I called to ask for pricing and availability on an item. When the young lady answered the phone. I said good day and asked, “who am I speaking with”? The young lady laughed and responded, “how can I help you”. I said, ma’am.. I like to get the name of the person who’s helping me. The employee laughed again and shouted out “Tim”.. ….proper etiquette IS EVERYTHING!! Being nice and basic customer service goes a LONG WAY!!! Smh!

Store 06900..Veterans Memorial the employees are always professional& helpful.Trenekia has helped me more than once installing windshield wipers.No one knew how to install the back wipers but she took on the challenge ( a young male employee tried as well..very helpful) but she figured it out.We both watched a YouTube video on how to do it😆👍 But she was willing to go that extra mile.Thank you all.Great Service!
I came to buy a car piece and they are terrible one was on the phone didnt even bother to ask if i needed something the girl was just walking around acting like she was doing something when she wasnt then they both were on the phone speaking to there friends while i asked and then he only looked at one car piece and said we dont have it and started talking on the phone again . They have Unprofessional employees.
I came to this store on a rainy day to get some antifreeze, I was speaking with the advance Auto associate, and she was very very rude. She didnt want to help me find the cylinder of my engine or look up my vin number. She even told me she wouldnt. I then requested to speak to another associate, which was Ms.Zakiya, she was so helpful, she help me pick out my antifreeze for my car with the vin number, and she came outside to show me the line to fill up my car with the antifreeze in the rain. I just want to say advance Auto if you want to keep getting business PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE MS.ZAKIYA BECAUSE SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!!!

It is great when youre the one thats being waited on but if youre the one that is next in line, it can be a true challenge when the person before you seems to have a complicated issue thats taking quite some time. You really do have to have patience.
Head enough manpower and made only three customers wait a minute and unacceptable for me.
Just needed to get the battery and charging system on my truck checked. The lady was very efficient and knowledgeable about batteries and charging systems. She checked the system in my truck everything was fine.

The young lady who works at the counter is always especially courteous and friendly. I look forward to my visits when shes there, because shes engaging and professional, despite the difficult customers that sometimes come into the store. She is a joy to interact with, and a true asset to the brand.

Wait time, horrible. Customer Service, abysmal. Inexperienced people behind the counter who ask you, if this is the right part for your car. Initially bought an oil filter but the oil filter didnt come with a new o ring. Went right down the street to a different brand and they laughed at where I bought it from because the said a new ring should automatically come with a ring. Felt so bad they gave me a discount cause of the experience I just had really just sad. Real sad.

I cant say all bad, but Eric should not be there as Manager or any customer services in the store!!! Quality customer service is extremely important. This not first time he gave me bad customer services i gave him chance to go back the store, Eric never changes. Please who ever the owner is hire someone else for Management positions. Eric should be fixing cars outside not in the store. Thank you hope if i go back to this store i will love to see different Manager with great attitude.

I was told by another Advance store that a part was available at this store..... turns out that it wasnt available. Not only was the part not available it couldnt even be ordered. The clerk that assisted me, was eating sunflower seeds and spitting them out when we entered the store. Then she stood idle and checking her phone for another 5 minutes without offering assistance. Finally another employee told her to assistance us... afterwards she put her phone away to assist. While she was supposed to be helping me.... she asked my brother could he go look at her personal vehicle. She had slow service and was more concerned about her vehicle than mine. She wasnt mean or anything.....just a little less professional than what Im used to.

I needed a new battery for my work truck and went here. The lady found the correct battery, took out the old, and installed the new one within 20 minutes. She was very nice also. This is a good location. One time when they were out of a product they notified another location and I went to pick up product there.
My star rating is for Sandra at store #6900 in particular. She showed empathy by understanding that I (like others) had gone to the wrong location after ordering a part online. She was helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my part although it was quitting time for them. I know that it costs her a few more minutes, but selfishly it saved me a whole day and less time paying for a rental. Thank you Sandra for being kind. I know that your co-worker may have given you flack ( as I could hear the co-worker complaining). I am really sorry about it and I greatly appreciate your willingness to help.
I would give it no stars if I could Not due to the staff the young man that assist me was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I discovered that when I purchase my battery at this location, the man that help me at the time of purchase did not enter my my battery info and receipts in the system because of this I cant get my battery replace. I AM HIGHLY UPSET. HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO PURCHASED THE BATTERY AT A CHEAPER PRICE BUT I WOULD NOT GET A RECEIPT. I DECLINE AND HE GAVE ME A RECEIPT NOT KNOWING SOMEHOW HE STILL DIDNT PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM. I KNOW I CANT BE THE ONLY ONE HE DID THIS TO. As I entered the store, no one acknowledged that I entered and everyone was on the phone and ignored in store customers and took phone calls to assist customers. There were two people, a man and a woman with dreads and a guy with short hair in the rear. Who, when he saw me inquiring about getting a battery charged. He stated that he doesn’t work up front. All five customers in the store had to wait for over 30 minutes for assistance.

Went to customer service account for assistance in buying (2) large wrenches. Female employee comes back with (2) wrenches that we thought I needed. Waited over 15 mins. for a receipt for purchase, and she was unable to provide a receipt due to their computer system malfunctioning. I asked her if the wrenches were not the correct size could I return them and exchange? She said yes,no problem. I then asked her would I have a problem since she could not give me a receipt? She said no problem because she entered my phone number in the system. Next day I go to exchange (1) of the wrenches, she refused to speak with me and told me to come back on Monday and see the manager. I returned on Monday and spoke with Ms. Deidre whom informed that a had a handwritten note in the tools section (Final Sale) on all tools no returns. I never retrieved the wrenches nor was I ever told this prior to my purchase. Totally unprofessional, unapologetic, lack of concern and unwillingness to rectify the situation. OReilly Auto Parts will now get all of my Commercial and personal business !

Michelle is not very good at customer service and lacks a lot of knowledge. I just hope she gets the training needed to do better for the next customer because I don’t plan to visit this location again.

Horrible service! The store manager, Eric, (brown skin guy w a visible tattoo on his neck) should not be employed w that company. He refused to check the error code on my engine because it was drizzling outside. Stated it was “company policy” after I pulled my car up to the curb. He was rude and short with me. It was not busy inside the store and he refused to allow anyone to help me. I check out auto zone and SURPRISE, they provided me the service I needed. I was also advised at that store that Eric is a problem and the customer volume has decreased and employees have left because of that guy. Advance auto in Mableton will never see me again as long as Eric is around. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!

I went to this location to have my battery checked. I thought I was having some issues with my battery, so I was prepared to buy a new one. To my suprise the guy that checked it said my battery was fine, and didnt need a new one. I left feeling uneasy about what I was told so I went to OReillys down the street, and sure enough they said the battery was bad. I was so upset I went back to Advance Auto Parts the next day to report what happened. Come to find out the guy that helped me was the manager which makes it worse. I was told his name was Eric. My only issue with this is if I took his word on what he told me, my wife and daughter couldve been driving the car when the battery finally decided to die. This was a very bad experience for me. From here on out Ill take my business up the road to OReillys.
They were closing and some how i got in they didnt rush me super sweet Lady &Guy help me find diff antifreeze cause they sold out of the other GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEAM WORK FOR THEM !!!
