Ive been a customer for over 28 years. My 2 young adult daughters also have their vehicles serviced here. I have a Subaru Tribeca, and my daughters have a 2003 Dodge Neon and 2013 Ford Focus. Luke and Scott are a few of my favorite managers over the years. I had the opportunity to meet Danny while Luke was on vacation. He took really good care of my vehicle and my daughters vehicle (2003 Dodge Neon). We not only have oil changes done at this location, but weve had radiators replaced, brakes, CV Axles replaced, Tire rods, batteries, belts, hoses etc. They are great and take really good care of us.

This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had with an auto repair shop. Luke is the best in the business. He is honest and very helpful. If he cant fix it he can direct you to someone who can. I had my ac serviced and oil change. I was first customer it took approx 3 hrs. Air not working Im back at shop. Now after they charged me for servicing the ac the guy says its clogged and I need expansion valve and possibly compressor. So I feel like they took my money. Not returning

Be careful, I get the 30.00 oil change and they dont check everything. I had 3 tires on 44 and one tire on 57 if you know your car, u know this will have your vehicle shaking which will cause you alot of damage. Especially, when they are new tires, you just put on the day b4...

Had an AC problem, it was serviced and charged and a leak was found. High pressure valve leaked and was replacedAnother leak is present bit not sure where, dye was added and will return for location.Prodessional and curtious.

Had my car all day to tell me they couldnt fix it. Told me to be there at 8, then told later that people started lining up at 730. Unacceptable. Thank god for the dealership.

Went to get an oil change, tech informed me not time. Be showed me the color. Checked all fluids and topped off.

Called was quoted 69. plus tax for alignment bypassed several companies Ive used before with no problem..was told by Leslie on the phone to hurry and arrive as they didnt have alot of time for alignments today no problem arrived at the location to be told before an alignment I have to pay $32. for an inspection and if anything else is wrong fix that first because the alignment will not work I advised Ive had an inspection this year and I simply need the alignment. I have had several cars and never have I experienced this. The biggest problem concerning wasnt the force me to get something I dont want ...the major concern was How Leslie spoke to me please run the the camera back as she turned her head and made facial expressions as she spoke to Luke negatively about my comprehensionWhat ab experience as a would have been first time Precision Tune customer...Came to Pep Boys asked for alignment NO PROBLEM it is a vit if a wait if you can wait your keys please ok the waiting room is that way !!!! I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER PRECISION TUNE EVER AGAIN.

Theyre prompt no long wait time really good work reasonable prices they also lets me know other problems with my vehicles if any gives me quotes.

Ive been going to this particular store site for about twelve or more years, which there have been numerous technician teams involved. Presently, the technical staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They work diligently to get you repaired and back on your way reasonably. What mechanic shop can service one family two cars in one day? That service was oil change on one car and front break work on another while taken care multiple customers in the process. I definitely recommend this shop and services for your car needs.

This is a place originally for oil change nothing dramatic :light fixture,minor work I wanna be honest one day I overheard a white being charged 35$do or diagnostic and I ask for a price for diagnostic they told me50$ DAM but I didnt speak on it... I noticed they always hire a overweight white lady to be the clerk she has a little attitude..The mechanic with dreads is pretty kool and MrLuke they do get the job done but sometimes over Charges some people 😷😷😷😷

They took me at the last minute and I was very appreciative of that because I was in desperate need of an oil change. The guy who helped me out was nice even though he didnt have change for me lol. Way cheaper than Toyota and I got Toyota brand oil, a win/win!

Great customers Service from the front desk worker he was kind and so polite to everyone and he called everyone by there name and didn’t mind answering question. The only issue I had was the smoking from the oil that was drop on the engine. Just wish someone had related it to me. But overall excellent place to get work done. The front desk person is Luke I think but if so he is awesome.

Every time I go and get an oil change they turn my engine light back on. Like my engine light will be off and it magically comes on after they do it and their prices are dumb high. They definitely will take advantage of you if you don’t know about cars.

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. They are always so friendly and only recommend things I really need.

