These guys were amazing. They helped me and my fiance our getting a car with our newborn almost here. We bought a vehicle in 2017. We recently called in 2021 to inquire about a PRICE on a vehicle we were interested in. They had my husbands social security number saved in their system and even after being told 5 times NOT to run his credit we just want a price and than we will see. They ran his credit. I myself did NOT talk to them and they had my info saved from 2017 when I was a possible co applicant they ran my credit too in 2021. I did NOT authorize or speak to them at all. We will NOT ever buy here agai or recommend to anyone we know.. We talked to them about this and they said their computer does this automatically. Now they wont return calls after telling us they would fix this issue and write the credit company about accidental pull. We never got the price of the vehicle we were calling about either.we bought a vehicle else where.

Saying my credit is mediocre might be optimistic but I got into an suv I love for a payment I can swing. I spoke with Tyler over the phone who promised not to waste my time and did most of the work before I got there. I was in and out under a hour with 18 Lincoln MKX. Let me just start off, I personally have terrible credit and have been to many used car dealerships just to be turned down and reminded of all the mistakes Ive made finically when I was younger. I am 35 now and decided to get a secure credit card, after just two months of using it I went into the dealership to see where I stand. This is is where my review begins about these amazing people who dedicated their time to fulfil all my auto needs. I was pretty much about to give up on bettering myself as a person by the way I was being treated at other dealerships. The employees at this dealership totally understood that, were all just people and they just wanted to help me on my financial journey. They asked me what kind of vehicle I wanted. I told them the vehicle I wanted and vehicle I should probably get to build my credit. Well they surprised me by driving me to another lot and getting the vehicle I wanted from the start, assuming I would never get because I had bad credit. I just wanna say Im a proud owner of a 305hp mustang. Their were certain people who helped me on the way that I really wanna mention in this review because I feel they personally need a special shoutout. Corey was very kind while I nervously talked at him thinking I was actually about to purchase a car, he was very relatable and made me feel calm about the whole experience. Nick helped through all the paper work and major signing I did. He made sure I knew exactly what I was signing and what it was for. He definitely made me feel I wasnt signing my life away to the banks. Shoutout to Winston who had to hang out with me for hours, offering to buy me a pizza or burger or get me something to drink just to make me feel more comfortable. Lastly Max who basically did everything he could to help me out in everyway. He promised me he would get me what I want and told me exactly what I was I getting myself into. This mans personality makes you feel like youre the only person in the world that matters and he comes through with his promises. I cant say enough about this person except if you are buying a new car and youre nervous about your previous credit, come to him. Now I wake up excited to drive my major financial decision. Not only am I building my credit but, im generally just happy to drive it. Makes all the difference when you have a car payment everyone month and you actually like your car. I called today about buying a subaru! And nick one of there finance people would not tell me the price of any of the cars I asked about he told me just to come in tomorrow and we would look at them and get me financing. Which this rubbed me the wrong way. So on the cars was a dealer license plate on all of them so I called the dealer and they told me the prices. I called Nick back and asked if these prices were right and he lied about not knowing the prices so I told him thanks for his time but he lost my business
