Got a good price on carpet, they even told us about a sale that was happening in a few weeks and saved us some money. Excellent and timely installation.
Rude uniformative staff. If they are not helpful when you are buying, how helpful will they be if there is a delivery or installation problem? Ladies room was poorly stocked, dirty, and made me question, if they dont have supplies for washing their hands, are they icky people who dont wash after toileting? The carpets in the store are stained. Bad first impression overall.

High end store. Go if you have lots of money. I was in the $5/sf range and only had one manufacturer and 2 rows to look at. And then mostly ignored. They post no prices, make them up as you go. Or if youre super interested in one, Im sure the price goes up. They put down other her flooring stores. The know it all. Sorry but everything is on line now. Sales people need to come down a notch and be more thoughtful and accommodating.
We recently got our hardwood installed. While we had some hiccups in getting the wood due to Covid delays. Once the wood arrived, the whole experience had been smooth. The installer arrived on the scheduled time and worked overtime to ensure the best quality is delivered. I was a bit nervous at start but was super happy with the end result. I would also like to call out for professionalism of Ibrahim and his crew and how well they took care of the whole project. I cannot imagine to do another job around flooring anywhere else. Not very good customer service over the phone, I called about a backsplash for a vanity. They kept saying tile then hung up on me....
We took a chance and drove up to Lynnwood after absolutely terrible service and a snobbish attitude at the SODO location on 1st Ave. BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Cathy gave us great service from the start. We knew sort of what we wanted - a combination of luxury vinyl plank and carpet to replace the seriously old wall-to-wall carpet throughout our condo. Cathy walked us through several options and was very clear that supply could be an issue with some products because of the COVID renovation boom. The carpet was no problem, and she was able to get the LVP we chose from another Great Floors location. The quote was spot on what we were hoping for and she even provided additional product details our HOA needed to approve the project. I want to give an extra shout out to the installation teams. These arent your average Home Depot/Lowes labor-for-hire teams. The LVP installation was complicated because the previous owner had glued cork under all the carpeting on the first level. (Seriously, glue was slathered everywhere.) It was a mess. It took extra time and a lot of cleanup, which we were prepared for, but Greg and his team did a brilliant job AND got done within the construction window for our building. The carpet installation was one-day breeze in comparison. To top it all off -- Cathy found us some extra savings at the end of the project! We love her! We couldnt be happier with the outcome. Lesson learned: If you use GreatFloors and want to be treated like a real customer, avoid the downtown store and drive out to Lynnwood.

We ordered carpet for our vacation rental through the Bellevue store and all went great- fast and friendly. Recently I had a bad experience with the Lynnwood store when setting up a time for our residence. The scheduler/sales lady was extremely rude. We had previously scheduled a measuring appointment, when they were late I called. She was short and unapologetic, then called back 30min later and said they couldn’t come- in an extremely rude manner. I was about to move on but decided to call back and I got a different gentlemen that was very helpful and got someone out. Update: the rest of the process went great it was just the 1st person that was off, I’m glad I gave them another chance!
Ibrahim and his team were so wonderful to work with! Not only were they prompt and gave great recommendations, but they also completed the job ahead of schedule and the carpet installation looks wonderful. My fiance and I are in the process of renovating our first home together and the carpet installation made a world of difference! Highly recommend Ibrahim!
We had a wonderful experience at Great Floors getting engineered hardwood floors installed. Darby was very helpful in the office and Roman was absolutely talented in installing and working with a complicated stairway but the All-Star in the project was Ibraham, the project manager. He followed up at every turn and even took calls on the weekend. Really positive experience and our floors look sensational!
I came in to see a particular color for a Karastan carpet which they were out of at the bellevue location. Ibrahim Isbilir came over to help me, no pressure from him just great advice and knowledge of his protect.. The Bellevue location needs more like Ibrahim! Thank You for your helps Ibrahim
Walked in today and there were two associates sitting at desks with customers. They looked at me as I came in. No greetings. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes, and worked my way back towards their desks again occasionally looking their way to make eye contact with each of them. I was never greeted with any sort of Hello, Ill be with you as soon as I can, or Can I help you locate something. Nothing. They had some interesting options. Its too bad that I will never go there again.
1/3/2020: Special ordered rug, backing, and binding, fully paid in advance by credit card. After the due date passed, I called and emailed to inquire on the status (1/23/2020). I was informed that the backing wasnt meant to be attached to the rug and binding. Branch Manager Jim Dahl said, I will cancel your order and submit a refund to corporate we will mail you a check sorry for the misunderstanding I guess we don’t offer the backing you want. Almost three weeks later (2/11/2020), I inquired about the status of my refund. The Office Supervisor, Jennifer Collins, replied that she just received the refund request and she submitted it to their Corporate Office, and quoted 2/19/2020) for receiving my refund check. Upon not receiving the check, I submitted a dispute with my credit card, received an immediate conditional credit, and ultimately a final confirmed credit for the full amount.I wouldnt have an issue with this had my refund been processed and received correctly, but their delays and lies are unforgivable. Great Floors has lost any hope of ever having any of my business in the future.
Customer service while in the store is excellent. Worked with someone named “Darby,” who was a gem. Beyond that it was a rough experience. We could not get in touch with anyone for scheduling so they had our money in full and we just couldn’t seem to get ahold of the person in charge of scheduling, for days which was extremely stressful just having no idea of any kind of plan and being out $1,000. We were on a rushed timeline and chose this company because they said they could schedule us for an upcoming Friday. After having zero contact with us, the scheduling manager called us on Friday morning to let us know they wouldn’t be able to make it. Had we known that, we would have spent more time choosing a different carpet that didn’t need to be there by Friday or even maybe chose to go with a different company. They promised us they would be at our house Friday and ended up not being able to make it. We had family coming Saturday so I needed the carpet. My problem is not with the fact that the scheduling mistake happened, it was with the absolute complete lack of communication. The carpet is nice, but in the future we will not be using this company because the lack of communication is very stressful.

Need to hire better drivers. One of their vehicles almost ran me off the road tonight in Mill creek. Didn’t signal just started turning into my lane an almost took me out.

Well not so great came in with about $13,000 dollars to spend on a tiny kitchen remodel the lady who was kinda helping me did not seem to want to help at all and I was looking or floors tile and counter tops guess these people dont want a sale I will just go to Home Depot or Lowes I received more help from them anyway she just said where everything was no price on sq footage or anything 000000 stars if possible these people wont help you unless you look like a millonaire and who are these people to judge anyone !!! Wont go back!
