Slot of the staff are rude cant be bothered to say hello, you have to do it first. Several are like bulls in a china shop. Stare you down, wont bother to come up to the checks and because they are too busy talking with themselves even though theyre looking right at you. Will plough right into you in the aisle. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE

Someone dropped a bunch of stuff on the ground, and I watched as an employee just gestured at it as he walked by. I picked it up so no one would trip on it. I also accidentally spilled some blueberries. As I scrambled to pick them all up, neither of the two employees that were near me said anything. I still purchased the blueberries since I had dropped them. I also picked up a second container but even I got home, I noticed that the blueberries and strawberries I had purchased were already moldy.The rest of the employees made me uncomfortable because they kept standing right next to me while I was using self checkout. They also started helping me with the checkout machine even though I never asked or needed help. It wasnt a good first experience here. But they had groceries in stock so they got that going for them.

Came back again but should not have bothered, its simply the worst level of service you can imagine! If this is what you are looking for, you came to the right place.

This store is a bit pricey, but the bakery is made in heaven. Olga the decorator is a master at what she does, and the bakery goods are outstanding. They use real whipping cream! Yummy!

Was just at the deli waiting in line and watched so many people touching so many things, then when it was my turn in line I asked for hand sanitizer before writing with their pen for an order and they said they didnt carry it there. Surprising not having such simple things for sanitization in a kitchen serving food to the public. They werent even wearing gloves. Thats disgusting and rather disappointing. Especially during times when a pandemic has killed people world wide and you still want to be disgusting and unsanitary.

The Amount of food waste in the Deli Section is insane!Every 2 hours 50lb of chicken is tossed away along with the entire Hot Area items such as Pizza Sticks, Jojos, and Mac and Cheese.These items go directly into the trash, employees do not get to take any of this home nor do they get to eat it for free for lunch, on top of this there is no discount on soon to be expired items.What would make more sense is: After 90min, discount all hot food products for 30min, customers can enjoy fresh hot food for the first 90min, while those who are budget conscious, or show up at the right time, can enjoy discounted hot food items.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a vegan, Ive constantly complained that this location and other Quality Food Centers did not cater to my allergy.They later added a Vegan section and only supplied Soy based products which is another allergy of mine (Soy free vegan)They soon supplied Wheat Gluten Vegan Products and I was more than willing to buy the items they had, but, unfortunately the vendor (or this location) marks up the price quite high. (6.99+ for 4 Wheat gluten sausages is insane). Id love to support the Vegan movement, If this location had more sales Id happily buy as much of this protein based food as I could, instead I walk by and wait for the price to lower. which then hurts the vendor because I refuse to pay the price listed.The Vegan/Organic Food Section hardly ever has sales and the new Bulk Food section is GREAT but its all Soy based which is probably why no ones uses it.Please support non-soy diets.

Michelle is organized, professionals and has alot knowledge and creative ideas for wedding centerpieces and flowers that on season around time your wedding. Excellent experience every time I am in this QFC. The staff are always great: super nice, super helpful. Cant remember ever having a problem here with anything: service, availability of staff, product quality, product freshness, and usually quite a few manager special deals around the store. I personally despise having to go grocery shopping, and they always make it an enjoyable experience.

Its a good place to pick up groceries, especially since its open 24 hours. The crusty bread is always good, often still warm. The fruit is sometimes subpar, but generally the produce is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Beware of the digital coupon scam! They only work about half the time, so ALWAYS check your receipt. At the Edmonds store, they fix it when it doesnt work, but not at this store! The cashier tried to tell me the website is wrong, & that loading the coupons to your card wont work unless you also download the app. He was such an abrasive idiot, I finally told him Id just do my shopping elsewhere in the future. Theres a nice Safeway about a mile away.

Clean, decent selection and prices are not bad if you have a member card. The produce section is not great, too many items are on the verge of needing to be thrown out. The automatic misting system for the produce cases comes on far too often and the drenched produce is typically rotting. Most of the staff is friendly.

Thats first just get this out in the open, I love QFC. My entire life I have lived by a QFC. In my opinion they have the best butchers of all the food chains. I opened my review this way because sometimes I get less than adequate service I believe. The store is not in a low income neighborhood and I feel like both the staff and customers might put me on a lower pedestal than themselves. Which I dont understand being how I am a Christian, a 3.7 GPA college student, and an audio engineer that has worked with many artists that are in the top of the music world. I guess dreadlocks and individualism are a low income status symbol.Lease dont get me wrong. Im not trying to pull some kind of poor me, poor me thingymagiggah, Ive been sporting dreadlocks now for early 30 years, and Im pretty used to it. But I just didnt expect it in this neck of the woods, becuz I just dont see anything in the neighborhood that would give them any reason to believe that they are on any higher level in life then myself.All of that aside, I would highly recommend this QFC for your shopping needs. Make sure you check out the ribeye specials that they always have in the holidays. Watch theyre not going to know... QFC has quality in the name quality in the products and quality in the service. Im pretty sure most people dont have dreadlocks or have anything to worry about God bless you

Easy access, has in-store Starbucks thats better than regular Starbucks stores, has Rite Aid next door, and a friendlier & larger staff (esp. courtesy clerks) than any other QFC Ive ever been to.

Open 24 Hrs, Good variety of products, plus Friendly and pleasant staff make this store my go to late night store.

The afro American, named BC or something is so rough and unpleasant guy to deal with Every time I go there, he dropped the change roughly, which is very annoying. Seems like he doesnt know how to treat customers nicely. Needs to be retrained or out for sure!!

Good selection, and the produce is usually very fresh but not as inexpensive as what you can get at Trader Joes.Wish they would keep the door on the west side of the building open later as that is closest to the bicycle rack.

One stop shop for all my grocery needs. Its very convenient and I can pretty much shop at any time of the day.

Made me feel like I did something wrong, I will NEVER shop here again. Was so embarrassed just wanted to exchange diapers and never was able to. Store seemed dirty also, maybe because it was older just felt dirty.

I was able to find what I needed and checked out quickly.

Limited choice on shelf items. Better all around choices at QFC at Westgate.

I was sitting and enjoying my coffee when I noticed two little boys staring at the cookies. An employee named Mrs. Robinson asked her boss if she could give them a cookie each which she replied of course. What I saw in this scene was that QFC chooses their employees very well, even in the past ive never had an employee sneer or give me dirty looks unlike many other convienient stores. Good job QFC. Stay the queen of convienient stores

Convenience. Quality. Price/Value.Could be a refrain. Could even be an advertising jingle. But it does not apply to QFC, at least not this branch of the supermarket chain.My wife requested I go to the store and purchase some lemons. QFC is the nearest grocery store, so naturally I went there. Give QFC a check for convenience. I quickly found the produce aisle, located the lemons, and sorted through them looking for ripe lemons for that evenings meal. When I returned home, my wife asked how much the lemons cost. I replied, 4 lemons for $5.She was immediately angry, and called the store to say she could purchase more and better quality lemons at less cost at any of QFCs competitors. The store manager was neither apologetic nor accommodative, Prices are set at the company level, not at the store.Considering lemons are in season and abundantly available, there is no explanation why such extortionate prices should be charged.Matter unresolved at the store level, I write this review to warn you, Caveat emptor! Or, in English, Shop elsewhere. You will find better quality at better prices than you will at QFC. Convenience be damned.
