Hi, I had gone to a local mattress company shopping for a tempurpedic. Originally wanted a split king but the cost of almost 10k seemed a lot for a mattress. While on Craigslist, I found an add for mattress warehouse but was reluctant to try it as it was across the country. I did text and got an immediate response from Cody. He did not have what I wanted but did offer an upgrade from what I wanted. I expected a ridiculous price but instead was told that the split king was what I should purchase and if he could get me a good price would I purchase. Well he got me an incredible price about 60% less than the big chain, a better mattress and great adjustable bases. I still thought this could not be true but because of the incredible communication, texts, emails, and phone calls, I decided to give them a try. Whole process was great on their end, constantly working to get me the mattresses on time. If you see their add and are reluctant to try them, fear not. They are the only place to shop. Still can’t believe their prices. Look no where else. Cody is an exceptional business man. No chasing him. You send an email and five minutes later you get an answer. They should be the only place to shop for mattresses. Put all your doubts to bed and purchase from this great company!!

We bought our mattress here last year and the service was amazing! They found us the tempurpedic mattress we wanted at half price. It got delayed a few weeks with shipping issues, but the staff was very communicative and even set us up with a temporary mattress while we waited for ours to come.

When it came time to replace our mattress, I looked around and read reviews. Liked what I saw about Casey & Cody, so I took my wife up to have a gander at the store. One thing about my wife is you do not BS her- no lies, no syrupy-sweet salesman talk, all that. Casey handled it with great skill- he didnt BS or get overly complimentary, we explained what we wanted and he steered is in the right direction- all the while being engaging & personable. In our eyes, we got great customer service and an excellent price point on our mattress. Support local small businesses like Mattress Warehouse- in this taxaholic state they need all the help they can get and these guys deserve it!

I delivered some mattresses from CA to WA in my semi i believe Cody took inventory he was a cool dude we chit chatted for a little waiting for one of his helpers to get in to work witch never did show up so i had no problem unloading the semi with him he even offered me some $ to help unload i turned it down because people like this guy are rare... hes a good guy real honest and id give him the business

I love these guys, My Wife and I have been mattress shopping gfor a few months now and we were ready to spend about $7-9K dollars on a bed set up. we both have different mattress preferences so it was starting to get expensive to build a split king. we first started shopping at Ashley furniture if I could give that business negative 5 stars I would, the sales associate was so pushy and high pressured that it made bed shopping very uncomfortable, we couldnt even settle on a bed because the sales associate was just worried about making a sale. We then tried R.C Wiley they were really helpful the first time, but the second time the gentleman helping us was just like the guy at Ashley furniture. We all but gave up on searching for a bed. I then looked on Craigslist for Tempur-pedic mattress and an ad came up for Mattress warehouse.Mattress Warehouse has been nothing short of exceptional when it comes to customer service. I live in Las Vegas, NV and its kinda hard to buy a mattress over the phone, but, Cody and Josh ( I think it was josh Im terrible with names) they are AMAZING!!!! I told them the mattress that we were interested in and they helped locate a store here in Las Vegas where we could try them out before buying. I must have called them about 30 times in 2 days, and every time they were so helpful, My Wife and I were extremely pleased with the level of customer service the provided.We eventually settled on our bed set up. I went with a tempur-pedic Hybrid Adapt Medium & My Wife loved the Aireloom Ingraham lush pillow top mattress, we also went with 2 Bedtech BT2000 adjustable mattress bases, everything thing shipped out in about 4-5 days and was in excellent condition. this bed set-up would have run us about 7500-8500 at either of the two stores I visited, here at the mattress warehouse we paid a little less than half for the same exact products.Thank you guys so much for the great experience you have gained a customer for life. no matter where we move, we will always purchase our beds through you.

Cody and his brother (sorry for not remembering his name) anyway they are ABSOLUTELY the best to deal with I purchased the Aireloom Ingraham Twin XL 2 for a King bed. Got them set up last night with the Adjustable base head and foot with massage. This morning my wife woke up with a lot less pain from her Fibromyalgia and Deginerative disc lower back pain. She said she hasnt slept that good in a long time without tossing and turning. I just wished you guys were closer so I can come and shake your hands.
