Metro Pcs is a company that like to get over on people. Why have people pay an extra $10.00 for insurance and when something goes wrong with there phone metro tell them they have to pay a extra $40. Why get insurance if you have to pay. Then one of the manager at the location I went to told me all phone companies do that. That is a lie. If something wrong with your tmobile phone they will send you a new phone and you just send them the old one back.

This is a good place. Busy, but most MetroPCS stores are.
