Pretty good michelaguas

Fresh and Delicious ice cream. Yummy 😋

First time trying their strawberry lemonade michelagua and I loved it!

Cant really review because they didnt have what l wanted in stock.

La michoacana had a array of flavors to choose from it was hard for me to choose just one so I got two flavors coconut and Ferrero Rocher My lovely wife had the mazapan and abuelita chocolate my daughter had the noise and my son had Rocky road. The staff was friendly and inviting they keep this place spotless. They have different sorts of ice creams by lettuce water-based and milk-based. They also have tamales I will try next time I visit

The place is good, but the ladys in the counter there were 3 ladys all 3 were rude and not wanting to help client. the owner needs to due a clean up!

Good ice cream my favorite one is pistachio. Late nights to go. Would give it a 5 star but the staff need to at least hide that I dont want to be here attitude because it makes the ice cream shop look bad. Not saying they are rude but you can just see it right through them.

Most times, as was the case this time, its the little hole-in-the-wall places where you find the tastiest dishes. We had our general favourites that were better prepared than most. Enjoy!!

I order a mangonada with starwberry ice cream and the lady said if i can get it out yes but she gave me mango at the end and i had order a diffrent mangonada but what ever they had and attitude they needs to change

Staff is very friendly. Even though there are long lines sometimes, its worth coming. The lines get long because its that good. With that in mind. They still hustle. I would recommend coming weekdays or Saturday to have a short wait. Sundays it gets busy. Also give yourself time to park as parking isnt the best. Love it here.

You guys had are going to get reported for putting glass in the ice cream! That is not cool my mom was feeding my niece and my mom took a bite out of the ice cream and a big chunk of glass cake out my moms mouth!!! And cut her mouth we are for sure going to have this fixed!!!

The food and shop are the best. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the parking. The parking situation there is horrible. Probably best to visit on a day not so busy

Close to home wanted to try the place out. Got a bionico. They didnt have containers for different sizes, they had no granola, no raisins, there banana were past due. When i get charged they didnt offer a discount for the inconvenience. Honestly one star is actually being nice will not rerurn at all.

Ice cream is ok and the service is pretty mediocre. Girls that worked seemed pretty unhappy to be there and well not providing the best experience. I can buy Thifty ice cream for cheaper and not see soo unhappy faces.

The costumer service is really bad, everyone is rude and they never have anything. They didn’t have esquites or strawberries .

Paletas with nance flavor are my favorites. Good quality of paletas, compared to other competitors.

Its really good . The only thing I didnt like was the parking horrible the location is so small .

Literally every Michoacana I go to, the workers are always moving so SLOW like they dont have a line of people waiting. And on top of that, getting on their phones while making orders. NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER

Staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. Tasted about every flavor in the store and everything was amazing!

Theres a large selection of Menus to choose from. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. Look forward to next visit.

Wow crazy stuff cool ice cream

Tasty but way over priced. I paid $3.50 for a tiny cup of esquite. If I had to put it into a measurement, it was probably about 5 or 6 tablespoons of corn. Not worth it imo.

I went there today for the first time and everything was great. They greet you as you walk in and take care of you right away. I got some tostilocos, fresas con crema and a mangoniada. Teresa was very helpful and gave us great customer service. Def going back!

Was delighted to know that we have a Michoacán near where I live. I usually went to Fontana to satisfy my cravings for a Mazapán Ice cream or Gansito one. Went in there today with fiance and friend. Wont be coming back. I ordered some tostilocos grandes and asked for Valentina. I was talking to my fiance when they guy rudely screamed to make sure that I wanted Valentina. During that time my friend was paying for all of ur items. The cashier asked her what did we get and friend told her that what we got but failed to mentioned that we got grande tostilocos. So the cashier charged her for small ones. When the guy was done making my tostilocos she cashier looked all confused and we confirmed that those where the tostilocos . She looked all confused but then the guy who I presumed could be the supervisor just told her to charge us again for some small ones which is 6 dollars but the difference between small and large is just 2 dollars. He instead to tell the cashier to charge us another small ones since the grande tostilocos consist of 2 small towtilotos. I told him why is he charging us double the price when the difference is clearly stated .so finally the cashier charged us 2.75 since there is a .50¢ fee for debit card. Its fine if the cashier is new but she should know whats going on around and to the supervisor he should know how to do math...utterly dissappdisap and wont ever be stepping in there again! Ill just drive to Fontana where I know there wont be a problem.

Love it. 😍Second time buying ice cream there. Bought, a big cup of 3 scoops, flavors chosen were pistachio, nuez, and cheese cake. The first time I bought popsicles in grubhub from them. They were good and delicious. They have various flavors of ice cream and popsicles. The best one that I personally like was the tequila ice cream and popsicles.P.S. I would have a picture, but it was soo good that I completely forgot to take a picture to show you. 😊
