The car we got had alot of issues and we were told we were buying a car and that we had one payment a month after four months they finally said something about the second payment and that we were leasing to later trade in for another car. Jessica who does the financial part for the lot always has a snotty attitude. Wont be buying another car from them which is to bad before the original owner passed away they were really good about fixing any issues and had great customer service...

Do not give these guys your money as a down payment if youre not ready to buy. They will take your money and not give it back. I was told by the car salesman and the lady who took my 1000.00 down payment that I was approved for a honda. After it was all said and done my credit wasnt high enough for it and they tried to put me in an tan Buick which I didnt want. I then asked for my down payment back but was denied. After i made a big fuss they gave me 250.00 but refused to give me the rest of my money. So I couldnt get another car from a different lot because these guys robbed me for my 750.00. The guy who process the loans and negotiate is a horrible person. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Was initially going to come purchase one until I started asking around. My family had purchased cars from them and three of my family members had the same experience. Would not recommend.

I asked for the payoff amount and recieved it. I sent a check it cleared my bank August 3rd 2021. I have not received anything from Cardon Cars no acknowledgement that they have received the pay off amount. No title for the car. Nothing. I have contacted them and been ignored. Be very wary doing business with these people.

Got a car from Carson That ran for a week Before the motor exploded Back in 2018 So they picked it up because it was under 90 Day warranty. They gave me a loaner car which also broke Which made me a bus rider which defeats the whole purpose of why I bought the car from them It took him five months to replace the motor In the car When they finally did fix it It never ran the same and the head gasket blew three months after With the new(used) motor in it So at this point I told him Im not paying for the car I told them to come to pick it up but heres what they do instead Gave them the address they told me theyd pick it up but instead they put a lien on it So I cant scrap the car cant get rid of the car and some Tow companies wont even pick it up so its been sitting at my moms house for 2 years With false promises of them telling me they will pick it up.

I brought a Audi from them and a week later they took it in the shop because it didn’t wanna start. I got it back and a day later the coolant was empty everyday. I called it in to have it looked it 1 week after having it back. He said I had to wait for an appointment which was the end of the month. I couldn’t drive it mind you I have to pay for coolant everyday . So I waited, he check it out and said there were a lot of things wrong with it . He going to need to stay with it and he would get me a loner car the next day . And they were closed the weekend . Didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks after me calling everyday trying to get a loner car for work . He than called me 3 weeks later saying it was about to be ready and the charge was $360. I said what why ? I just brought the car from you guys new . It shouldn’t even be in the shop . Now they are giving me the run around about my car that I have a payment on next week . Such bad Communication.

I placed a refundable deposit for a car I was interested in. I purchased a car from another dealership and have been in 5 times to request the refund and all my emails get ignored. It has now been 6 months and still no refund. I would NEVER buy a car from here after this experience

This is not even a one star rating it’s an -0 rating. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially young adults. They have very very poor communication skills. My son bought a car off the lot and supposedly “good condition” it was in the shop after one week because it would not start after he received the car back the car started acting up again ! He called everyday to have it checked out and they said he had to wait for an appointment which was at the end of the month so he was putting coolant in everyday. Then when the mechanic FINALLY took a look at it he said there was many problems with the car and then said he would get a loner car because he had work then gave him the run around about it and told him there was no point in calling everyday. Then after 3 weeks of NO COMMUNICATION they told him his car was ready the fee was 391$. First he didn’t even get to enjoy the car it was in the shop since he got it, second YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LET SOMEONE KNOW THE FEE BEFORE EVEN WORKING ON THE CAR !!! Again POOR COMMUNICATION && they STILL WANT HIM TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON THE CAR EVEN THOUGH HE HASNT HAD THE CHANCE TO ENJOY IT .AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT DO EVER WOST DEALERSHIP EVER. THEY TRY TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF BROKEN CARS !!

I went in to buy a Ford Raptor 2011 SVT package and David was my sales person. He was very helpful throughout the car buying process and did everything he could to meet my needs and get me into the truck of my dreams. He was transparent about the truck and the deals the banks where offering. There was a problem with the truck (cv axel) and a few other minor things. The Carson Auto Repair shop was just as friendly and kind as the people at the dealership. In the end I was taken care of by the dealership and my truck was fixed and ready togo in a timely manner. I was communicated with each step of the way and I never felt more at home.and taken care of by a dealership. if I could give 6 stars I would. if your looking for a great deal and great wheels then go to CarsonCars. they will treat you right!

