Im so pleased to have had my stairs and total upstairs carpet installed by Western Carpet Center. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge, variety of choices and customer service. COVID threw everyone for a loop when it hit and I was just about to have my installation done when we went into Quarantine. Dave Schultze couldnt have been nicer leaving installation open to whenever we were comfortable letting installers into our home. No pressure, no hassle... Just patience and total support. All in all I feel like I got great value and also the perfect carpet for our needs. Installation went without a hitch and the installers did an artistic job of fitting everything perfectly. Clearly they take pride in their work. Im happy to leave this 5 star review.

Will and Dave helped us with replacing the old carpet in our house. They were very friendly and professional. Best customer service I have ever had with a business. We were extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Quality carpet and an excellent install, at a great price.

Got our kitchen floor redone a couple weeks ago, and the finished result was FANTASTIC! The installers were quick, friendly, well-spoken, and really knew their stuff. The cost came in well under the next closest bidder, as well. Can’t say enough good things about WCC!

You can hit the big box stores and the other big national chains, but before you buy, come to Western Carpet. Professionalism, experience and service, that and insanely competitive prices... I’m a deal. Go see Jeff or Dave... you can thank me later

The store and building it is in are a bit dated, but the selection is great and service is excellent. They really care about the job they do.
