Roxanne was great. The gentleman who drives the truck was truly the nicest individual ever. I would’ve given them 5 stars except for the fact that Kelly told me told me I would receive a set that they ended up not having, I was given the wrong set, then she denied what telling me what she told me. Bad business. However, the manager was quick to rectify the situation with his prompt response. Roxanne went above and beyond to get me the correct set, and even got me a better deal. Now that’s quality customer service. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Roxanne.

The manager Roxanne is very unprofessional borderline prejudice. I would highly suggest that anyone doing a finance service plan with them read over your contract, they add extra charges and fees after you signed. I went to Rooms to Go completely different I would highly recommend others do the same.

Horrible Unorganized Service! This place is bad after paying in full for both the product and delivery, they were late and cannot make a decision without the store manager who is never there and/or late. As a customer I expect quality timely service and with all disclosures communicated...thats business 101..take a course!

Manager tell my husband policia coming to get him for making late payment. My husband lost work to covid and they dont care. She tell him blue lights are behind him! We always pay on time before and this money shortage temporary but manager say police are coming. She say policia in Spanish like he cant speak English very rude.

Living room to the bed roomPrices are getting too steep some of the furniture is not a good quality. But overall I look for deals. I purchased a really nice NEW bedroom set but when they brought it in one guy did all the work the other one disappeared some where, lol. He drug my dresser in from the hall into my entry door across tiled kitchen floor thru the carpeted living room. Now each time I wax the set I find little chipped areas or scratches to the headboard and dresser, a small hump in my nightstand.

I honestly didn’t see anything I would consider good here . They are really expensive and don’t have what I would consider high end and high quality stuff . Don’t get me wrong, they have good stuff but nothing eye popping jaw dropping . I can’t recommend this after visiting other places where they sell stuff for the same price but at high end quality . Like rooms to go, and Douglasville furniture those places are Elite .

Walked in looking for a sectional was willing to do the in store credit app long story short the lady at the desk never. Check my social for onstore credit and she lief and said i was deined for what ever reason and insist they run my app through kornerstone which the app asked for my banking info and acct # i was like what that has to do with my credit the lady was like oh to see if you have any overated checks....Really!!!! I then pulled up my banking info with wells fargo showing her that i was a platium card holder with over 5,0000 in my acct!! I politely walked away and said have a nice day😊 #unfair treatment

Terrible customer service! They were supposed to deliver a washer/dryer between 8-12 on Sat. The guy called at 11:15 and said he had one tv delivery and would be heading my way. At 3 I called and was told he just left the store heading my way. The MANAGER was with him when he arrived and never apologized. They didn’t have the cords so the MANAGER said the delivery guy would bring them out on Mon and hook everything up. Then when they were leaving he said it would be Tues. I called to confirm and the receptionist said the MANAGER would be bringing it after 6:30 since that is when I said I would be home from work. I rushed home from work and no one ever showed or called. Now I have a useless washer/dryer sitting in the middle of my laundry room and cords that I paid for and didn’t get. NEVER AGAIN

The Employees was very friendly

They charged us for drawers on a bed twice, went to order a second bed when we realized we were over charged and they wouldnt do anything about it. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.

Received a so called leather sofa that started to pill 2yrs after I got it.It only had a 1yr warranty. So now I cant get it fixed or replaced.
