I had my car broken into thru the rear window and I was connected with the West Coast Auto Glass as my insurance company premium vendor. We had to deal with the window replacement in downtown region on a busy Monday morning. The person doing the job and service for me was the most wonderful person, kept the appointment at low stress for me, and did an excellent job with my car.

I came in to replace my windshield several montage ago, and the quality of service was incredible! I came in today with some tree sap that got stuck on my windshield, and they helped me clean it off. The staff is super friendly, and their work is excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality auto glass service

Very happy with my service, I parked my car and gave them the keys, 30 seconds later it was in the shop and they started right in on it. Also the price they quoted me was the same they charged not a dollar extra. Ill be back here if I need more auto glass work.

The best way to evaluate a business is how they deal with issues. Initially they had a problem calibrating the lane departure system in my truck and credited back the service. When I called the dealer to do the calibration they wanted 4x the cost. I called back WestCoast and they brought in one if their top guys to attempt again. Second time was a success and they actually credited back a few bucks on the original quote (unrequested). I’d recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my door glass window replacement and Suzanne from West Coast Auto said she would get back to me once the part is delivered to them and when I called to check for the delivery, she immediately provided me the next available slot. The service was expected to take 2 hrs but they could finish it much earlier than that. The waiting room is pretty good with water/coffee and WiFi. I could work there while Im waiting for my car. Suzanne also helped me figure out my insurance details if I need a replacement anytime in future. This is a local business but they put serious effort and attention to detail to get the job done right. While I wish I dont have to go for glass replacements, if it comes down to that, Im all in to get it done at West Coast Auto Glass.

Excellent work by Corbin, only took about one hour to complete. Not a fan of being assigned a 3 hour window for arrival and then arriving the last hour. Time is pretty scarce and valuable. Also, dont appreciate hearing that you are still addressing insurance the morning of the appointment.

Fantastic job done on my 2003 4 Runner. Came in at the appointed time and left in about 3hrs with a new windshield installation. Had work done over a month ago, but just put in the review now. Wanted it to pour rain to check if sealed properly. Went to Canada and back, lots of rain no problem. I always make sure work is done right, to many shabby shops around. But believe me they did a fantastic job, even got a discount because Im a Veteran. Thankyou. Advice read the reviews google, yelp, whatever.

There is no one more critical than I am-yet I was very impressed with the service,and the location. The staff was professional yet friendly, the waiting area was wonderful,- they even laughed at my lame jokes. My purchase was cash from my own pocket for a windshield on my old truck. I was satisfied with the workmanship, the product and the overall feeling I got doing business there. This company could teach a lot to other companies about customer service. I rearly do reviews, but after reading the 2 one star reviews I need to give my input here, Im professional20yrs working on diesel and gas engines, when I took one of my vehicles for windshield they did excellent job (I watch them closely) and I had them fix my rear view mirror after safelite told me need new windshield (I just let them do what they need to do)In few words these guys are professional and they know how to fix your windshield

My moonwoof got shattered for 2 weeks and I never had a solution for it. Searched around the web and I found West Coast by accident, called up and got to talk to Barry, I have never felt more welcomed before at other shops. Came in for a quick peek/estimate, knowing for sure I may have to come back with an appointment because that is how business works, Barry wanted me to have a safe car for Thanksgiving so he and another guy got the part I brought along installed for me right away. Great service, went beyond the call of duty to replace the windshield in my Bentley. They took care of all of the insurance needs and did a great job with great care for my car....

Receptionist very difficult to talk to. Asked for a quote for glass replacement. “ It could be this price but it could be this price. But I can’t tell. It’s $129 for glass. It’s $120 for labor. Plus it needs glue which is $25, plus it also might need molding.” Geez lady give me the damn price already! Talking to herself while I’m waiting, “Let’s see...it’s this...and...plus...” Very difficult to talk to. If you can get past the annoying first call you might get a decent glass replacement.

They did a great job and were very courteous. And, yay, the waiting room has coffee and tea and snacks! My windshield was replaced in just an hour and a half.

Best advice ever was to contact West Coast Auto Glass! I was nervous to replace my 1988 Merkur XR4Ti’s windshield. It is old and rare and I needed someone who knew how to work on them. Barry, one of the owners, gave me the run through over the phone and we set up a time to do the work. Jason, another owner, came to my place in Wallingford and did the work. He was on time and finished the work beautifully!!! My 30 year old car looks amazing now! Plus I can see - a bonus! There were some moments I felt nervous with my old and cracked trim and when the just-as-old plastic bits would crackle. Jason wasn’t worried and put me at ease with his expertise and professionalism. I can’t be happier with the results! Thank you West Coast Auto Glass!!!

We had a BIG problem with the windshield in our motorhome. Barry and his crew kept working the problem, and found a solution. We cant say enough about their professionalism, workmanship, and commitment to making us happy!

I am extremely happy with the windshield replacement on my 2003 SC430. My insurance company has a relationship with Safelite, so I set up an appointment with them first. I was stood up and then rescheduled by Safelite 2 times. Their excuse was that my car was very difficult to do and would take 5 hours and 2 technicians to complete. After 3 weeks of delays, I called West Coast. They got me in the next day, my appointment started on time, it took less than 2 hours to complete and the price was equal to what other companies quoted. They have a nice waiting room and the staff is great.

They did a good job on my windshield but I wouldve given them a 5 star but my review sensor behind my rear mirror keeps falling down off the mirror back.

The employees offer great customer service! They are fair with their prices and most importantly take pride in their work.

Replacement was completed in about an hour windshield required electrical hookup. This was about 1/2 of estimated time required.

I witnessed a lady being a huge jerk to a foreign guy and whoever his work or maybe insurance company was on the phone. It was awkward and she was sassing off to the person on the phone something fierce and the poor guy didn’t understand her very well. She spoke to him like he was a dog and it made me so angry I had to walk out. Got my car fixed somewhere else.