Loved my experience here today! From the voice of Hakeem over the phone assuring me that he would take good care of my car and have it ready fairly quickly to me not even having to get out the car when I pulled up and Hakeem was already on it. He had me out of there in 17 min. Then I got a chance to be rung up by Luke who sealed the deal with his awesome customer service as well. I was a faithful customer of the Douglasville store but I will now be bringing my truck to the Mableton store!!! Thank you so much!!!

Ripped me off after paying $1577.00 for a tune up and alignment now my car wont hold oil. Now they want to charge $1074.00 to fix it AH NO

Well experience team polite and very professional . they will let you know if there is something wrong with your car. If you need to to replace the part too. They will give and estimate with labor and part included. Plus taxes and fees. I would recommend this shop.I like it here. Very very professional and great costumer service.

Friendly staff and good service. Was in the area last Friday 10/25 and discovered coolant under my car. Brought in and found out radiator needed to be replaced. Had the work done and didn’t make it ten miles down the road before my vehicle was overheating and had to get a tow home. Turns out guy that did work put in thermostat backwards... and I guess they didn’t test the work before they let me leave, but other then that everything was fine.

Ive been going there for about 3 years now and the manager Luke is very reasonable and looks out for me with my fees.

Used them for an oil change about a month ago. They were busy but it was expected with the weekend coming up. I was there maybe an hour at the most. Asked the gentleman about doing a/c repairs and he told me to bring it back. I will be taking it back to them shortly to see if he can quote me a better price than the last person I had look at it. I will update my review from that experience later.

Do not go there. They use cheap parts for the cars. I needed a tire rotation and alignment. Turns out I needed a new water pump so I gave the green light to do so. My check engine light turned on right before I took it there and asked them to check it out. Driving it home I knew they didn’t do the alignment but I was there all day so I didn’t go back. The next morning when I tried to turn my car on my entire dash board was going crazy, making sounds I have never heard. Check engine and gauges lights turning on but the car itself would not turn on. I had to wait to turn it on later that afternoon and it finally did after 6 tries. I took it back 4 times and each time they said it was fine, my car jerking back while driving was “normal”, the cheap water pump they put in was boiling and not passing water to my engine (you can see it boiling and hear it extremely loud), they changed sensors that were fairly new but apparently they said that was the issue to my check engine light turning, it smelled like something was burning when I’d be able to finally cut my car on and while driving. None of that was normal. After the fourth time my engine overheated so I had to take to the dealership and exactly what I thought was wrong with my car was and then some. Every time I went back they made me feel like I was stupid and they knew what they were doing when they didn’t. I emailed corporate and they act like they don’t understand what I’m saying either even after providing everything they asked for even giving them the name, address, phone number and receipt of the dealership that ACTUALLY was able to fix my car. Over $800 to re-fix my car. After 3 weeks I finally have my car back and it’s no thanks to them.

I love this place! Im always in and out. Plus, Luke is the friendliest guy ever. I wont take my care anywhere else. Ever.

I was not impressed at all and I will never go back. Its 93* outside and their thermostat is reading 86* inside. The manager completely ignored the many questions and requests to please make it more comfortable in here. I myself was given one price on the phone and another price after getting there then a light that had never been on before was on when I got back in my car. To which the technicians responded he didnt have to do anything to the 4wd. Yes I know but here it is.

They was busy on a Saturday (which is normal) but they was doing there best to get everyone in and out.

They give expensive quotes that doesn’t match up to repairs. If you decide to get work done your sure to have to return to get that so called repair fixed.

We have been using this location for over 2 yrs now on all of our vehicles. My mother has even taken hers to them. Scott is wonderful and extremely helpful. They have great prices and have never tried to talk us into something we didnt need done and have even saved us several hundred dollars over what another place told us we needed done to my sons car. When we need repair work they are our first call always.

I was here years ago and hope that they stopped using off brand parts. My car skipped after a tune up and I had the mechanic ride with me and he said that was normal. Hint: its not. I took it elsewhere and they fixed it correctly. No refund.