I had a great experience w these folks. Ashlie was my initial contact. Fernando closed the deal and Scott got the financing through. They were all great.I dread buying cars but they made it simple enough given some details surrounding what I needed.I got my son into a really good runner and hes thrilled. Vehicle has a $50 glitch that we identified and they agreed to fix it post sale. Large inventory of cars and prices. I was very pleased with the outcome and Ill be going back.

Worse place to get a car from, DONT GET A CAR through them. they just try to get you in a car but knowing the car is a lemon. Car broke down weeks after, and wouldnt give money back and wants to make me pay to get the car back for a repair that I didnt even cause. also they have no communication while they have the car. Carson Cars kept their word to me... also their 90-day warranty helped me replace the alternator after it stopped working... Mike at their repair shop even gave me a loaner car to use during the repair... the 90-day warranty was 50/50 but I thought that was fair considering most car sales just send you on your way... overall a great experience buying a car from them with happy smiles all around... Absolutely horrid customer service. They never sent my license plates and then claimed that I didnt pay for them - as if I had an option to pay less than the total, which included licensing and registration on the receipt.Every time I called to try to sort it out, I had to speak to a very specific person and that person was never available. Even with trying to get maintenance records on the vehicle, I have to speak to the salesperson for some reason, and hes also not in when I call.Horrible way to do business.

My niece recently got her new car for her 16th Birthday!!! Congratulations! However, her learning experience wasn’t driving - it was to use caution when buying from dealerships such as this one.The check engine light hung on long enough to drive the car off the lot - now - it’s not drivable!!! Poor girl. I feel so bad. This dealership could make it right by fixing the issue at hand. Our family isn’t even asking for a refund, just make it right and call it a wash.There’s a few reviews similar to this one - buyer beware.Also, if her car gets fixed - this post will be removed or updated with the appropriate feedback.

After buying my first car at a super shady dealership and it backfiring on me I did not want to have to finance and deal with another used car dealership. But after buying countless A-B cars and dealing with them breaking down only months later I decided to look around and buy a car I am super happy I was able to speak with Tristan in sales who helped me feel good about getting a new car with them and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns honestly .They did literally everything they could to help me get into a sound vehicle the same day the financing /admin team was super friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciated them steering me towards vehicles that they knew were going to be reliable. It is a used car lot that being said I did notice they have a very good range of different types of vehicles and in different price ranges so you can feel confident you will find something you like with what you have to pay down. Can’t say enough good stuff ty!

When we bought our 2015 Mazda CX-9 Sport they only let us test drive it up and down the block for a few minutes. Prior to purchasing the car we were made unaware of the extent of body damage done to the vehicle. Which we only found out when we hit i-90 at 70 miles an hour. The plastics on the front wheel and back wheel wells started shaking and wobbling really bad and making bad sounds as well as the left rear brake light is broken out of its spot. Body parts and brake light are missing plastic pins to secure. We have been trying to get this repaired for the last 6 months and they have been reluctant to keep us informed when the right parts are to be in so we can schedule a date to come in and have cosmetic details fixed. Within the last 4 months of purchasing the vehicle the brakes went out and they were also reluctant to fix it. It took a great deal of persuading and point making in order for them to agree to repair the brakes. We let them know that theres a law against selling vehicles in poor condition so they decided to not make a fuss about it and just fix the right rear breaks. They replaced the right rear drum and brakes however the braking system altogether is still in need of repair. It wobbles really bad when breaking. We have just had a horrible experience with Carson cars as far as purchasing our second vehicle from them. Which they never gave us our title to the first vehicle we purchased from them. This will be the last time that we trade cars in with Carson cars and try to make a common and basic car deal. I would recommend going to Northwest Motorsports who seem to have a lot more care for their customers and want them to have a safe and reliable vehicle. And when repairs are needed due to their lack of attention before selling the vehicle Northwest Motorsports is Keen on helping the customer with their needs and feeling comfortable with the sale of a vehicle.

