Alfredo is amazing! We live in Idaho and came across a vehicle on their site that Ive been wanting and for a great deal. Alfredo sent us all the information on the vehicle and allowed us to put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it for us. We flew to Washington a few days later and Alfredo welcomed us to Washington and picked us up from the airport and drove us to the lot and helped us check out and purchase our new car! Their finance guy was a a little grouchy and could definately use a snickers but Alfredo was amazing!

I reached out to one of the sales people because I needed a car. I let them know I was interested in one of their vehicles and it happened to be Corey whom I was interacting with. He said he was willing to help and that he was going to get something going on the car I was interested in. He didnt let me know any progress or what I needed to do. I even asked him to reach out to me. I still didnt get a response and its been more than 48 hours. In the meantime I ended up going elsewhere and am buying a Mercedes because someone else was willing to work with me. I work in customer service and I know what it takes to keep someone happy, even if it is not great news. You guys need to work on that. They could have had another sale but instead, I felt the need to leave this review and cannot recommend Castle

This dealer spams craigslist by posting cars for sale in areas that are nowhere near their actual location, does not list the actual price, lists cars for misleading prices, and uses keyword spamming in their ads as well. This practice is unprofessional and deceptive making searching for a vehicle that meets your needs near you very difficult. When contacted the sales department did not care about this issue and basically told me there was nothing I could do to stop them.

Great experience from first contact to closing the deal! My salesperson, Jesus, was very friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. I initially contacted them via their online portal and text and received prompt responses. I arranged to take a look at the vehicle after work that same day. When I arrived, Jesus had it cleaned, up front and ready to view/test drive. The facility is surprisingly nice, with many quality high-end vehicles available. The sales offices and showroom are modern and inviting. The test drive went well and the car was basically as described in the ad. Once I determined that this was the car for me, we went back inside, negotiated a few items and the price and the deal was done! The entire process was less than an hour! I worked with Jesus and his manager, and had the opportunity to chat about the business model, how they advertise, why theyre in business and what they are trying to accomplish. These folks are square shooters, plain and simple. No nonsense and fair prices.When reading any of the negative reviews, please take them into context. Its just difficult to fit some folks into vehicles due to credit, work history, etc. Im glad that Castle makes an effort to help these people, but sometimes a deal just cant be done.If Castle has another vehicle that piques mu interest you can be sure Ill be reaching out!

My husband bought a used vehicle from Castle.. everything seemed to go very well.. except towards the end of the deal. First off, one of the sales men told us to basically hurry up the purchase because his boss was grumpy and wanted to go drink..Next, we call back next week to put the rest of the down payment on the vehicle and the sales man blocked my husbands number after trying to reach him for over a week to finish this.. his phone apparently was disconnected.? Well when you try to call him at Castle they say oh yea we’ll have him call you back! It has been another week and every time we call to talk to him he has everyday off apparently. This place is a joke.. not only that they sell vehicles with problems.. they also didn’t activate any of the Warranties. We had to take it in already after having it three weeks for new spark plugs, coil pack the whole nine yards. The Warrenty was supposed to cover it of course but the salesman never activated it.... so we have been trying to contact the manager but of course they won’t connect us with him either... And we can’t get the vehicle back until we get the warranties activated to pay for it.... so screw it. Take it to google review to warn everyone else! Shady shady shady!!!!

If you want a luxury car I can assure you 100% this is not the establishment to go to.Reply to Owner: As a dealer i shouldnt have to educate you on what qualifies as a gray market vehicle, any car delivered outside of the USA will considered a gray market car. Thats why you havent provided an auto check for this vehicle. Further more I paid for the BMW inspection so its my loss because you never informed me it was a gray market car and also spent 4 hours on the phone with BMW NA and BMW CA and both confirmed two things: BMW NA confirmed it was a gray market car and second BMW CA stated it was there responsibility for future recalls. You wasted my time. Tell the customers the truth.
