DO NOT GO HERE!!! BROKE down with transmission issue out of state!! Charged me 75 bucks for 3 quarts of transmission fluid, told me if my mechanic says it will make it home it will! They LIE! So full of it! HAD TO GET A TRUCK AND TRAILer after we broke down.a mile down the road. They waisted my time and money. BEWARE

I took my vehicle there to have a starter installed by a recommended mechanic. I received a call from the owner of the shop that my car would be ready for pick up that Sarurday afternoon. When I got there the mechanic I had talked to on Friday was not there; I paid and drove off the lot. Havent driven a mile, the check engine light comes on. So I immediately turn around and ask the owner about the light. He doesnt know, so he calls the mechanic that worked on my car. He reports I have a bad alternator. At this point, I began to ask a series of questions and received a lot of answers that did not make sense. I left the shop, the car broke down before reaching home. I installed an alternator, then a battery. I drove back to the shop and the recommended mechanic looked the car over and mentioned a wire was disconnected. Everything was going well until recently. The car shoutdown again, this time with my 17 yr old daughter. I had the car towed to the shop & spoke with the owner. He blamed the problem on the parts & I on the labor. Since then I have tested all the parts and each and every mechanics diagnoses came back with some kind of disconnect related to the starter. If you go there, insist on Quinton to work on your car. Ask...demand that he work on your vehicle. Otherwise go somewhere else.

This was one of the worst experience Ive ever dealt with. I took my car several months ago to this place to see why my car kept knocking when I started it up. The owner said he would let the mechanic Quinton look at it. They said it was the blower that affected the ac and heat motor. The mechanic went ahead and fixed it and I was charged $185 for parts and labor.. Several months later it started again we took it back because it was still under warranty. The owner said that he would get the mechanic to look at it and call us back. We asked him to let us know before they do anything to the car since we were not sure of any additional charges and at that point I wasnt sure of their skills. The owner told us they had to take the car apart and it was another blower. We told him we would pick the car up and take it to the dealer. When we arrived he said he would charge us for labor which was 150.00 even though they did not work on the car. He gave us the part they took out and said it would cost us 150.00 to put the small part of what was taken out and they were not responsible if we drive the car without the original part back in. Right then we knew we had been scammed and I did not want them to touch the car. They took the part out and charged us to put the part back in after we told them we would take to the dealer. We were left with the part in our hand. The owner lied and did not stand behind their work. If you take a big chance to go there make sure you look at all of the extra charges and have it in writing. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

His mechanic told me that after one camshaft goes out, they all go out one after another every single time. He replaced one anyways with the wrong part, which made a second one go out. When I brought it to the dealer he said they can only take GM parts or that will happen every single time. He did give me half of my money back for the part, but acted like it was two parts when it was only one and the lack of detail on the receipt made it impossible to prove otherwise. He told me just to take it to the dealer next time and not trust local mechanics, including him. I think I’ll take his advice 🙄
