Upon arrival I was greeted immediately to acknowledge the reason for my visit. The staff is very friendly and professional.Their communication and time management was excellent.I was very pleased with my visit, my oil change and service was done within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. And I know for sure I will be returning.

Great job done and staff was friendly. Had to go back a second day because the mechanic we needed was off and the other guy couldnt get the screw out of the oil pan. (They had to get a special tool due to the previous oil changers put it on too tight). But i use them no matter what city i am in. They are quick and efficient...💗

I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for likely close to 15 years. We have had five family vehicles at any given time - all serviced at this location. “If it ain’t broke - don’t fix it” is a perfect metaphor for this branch. They do our oils changes when it’s time but no hassle about unnecessary services. The new manager, Walter, made me feel like an old friend and thanked me for my loyalty. He recognized that my car was almost entirely out of wiper fluid and checked air filters and everything else. I know I received a thorough service and it was quick and friendly. No one really wants to sit around waiting for their car to get serviced - but Walter recognized my impatience, was professional, and actually a fun -albeit brief - conversationalist. If you have to get your oil changed (and you do- of course), there is no reason not to support our local Jiffy Lube location. Thanks Walter, see you next time!

I had a wonderful experience at this jiffy lube location. It was my first time visiting and Walter went out of his way to make my experience great. He greeted me with a smile and made sure that the process was smooth and quick. I will definitely return because of his outstanding service!

Everything about this place is 5 star like a general. The manager runs a tight ship and really held me down. I recommend this place 100x over. He understood that my daughter wasnt gonna look out for the car. Big props my guy!

Walter was friendly and helpful and they got me in and out in 15 minutes. I will be back. Noticed my coolant was low and they topped it off for a few dollars. You cant beat that.

Worst experience ever. Sat in the waiting area for an hour before anyone even addressed me. Wanted transmission fluid changed. A girl came in 30 minutes after me and left before me. When I checked out, never got an apology or a thank you. Also, when they were finished it took almost ten minutes for someone to say my car was done! I arrived at 8:20 a.m. and left at 10:18!

The female manager that was working on the day I went is freaking awesome she is patient and kind but also no nonsense. she made sure everything was done as it should be the Jiffy Lube wayand the employees under her were also amazing she was even getting cussed out and still being patient and did bring that negative energy torwards me. I was told that you had 10w-30 but the only type of oil you have is synthetic. I have a 2006 charger but you want me to take a synthetic oil when I need conventional oil and you have drain my oil pan!

Went in for an oil change last Saturday. Everyone was so friendly. The service was efficient. Ill definitely return when Im due for my next oil change.

I went to Jiffy Lube in Austell to get an oil change for my Cadillac SRX because it was overdue. The price was a little high but didnt want to make an appointment at the dealership. The manager Anthony immediately informed me of the price and the wait time. It was on a Sunday and they were extremely busy. I didnt mind waiting. There was a car in front of me and she had an error code that was appearing on her dashboard after she received her oil change. I was amazed of the excellent customer service they were giving her. Out of no where, a gentlemen named James Chester jump out of the oil pit hole and proceeded to give his co-worker the instructions on how to reset the computer. Now who does this? It was super busy and they took the time to make sure that this customer was taken care of. I was quite impressed watching this for as we all know, good customer service is hard to find nowadays. I wanted to commend this service and expressed to James Chester of his great customer service. Oh, yes, before I end this review, I, too, received excellent customer service. In fact, when they open my car hood, they found a nest inside and I would never believe it unless I saw it myself. With the COVID-19, I work remotely, and rarely drive my car. Anthony, the manager, was very helpful and suggested that I need to drive my car or leave my car run 5-10 minutes a day and this would eliminate this problem. Please commend James Chester for his great customer service. I will surely be returning this shop for my oil change needs.

SCAM ALERT!Ive had absolutely no trouble with my car since I bought it last year. Took it in to get my emissions inspection done. Went off without a hitch. Or so I thought.I get 2 miles down the road and my Service Engine Soon light came on for the first time. I have an OBDII sensor, so I plugged it in and researched the error codes.3 Powertrain errors, all with *NULL* sources.Cleared the errors and drove around for 45 minutes. No issues since.Nice try, Jiffy Lube!Steer clear of these dishonest crooks.

