Very detailed oriented and customer service focused. Really appreciated the professional onsite visual design process that todays contractors overlook. Project went very smoothly overall. Whatever surprises came about, they resolved it swiftly. We recommend Bora&Co to all of our family and friends in need of trustworthy and professional Contractor.

Cannot say enough great things about Bora & Co. My wife and I have been waiting for years to do a whole home remodel to turn our existing home into our dream home. From our first meeting we had a real good feeling about Bora and decided to go with them as they worked within our budget, were extremely professional, helped emmensly with design, and so friendly. Throughout the entire process we were simply amazed with thier work. The detail and quality was incredible, communication was fantastic, and any concern or surprise that came up was handled and taken care of promptly. I also have to shout out the crew that were here everyday. They were so friendly, hardworking, and very detail oriented. A total pleasure to be around. Also to George our Project Manager. You were simply incredible to work with. The owners Cornel and Jonny run an amazing business and have really created a gold standard in home remodeling. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Best experience we have ever had. Thank you Cornel, Jonny, George, and every crew member that worked on our house and helped build our dream home. We cant thank you enough! If your considering remodeling your home like we did, look no further than Bora & Co. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Bora & Co Construction. It is a project we wanted to do for over 15 years because our kitchen in our 1947 bungalow had never been updated. We had the most outstanding experience with this company. We were impressed from start to finish, which was a period of only 5 weeks. The bid process was amazing. They came to our home and measured our kitchen, spending close to 2 hours of their time. The next morning we received two different proposed designs in 3D computer layouts, which was something that no other company did. We then visited their showroom to look at materials, and this was a great help in deciding which ones we liked. All of the work up to this point was free! No other company even came close to providing these quality services during the bid process.Because of all the pre-project work, and the fact that their bid came in at such an affordable price, we were absolutely sold on Bora. We chose the design and all of the materials right in their office - no wandering around to many places looking for what we wanted. It was quick and easy. Much work was accomplished just in the first week, taking the kitchen down to the studs, and doing the plumbing and electrical work. In the latter weeks, we were blown away by how Bora management coordinated all of the different steps with their skilled teams. We thought all of the Bora workers were top notch. They showed up when they said they would, and they worked hard all day, every day, to get the job done. It was a completely different experience than our bath remodel, which we did two years ago. That job was a nightmare and took almost 4 months to complete. This kitchen remodel was estimated to be 5-6 weeks, and it was done in a little less than 5 weeks. We were also surprised that Bora has their own photographer who comes to take photos of the before kitchen, and then comes when the work is finished for after shots. All of the digital photos are sent to the client after project completion. We recommend Bora without reservation! They are the best!

When we bought our home, we wanted to totally remodel the kitchen and living room. We wanted to find a design and build company because we needed expert advice on materials to choose and the look and feel of the kitchen. Other companies either wanted us to sign a contract right away or didnt provide design services at all. We chose Bora because they came to our house, made measurements right away, listened to our ideas and created a design without making us sign a contract. It really helped us visualize what we wanted. One thing I also appreciated was the fact that they came professionally dressed in their Bora Construction uniforms. This is not a big detail, but it shows they have pride in what they do. Other general contractors showed up in jeans and a t-shirt.Throughout the project, the project manager at Bora was very communicative and gave us a heads up on how the project was going. When they found a water pipe and HVAC inside the wall we wanted to knockdown, they developed a way to reroute the plumbing and HVAC on the same day and without the ridiculous cost overrun. They basically charged me for just the materials. Its this courtesy that they showed throughout the project. They did such a great job, we asked them to do the same cabinetry and flooring on the powder room. It wasnt in the original estimate and timeline, but they added it to the scope of the project and still kept their delivery date. Wow!The quality is top notch. The engineered vinyl tile looks beautiful and the stacked stone on the fireplace looks absolutely gorgeous. They made expert suggestions like adding more recessed lighting to the dining area and living room, which makes our home so much warmer and brighter.I have pictures of before and after. Ill be posting those if I can. We are pleased with our choice to go with Bora Construction. Oh, one more thing. The price was cheaper than the competitors by more than 10%. I know this for a fact because we gave the same specifications and ideas to two other companies. The other companies suggested similar materials and methods, but charged more.In the end, we got a new kitchen, living room, fireplace, powder room and dining room for less than the other guys. We had smooth communication throughout the project. Thanks Bora.

I have a mid century split level. I want to remove a wall between the kitchen and living room to create a, great room.  In addition, bring a gas line to the fireplace, kitchen, back deck and added 3 rectangular windows for additional light.  I used a website to find contractors and was given 3 referrals.  The first to respond was Bora Construction.  This family owned designed/build contractor set the high bar during our first encounter.  Cornel, the proprietor of this business looked through our crawl space and within minutes knew how best to proceed with the removal of our wall and the design of the kitchen area.  Within a few hours I had a design plan emailed detailing what we had discussed.  Other contractor wanted to charge a few thousand dollars for this service alone. On the day construction started Bora Construction employees were on time and ready to go.  They meticulously section off areas of the house to contain construction dust.  I left for two weeks and returned to the wall being removed, framing and mud work completed, gas lines in place, electrical and plumbing connections rough in, cut outs from the inside for the added windows and the hardwood floors repaired, sanded and 1st finish coat applied. The cabinets, counter top, windows, framing, painting, plumbing, electrical, recessed vent and final finish on the hardwood floors were completed in the next six weeks.  On time and within budget.  What continued to impress me is the quality of work from Bora Construction employees.  His workers are true craftsman and can adapt and change accordingly.  Very few changes were needed from the original design, however, when needed, Bora Construction was able to adapt quickly and with minimal delay.Going through a remodel is disrupted.  Bora Construction understands the process and is committed to helping its customers through it.  Bora Construction is deserving of the 5 Star ratings they receive.  Their work is exemplary and competitively price.  You owe it to yourself to consider Bora Construction for your remodeling/building needs.

I LOVE my new kitchen! Cornel and the whole team made the process painless and easy. From helping me realize my design dream down to every detail, to knocking down walls, to rerouting lighting and plumbing, and most important the finishing touches that bring my unique style into my home. Especially impressed with the clean up of each day that allowed my space to be livable while the project was being completed.

Bora & Co just remodeled our aging, inefficient kitchen, and we now have an attractive, updated kitchen-dining area that ties right in with the rest of the house. The old kitchen had two hard-to-access lower cabinets and not enough drawers. The counters were always cluttered and there was little space to work. Now I have enough cabinets to keep the kitchen reasonably tidy. (We even have room in the pantry for most of our appliances.) Thanks to everyone at Bora for doing such good work and really caring that we got the kitchen we wanted.
