I went for my first time to this location, on a hot day. Just to be disappointed! I ordered 3 scoops and got what looked to be one. These scoops where small to say the least. I didnt complaint but then when I was charged $5.75 for what looked like one scoop, I paid, and got on this review. Hopefully I can help someone avoid this bad experience. I understand that prices have gone up, but if you are going to charge more dont give less. I have been to other La Michoacana locations, the prices are a bit cheaper, but the portions are much bigger.

I like this place n I enjoying the customer service but this is the second time I go n their chips are rancid. 1st time time it was the nachos. I ended up throwing them away and thought it was just me. Today I went back n their tostilocos chips were rancid and smelled bad not sure where the funky smell was coming from. I ended up throwing those away but after eating a few.My daughter also got some n their chips were fine. I tried calling them to let them know so they can keep an eye on it or to check their chips and no answer. I left a message letting them know as well. I don’t want my money back I just want them to check their stuff before giving them out. Hopefully I don’t get sick.

Place is horrible. Customer service sucks. Food is too pricey for what you get. I got some large nachos, once I received them they looked small and with little to no cheese. This is a fake store trying to copy the real La michoacana. Will not shop here again

La Michoacana VIP offers a great selection of all your favorite treats. Fresh made ice cream, shakes. They also offer popular items like mango and chamoy, hot cheetos and cheese and more. You wont be disappointed. Try my favorite cucumber lemonade with chia. This location has plenty of parking space and easy access. Hope you enjoy as much as I have.

This place is bright, clean and have great employees. Tried the Esquite and Mango Raspado. Everything tasted fresh and was super yummy. Pass by this place goong home every day. Will be visiting again soon and trying more flavors of EVERYTHING.Prices were ok, not too expensive at all.

Always a Bad service here. The girl with blonde hair was super rude, She was rushing me to order. She was lazy to do my Cookies N Cream and she quickly turns her back once she is done with the order. Horrible customer service, no greeting, no nothing.

Horrible customer service.They gave me a mangoneada de nieve and it was half filled up . It looked like I already had eaten half when I did not . I paid $7 for this . On top of that she said there was no mango nieve and then the other co-worker a minute later comes out with a full tub of it . They literally put like 5 mango pieces in my mangoneada . I usually come here but I won’t highly disappointed in this place .Save your money and go elsewhere . If you like terrible service and being ripped off then come here if not stay away .

The fruit bowls are amazing

Im not the type to leave a review however if a establishment made me feel some type of way, something has to be said. Very rude salty short. Tostilocos sour af, yes we asked for limon put not to drech in it. Esquite(corn in a cup) not good enought to deal with attendant salty attitude. Im just saying in these days, customer service is more than just asking what we want, the vibe counts too.

I was not impressed with this michoacan shop, the paleta was all melted and when they gave me another you can tell it was old. Raspados were also not very tasty, not authentic michoacana paletas.

Its sooo good service is great, except the girl who attended my girlfriends and I was being very moody and rude. She was also kind of rolling her eyes. If she didnt want to be there then maybe she should quit... the other employees looked like they were very polite . The only way to describe her is she had a skinny long face, dark hair, low bun, and longer than average sideburns.

Ive been coming here for a couple weeks now and Ive always experienced outstanding customer service. If you would like delicious ice cream at an affordable price, this is the place to be.

Love coming to La michoacana, this is the very first one I ever tried so it hold a special place in my heart but for the most part they are all good. I recommend the tostilocos and mangoneadas de nieve.

The classic paleteteria with the mangoneadas and the tostilocos, Mexican fruit trays chopped and prepared with lemon, Tajin, and chamoy is perfect for a warm day. It brings you back to the days when the paletero would walk down your street ringing his little bell. Oh wait! He still does! Haaa! Enjoy :)

The place is always clean and they have a great wide selection of ice cream. I just wish that they wouldnt take so long to assist their customers. Last time we went it took us 30 min just to get some ice cream the place wasnt full there was only two people ahead of us, but other than that everything is great.

The Mexican snacks are good but a bit pricey compared to other similar locations but the Staff Worst customer service ever I had 3 raspados 2 tostilocos )wich they give you in the plastic bag not a container) I got it all handed to me no holder no plastic bag I had to make a couple trips to car then had trouble all the way home Wont go back

Great flavors. Have to get the Cajeta and Ferrero Rocher ice cream. Hardest thing you have to do is pick which flavor is your favorite.

Needed some ice cream to top off this humongous CC cookie I was baking and stopped by for a couple of scoops of vanilla. That didnt happen, I ended up leaving with a cup of nuez (walnut or pecan) and coco (coconut). The young lady at the shop let me sample quite a bit of flavors after I explained to her what I was planning to do with it.Excellent service, really good ice cream. If youre in the mood for some nieve (ice cream) or paletas (popsicles) this is your spot.

Raspados arent the greatest they are ok but kinda pricy for what you are getting... Ice cream on cup is 2.55 for 1 scoop on cone its 3.00🍦which they dont mention... And they charge for paying with card .50..smh oh not to mention the music so not business appropriate specially for kids and too loud... Plus video playing even less appropriate! I had to ask them to change the music video...

If could, I would give them 0 stars, I went here last Sunday with my family, bought a chicharron, with avocado and cream, three ice creams and an oreo paletta, well my daughters oreo paleta, had two hairs on it inside you could see the hair coming out from the other side of the oreo, when u told the lady there all she said was ok, and didnt even apologized or ask if I wanted another one, she just threw it in the trash and walked away, this was around 2:30 or 3:00pm, just the fact that she didnt even apologized is what got me really mad, I manage a restaurant and believe me customer service is our first priority. Today May 4, 2021 at 6:05 pm I went to buy a mangoneada and a prepared pork rind and the girl who prepared the pork rind I imagine she did not know how to prepare it, so she did it her way, she only put mayonnaise and on top a pyramid of cabbage or lettuce then cheese and valentina and it was all so at the time of charging I asked him if he had never prepared one and he did not answer me, he just hurried to charge me 11 dollars with a few cents again, if it had been onesta with me and he would have answered that he did not know because maybe he would have taken it to me but well sangroncita I did not answer when I asked him so I told him that I did not want it,,, by the way I told him that the prepared pork rinds have skin among other things there They have it in the photos, one 🌟 because the scraping was good ... people like that I dont know how they keep their work ...
