Mark M manager. Great guy, very professional. Even though it was a simple job this guy went the extra mile for me all while instructing me on how to myself. Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had at any auto parts store. I hope this guy succeed in this industry.
Horrible customer service and person I spoke to was clueless he had no clue of thee car part and then had the audacity to say that I should know what it is then lied and said no we don’t have it when I questioned why he didn’t know. Horrible will never go to that store in fact I’m going to complain to corporate.
I was completely stressed out about my car, went to two AutoZone and no one could help me with my battery. Because there machine was down, Mr. Charles helped problem solve my vehicle issues, got me a new battery after hours. He was amazing being that I worked for AutoZone for years, I loved his great customer service skills! It is his 1st day at this location and Im glad he is here. Thanks AutoZone!

My experience was terrible with this store. I ordered lug nuts over 2 weeks ago, when I was told to come back in to pick them up there where not there, the manager told me they will be in and a few days. I have her a week, when I went back today the manager stated she thinks they gave them to someone else. I asked for my money back and the manager stated okay, she asked me to signed the screen for a refund and I noticed the price was not correct, after I asked her about the price difference and started to raise her voice at and told me the tax was not on there. I refused to sign and asked for cash back she told me no. This store is unprofessional and sloppy

I recommend Clifford! As a single woman, I don’t know much about cars. My car hasn’t been starting without a jump for the last couple of days. Frustrated because I have to go to work and I went to this location today and Clifford ran my car for a few test. He also gave me a few suggestions to avoid having to go through this problem again. He was professional and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thanks a lot!

I shouldve listened to someone who made a comment about the blower motor that they bought from AutoZone. .I bought a blower motor for my van, and it works fine😀.I just wish I couldve said that for my 87 C4 Corvette....the blower motor didnt last😒😟 it stopped working after 2 days😟😬. America has to bring back small engine and motor job back to the United States. if they gonna be out sourcing parts for American cars...For us to buy they need to use better materials....We can make our own car parts here in America. Especially in Michigan and Mississippi. These two States are not doing well economically.
I visited this store this month because my car didnt want to start and i thought it was the battery but the store manager suggested to run a system check and thats when she determined that i had a faulty starter, i but the part and my car is running like brand new. Customer service was awesome and thanks to the store manager to go the extra mile.
The young girl at the counter did not know anyting about nothing, I had to wait and see another associate to get what I needed

The lady inside wasnt helpful at all but the lady putting a battery in a customers car was very helpful and friendly .
Young girl short black hair. Headphones and singing while customer gives vehicle and parts info needed to be repeated several times. Over charged customer, processed refund left it on separate register and walked off left customer waiting. Manager eventually had to do her job for her. Attitude like the customer is a burden the whole time. Not what im used to from the autozone in my neighborhood.

Friendly staff helped me out in a pickle. Got me correct radiator first try.
They were very busy but still managed to help each person quickly and cheerfully. I even saw them turning down tips from very happy customers. They should have more staff so it isnt such a strain when someone is outside helping customers.
Dirty, trash everywhere, didn’t have what I needed and staff looked unpolished and not presentable. Mind you we where there at 8:00 in the morning. Everyone should look good and the store should’ve also look sparkling clean be organized. If I could give this store a rating of 0 I would but I can’t. 🤷🏻♀️

Andy was the associate that assisted me. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient with & kind to customers. Does not try to over sell products or services but makes sure the customer knows their situation. Also bilingual which is a great help to the diverse community the store serves. I will return to this store for all my automotive needs.

The lady that helped me was great! She came out and did a diagnostic on my car. She gave me the reading once we went back in the store. I was able to identify the misfiring in my car.

Bought a battery from Commercial and the guy gave me one that was leaking with a dent in the bottom corner. I brought it back and he didnt show any signs of being apethic about it. I went to the restroom to get the acid/liquid off me. Came back and he had set a new battery on the floor instead of on the counter. Knowing that being on the floor drains the battery. No apologies or anything. I honestly think this was intentional. So if something comes up like a bruise, scare, or my skin start getting ate away at, IM SUING!

Over the phone they gave me a large total for an item. When I went in to see, it was way less. They tried to get me to buy everything that went with it. Which I didnt need.

My experience was horrible . I went looking for a bulb for my car. Long story short the guy tht was working in there barley knew anything about lights or a car . I’m asking him questions about a head light he kept saying idk every question . Then he leaves my hood up. I hear him say I’m cold, before u kno it he went back in the store didn’t say a word . So unprofessional not helpful at all. If u guys hire people make sure they kno things about cars ! He didn’t need to be working there maybe Macy’s !

I needed a set of wheel covers and decided to try AutoZone after stopping by OReilly Auto Parts, which was charging $53 a set. AutoZone had them for $35, which saved me nearly $20.

On 3/25/2017, I tried to return an unused container of Aircraft paint remover that I purchased at an AutoZone store location in Douglasville, GA. Because store manager was not available at the Mableton, GA, the store clerk refused to accept the return. The Mableton store clerk stated that I needed to return the container at the Douglasville, GA location.
Received notice that online order ready for pickup. Item not in stock. Also day later than expected

I like coming to auto zone but every time that I order a part for my Mazda RX7 they never have any part they always take 3 to 4 business days before I get any parts for my car
No customers service at all .. and most of the stuff done.. and they take long time to get again... the guys they answer the phone.. very rode .. and after 10 to 15 minutes you n hold they hang up the line ...
They are always busy but they know their stuff and I trust their advice.
