would never ever take my business there again.

Extremely unhappy with the billing they did for a job. We made the mistake of paying the entire estimate before they replaced our window in our garden window - BIG MISTAKE. They estimated 3 hours of work and it took 1 hour and they did not return any money even after my builder tried to contact them. In fact, they did not return his call. Our builder also felt they were sloppy doing the minimum instead of cleaning up the drain rack while it could be done before replacing the glass. If you decide to use them, BEWARE. Their labor charges are extremely high and then to walk away with 2 hours of pay with not doing anything is piracy. We feel we donated $400 to Associated Glass!

Quoted one price after having them look at my car. Then came in to have them Fax the quote to the insurance company and the receptionist was very rude. Price had almost tripled and they claimed to have no memory of the earlier quote a few days earlier even though the car was thoroughly checked out. $200 dollar quote was now around $500..The insurance would have taken care of this but she was extremely rude so I left. Should have read the earlier reviews and saved myself some time.

Horrible customer service! The two ladys there today were so rude to my mother that I am fuming. She called them earlier in the week to have a windshield repaired. She told the lady she would bring the truck in on Friday. When we arrived today they told her that she needed an appointment and they needed to order the glass and that they would not fix it for her today! Why do you think she called you guys earlier in the week?! To rearrange the whole fleet of trucks to bring it in to you for you to have obviously messed up but try to blame it on the customer? Absolutely appalling in their rudeness and lack of apology. Will not be back.