I found the vehicle online. I sent my inquiry and I got multiple texts from different sales people. Addison texted me multiple times in 30 minutes, which was a bit excessive, in my opinion. She wanted to schedule and appointment around noon, but I asked to meet earlier. She said I can meet with a gentleman named Zack @ 9am. When I arrived for the appointment Zack, didnt make it in to work. At that point, I was ready to move on to the next vehicle at another dealer. A gentleman named Tristan greeted me and he seemed pretty cool, so I decided to stick around for the test drive. From there it was a great experience. Tristan and Robert is the reason why I stayed. They treated me good and didnt beat around the bush. Robert, got me the deal I wanted with no hassle. To top that he let me test drive the car for the day so I can run some errands. Scott, in finance, was awesome.I am always cautious going to smaller lots like this, but the vehicle was super nice. Very low miles (2015 w/ 31k miles) and in great condition. Very satisfied with my purchase and I am very happer with the team (Tristan,Robert & Scott) who helped me.

Worst experience all around. From no communication from the salesman. To them trying to tell me fuel leak isn’t a problem. The list goes on and on. Stay clear of this used car lot!!! Sales manager Scott is the type of guy who thinks he’s successful while working at a used car lotWould put negative stars if possible.Personally know a salesman there, who had mentioned they tell friends to stay away from certain vehicles knowing they have tons of problems

What a joke of customer service. Do not buy the extended warranty. They will tell you it covers specifics and then your 3500 out because sure enough it doesnt. Then you have a 30 day cancelation for money back and youll do so but Jessica will never send the check to you and refuse to take emails and calls. I proved that it was all taken care of on the warranty end and they proved the check was mailed to Jessica at Carson Cars. I have never seen that money again. Jessica is rude when you call and flat out doesnt care. They STOLE $1700 from us. Now wont even pick up our calls. Mike Carson if you see this get your staff in check or youll have a law suit. I want my $1700 warranty money back.

We just left. We had our heart knife set on a Dodge Durango. Would have been perfect for us. We were ready to make a purchase decision. However, the young man helping us Tristan did not wear masks unless asked you. He moved our car out to for us to drive without a mask. Then we get went into the sales office and no one had on a mask. Including the customers. Southern sales rep put on one when asked but when we looked around and realized that the only people wearing a mask in the place which is very small was us. We walked out. They lost his sale.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE. Everything was great leaving the lot Fernando was so helpful, perfect experience until I left. Since they dont put gas in the cars I needed to fill my tank... But I couldnt, anytime you try to put gas in it stops as if its full so I can only pump $1 at a time. They sold me a car that has a gas tank that doesnt work! And then expect me to come out of pocket to fix it. They obviously dont or cant ensure the safety or functionality of their cars. There was mold on my passenger seatbelt. My trunk was soaked in whatever they used to wash the trunk with but never dried it.Edit: I wouldnt have to come out of pocket for the fix, I just have to trust them to fix a car problem they supposedly didnt even know existed.

We purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 99k miles and a 2 year 24k mile Warranty. Had it 3 months and after 1700 miles it’s in the shop and needs a whole new motor. We contacted Carson Cars who said they could repair the truck, first appointment in two weeks, and would charge us for the full repair OR we could contact the warranty company. The truck has now been in the shop a full month, the warranty company will only pay for a used motor, however doesn’t pay for the labor associated with breaking the truck down or diagnosing it. So out of pocket we have to pay at least $1000 even though the deductible is only $300. Its barely driven 100 miles a week. What a scam of a company, they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and the warranty they sell is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody except my worst enemy.

Seriously the easiest car people Ive met in the last month+ of searching. They didnt phone stalk me after my first inquiry. They put up with me being flaky for 3 days in a row without pressuring or hounding me. When i got there the vehicle i wanted was getting body work done, but without hesitating they immediately agreed to get me a loaner for the week and are even bringing it to me by ferry on the other side of the water, financing was so painless that i barely even realized they were working on it and there were ZERO creepy salesman lurking around their clean, over stocked lot. I couldnt ask for a better team of men to work with. ROBERT, GARRETT and DAVID G.- i loved how u guys all worked together and made taking care of me a priority. I went in there expecting i would have to argue for every little request, but instead i left actually feeling good (guess i can return the ky i bought for our meeting 😂). We bought a Dodge Durango from them. Not long after, the transmission died. After that, the head gasket. $7000 worth of repairs.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They do NOT sell mechanically sound vehicles. They do a safety inspection, which ensures that the brakes work and the seat belts click. Then they wash it up. This place is a SCAM.

When I came back Zach already had the paperwork ready for us to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes and driving away my favorite car ever! Zach was so accommodating and such a joy to work with!
