We just got our new sideboard delivered and I am so happy! The Sales staff at the store was great - never pushy but super helpful while still allowing us to browse freely. We bought a Skovby sideboard and were told 6-8 weeks. I did have to follow up after 8 weeks but got a super prompt reply and explanation for why it was late (supply chain issues, which shouldn’t surprise anyone in this day and age). Scheduling the delivery was a breeze and the guys who delivered were so nice and did a great job. Overall we are really pleased with our experience and will likely shop there again!

The furniture is nice but the customer service is extremely off-putting. I custom ordered a $1400 recliner from them. Not the biggest sale for them Im sure, but still not a small chunk of change for a single piece of furniture. Through the entire thing it didnt feel like I was valued as a customer, but no big deal go on about your life. When I went in to pay the final balance and pick up the piece, that is when I decided I was never going to shop there again. Credit and debit card fees cut into the margins for small businesses so I figured I would just pay with a check for the last bit. I started writing a check and the lady scoffed at me thoroughly annoyed that I would commit such a sin and asked Is there no way you can pay with a card? You will have to wait 10 days otherwise. Now I can appreciate there is a settlement delay for a check, but there are about a 1000 more polite ways to ask if it is possible to pay using a card instead. In customer service what you say and how you say it matters, and I will not be coming back because of it.

We spent a few weeks looking for our first piece of furniture for our new home - given that at some price point, its really a long-term investment. We worked with OLIVER who was very accommodating, knew the specifications such as foam density for things we were looking at, tracked down inventory and estimated deliveries, and was not pushy at all which was great. He sent us home with plenty of information and colors to make sure we were picking the best style and color to match our home.We were very comfortable working with him.Now, our sectional arrived as promised a week after purchasing and we noticed there was some foam compressed - which we found out was due to it being in a cargo container for months and stacked on top of each other... these things happen.We were concerned since we just spent what we consider to be a significant amount. We worked with the manager BRIANNA(BRIANNE?) and MARTY who informed us that the foam should eventually recover after it gets to breath for about 6-8 weeks. But rather than chance that, she quickly offered to replace it since it was in their inventory. They showed me the same piece in the back to let me have a chance to inspect it, the store owner greeted us to personally explain how these things can happen, and then they arranged for it to be delivered/replaced in a few days.I am personally still very uncomfortable spending several thousands on furniture... but this has been a great customer-service oriented experience @Scan Design and I can see what my money is getting me here. We are eyeing our next purchases with this team!

Love this place. Weve bought a few pieces from their sale section upstairs. Customer service is great! Delivery was fast, and they truly care about their customers. Dont pay attention to the trolls in these reviews.

Worst customer service ever. Called them to inquire about something I was interested in buying but seemed like they’re not interested in selling. If thats how they provide service then I don’t know how they run their business. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from these people who doesn’t know how to properly provide customer service.

Owner is incredibly rude. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT THE END. I had an issue with a piece I bought from them and the owner of the company used profanity when telling me they were going to do anything to help resolve the issue

AVOID!I am interested in one of the dining table in store around the May time. The staff told me that there was nothing in stock, but they just ordered another 3 which will arrive around July. The staff suggested us to reserve it so that I can get it when it is arrived. He stressed that it is very popular and I can put a down payment of 50% to reserve it.In the begining of June, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel our order. I was told that I need to pay for a 10% restocking fee!!!!!I said this is NOT A RETURN! They just said that they couldt do anything and I need to think clearly and make the RIGHT DECISION! Rude!Its apparent that they want to get the money for free!!!! They say that they wont charge the 10% restocking fee if I get in-store credit instead of a full refund. What a business! They want a customer to make another purchase after going through such a bad experience!

I was shopping for a few unique bar stools. They had a wide variety of styles but only a few stools above the 29-30 seat height. The prices were not cheap but the furniture quality was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The find is the clearance room in the back! I will return periodically to find deals there.

We went here right after we were in another Scandinavian furniture store in the area. There was no one in the store except one sales person sitting at a desk who didnt bother to say hello. Prices were more expensive then the other store, furniture wasnt as nice and the lighting in the store was overly dark. It felt very blah.

AVOID! AVOID!!!!!Ordered a custom-made blue sofa in mid-January which was supposed to come around May.On May, I called to see if its going to be delivered on time. If its late, I can understand due to this Covid situation. They said they would call / email to let me know, but they didnt. I emailed again and called and the same rep said my order are supposed to come on the 22nd, they will know for sure on the day. Hmm...3 days had passed since then with no news whatsoever so I called on the 25th to check on the order, and they said the order was delayed because their factory was closed, and when I asked them about the approximate date, they said they have no idea whatsoever. They said they have the same sofa in grey color available and I could take a look if I want it.I set up an appointment and looked at the grey sofa, and I didnt like it, so I asked for a refund. They said they can do it but have to charge me for a restocking fee 10%.I said it isnt my fault at all since they didnt know when my sofas gonna come and I didnt like the grey. And they couldnt even give me an approximation of when the original blue sofa will arrive. The rep (Oliver) said he will try to talk to the boss and called me back.And like usual, he didnt call me back. (Sigh),And after 3 days, I called again to ask Oliver about his boss decision, he told me that his boss said that I still have to pay for the restocking fee which costs me 209dollars.Though I did actually want they money to be used to buy other furniture instead, and maybe make other purchase, I quickly changed my mind because of this fee. Since, if its the way that they are doing business, they would probably treat me this way again!Dont buyyy!!!!

Nice products, but full retail price and lots of attitude. If youre a big spender you probably love this store but you can save plenty of money and get much better treatment at Kasala or Dania unless you just cant live without the highest end brands. There are a few things that you cant find elsewhere, however.

This is a fantastic place to shop for furniture. No high pressure at all, you are free to look around and get comfortable. Ask for Sidney, she is low key and very easy to work with!