My family and I has been loyal customers for years to the location at South Cobb Dr until today. Throughout the years the customer service has drastically decline but today was the straw that broke the camels back. Its too much hassle to just get an standard oil change, I was asked if I wanted to change my air filter for 30.00 bucks, knowing I could get it cheaper some where else, I declined then he came back with OReillys on the phone inquiring on the cost of an air filter as I thought it was cheaper they said 18.99, he then offered to match OReillys cost, I still decline the offer. Getting ready to pay for the oil change and he had added the filter on anyway with out my . I was also charged 5 dollars to remove my skid plate. At the end a 21.99 oil change had turned into almost 29.00 dollars. Too much confusion, surprises and lack respect for what the customer says. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful and attempted to do service recovery, but this had taken the cake and I was over it.

This place has very horrible and slow service. I am still standing here now at 12:04 PM(having been here since since 10:45) and my car is still sitting in the same spot I parked it. It took them 20 minutes just to FINALLY have someone came to the front desk to finally service me. In my first visit here it also took an alarming long time for them to finally look at my car and I was only receiving an oil change. I will never tell anyone to not go to a place because its all about personal experience, but I will never come back to THIS specific one again in my life. It is now 1:31 PM and Im still sitting here. So I think its safe to say that unless they are rebuilding my engine...its taking way too long for the work their supposed to be doing

This store has gone down hill quick. Under new ownership of a woman who constantly gave me incorrect information about my engine problem. She was extremely rude and mean. When one of the guys was trying to correct something she said she spoke down to him like he was a dog. Go to the one in Smyrna much better pricing and the know what they are doing.

Had my oil changed 2 weeks ago and they didn’t tighten the bolt. All of the oil leaked on my carport making a huge mess. They did come to my house and fill my vehicle with oil. I am still waiting for them to have my carport cleaned. They continuously tell me someone is coming tomorrow and 2 weeks later my carport is still a mess. Poor customer service.

They have been able to maintain my vehicle. I have had to work to negotiate price by bringing up other quotes to get something reasonable.

I love this place,ladies ask them for a card ; on the 5th one oil change is free, its a black one

December 2019... so i stopped going here in August. Behold, my temperature gauge has been normal and my check engine light has not been an issue. I miss the old management because they knew my car and expectations. But ive moved on.2019... Seems like new management. Ive been coming here since my first car about 8 years ago. For some reason, every time I get an oil change (as of earlier this year), my temperature gage stays on cold and my check engine light comes on. 🤷🏽 Other than that Im still a loyal customer here...

I was a loyal customer, recently move to the area and decided to continued using Precision tune, my prevuis location on cobb parkway was good, this location is hell! After a bad attitude from the guy at the front desk and a very nasty store i was a little disapointed, BUT this guys destroy my truck they overload my engine with oil and they leave oil filter lose, my cost of repairs will exede 6k, and i am sure this guys do not care about it, do not go to this location they will destroy your vehicle

GM Danny Millwood---HIMSELF is the one who worked on my brake pads and rotors. HE, HIMSELF did not adjust the rear brakes. He had the car for 3 and 1/2 hours and was in no way rushed. By not adjusting the rear brakes, it affected my stopping power on the road in a negative way. I came here when Scott Ragsdale became manager here because I KNEW that he was going to do the job right. I had dealt with him before when he was helping out at one of the sister stores. Just so everyone knows, the reason why I stopped going to the one that GM Danny Millwood ALSO manages is Douglasville is because HE AND HIS TECHS would not do repairs and oil changes---on my car-- correctly and when I tried to give them a second chance to try to fix an issue, GM Danny Millwood, HIMSELF, wanted to charge a second labor cost. Its greed, period. No one should have to return to a shop for ANYTHING once they pay money to have it fixed on the FIRST visit and CERTAINLY not taking time and money out of another day to RETURN and GET ASKED for MORE MONEY when the shop neglected to find the issue the first time.Forgetting screws, forgetting to do brake adjustments, forgetting to rotate tires, way too many accusations of things missing from peoples cars after they get their car back? Unacceptable---what type of GM does business like this? I can see once in a while things that may be an accidental oversight---but he does this WAY TOO OFTEN. Theres too many honest techs out there, guys and they are not hard to find. I wanted to let people know that he responded below as if he was not the one responsible, but I wanted to clarify that HE, HIMSELF was the one who worked on my brake pads and rotors and HE was the direct cause of my car not being serviced properly. He will never be given an opportunity to touch my car again, not even a visual inspection. Thats a promise.