They tried charging me $105.09 for a basic oil change that is ridiculous even for a synthetic oil change thats ridiculous.

They do not give you all the services you are supposed to be offered. They are supposed to check your windshield wipers, check tire pressure, top off fluids etc etc Ive been here a few times and that did not happen. If Im going to pay an arm and leg I would like to get my money worth

Just pulled out after getting my company van’s oil changed. No price list and got the total after swiping my card. After total was over $100 bucks I questioned the price. They said it was for the oil change and air filter. They didn’t tell me I needed one and didn’t offer to show me the old before replacing. After questioning that the lady went back to ask for the air filter and found out they didn’t even change it. She just assumed based on mileage that it was time. So make sure if you go here to question EVERYTHING!

I went to this location in July for an oil change that I never received. I found this out after traveling to Florida and having to get my car serviced again less than a month later. My oil filter had completely fallen apart due to not being changed and oil had been burning in my engine. If i could rate 0 stars, I would.

Purchased a Groupon for a oil change and tire rotation.... guys were friendly and service was quick but they failed to do the tire rotation

The owner/manager explained why waiting so long to change my oil is a bad idea. He helped me understand why my car was acting like it didnt want to go. The guy who changed my oil (Dexter ? - slight, thin, light brown, cute) was amazing - so nice and kind - like hes accustomed to taking care of people and helping people feel secure.

Between my wife and me and our 4 children, we have 6 cars regularly serviced at this Jiffy Lube location. We have always liked the service and people there. We will continue to get our cars serviced there at least for now. I do not recommend that you go out of your way to get a Georgia emissions test there. They only charge $17.99 for the test which is a very good price. Problem is though they don’t have the staff or resources to meet the demand that price draws. I tried 3 different times to get my car and my 2 sons cars (3 cars) tested. Twice their emissions tester was not working. The last time I called to be sure he was there and was told to come on. When I got there I was told it would be an hour wait before they could start the first car. I am very disappointed in our experience. Their emissions testing is priced to be a loss leader. I recommend you pay a little more elsewhere if you want to get it done the first time. I recommend to Jiffy Lube that the raise their emissions prices a little and staff up.

Very professional and respectful staff gave great service today. I came in at 4 pm on a work day for an oil change and was helped immediately upon driving up to the garage. It was all done within 20 minutes or less. The extra services appear to be included in the price for the oil change which is generally pricey. However, the service was very good.

This place gets 5 stars plus! The ladies and gentlemen who Ive dealt with many time at this location are courteous professional and get you in and out extremely quick. Service was okay just dont forget to mention the vacuum that comes with the oil change. I thought it was something they did automatic but they say you have to request. Make sure they vacuum the car right because they didnt even lift my carpet up they just vacuumed the top. Other than that it was okay. Also you can find deals on Groupon for jiffy lube

Customer Satisfaction Services. My first visit and not my last. I explained to the manager that I had death in the family and I needed to get my oil changed on the highway as soon as possible. I also asked for a military discount. This location thanked me for my service, expressed sympathy for my loss and serviced my vehicle with the utmost expeditious manner. This Jiffy Lube in particular is great. The people here know how to treat you: Ive had doors held for me, air in my tires filled for free without other services being done, and good service at the desk. Im not a mechanic, but Im not in la la land when it comes to cars and these people explain everything to me, which has been great and correct up to this point. The only down side to this place is the price. I can get things done more economically elsewhere, but I do bring in my vehicles to still give them business since they are much nicer than other places with cheaper prices. I guess you get what you pay for.

The promise to top off fluid levels,was not fulfilled. The carpet was soiled with oil instead of vacuumed. Oil stains on door handle and steering wheel. The windshield sticker, indicating mileage at time of service was incorrect, by thousands of miles.😑😔 Terrible service at Mabelton,GA location.

Prices are ridiculous! I took my Audi A6 over $100. I get get for my Audi, however my daughter 2017 Toyota Corolla LE was $90. Toyota does not use full synthetic oil.
