We have been going here for just over a year and absolutely love this place. Dr. Francis explained much more about my husbands health and how it could affect his eyes. The first time ever we’ve been given that much information. It really was an invaluable visit.That personal service didn’t stop in the exam room either. Each time I’ve gone in for whatever reason (several adjustments with my new glasses) Airianna has welcomed me like I think she would welcome a family member. She even addressed me by name the minute I walked into the door this past week. That kind of service will keep me coming back and recommending to everyone I know.Thank you both so much!!! It’s nice to know our vision is as important to you all as much as it is to us.

Let me just say.All four of these stars are for a person named Carson.Carson, unfortunately answered the phone after my glasses broke for the 3rd time, and being that my glasses had already been sent out to be fixed once already I was very frustrated with the situation.Carson, picked up the call and did the most, he got the issue resolved, fixed my glasses, and kept a customer.I told my husband we will be seeing him for all our needs now. It had been over 10 years since Ive had an eye exam. All About Eyes was recommended to me by a co-worker, so I made an appointment. From the time I got there til the time I left, it was a great experience. The Dr was very thorough and explained everything to me so that I would understand. Tiffany was a great help after the exam to help me pick out frames and then to help me when I went back to get my contacts. When I went for a follow up Tiffany helped me again with my glasses and then Carson did another contact class with me. Both of them are very patient and good at the help they gave to me with putting the contacts in & taking them out. Thank you Tiffany and Carson. I appreciate the help youve given me.

Good place. They took their time with me to make sure the prescription was right. It takes me a moment to figure out if two was better then three. And so on. The doctor did not rush me. Thats a good thing.

I was in need of a new prescription and decided to look at new frames as well. I found 2 pairs I loved, but didt want to pay the price tag that came with them. Autumne was able to bring both pairs down to an agreeable price. She understood how much I loved both pairs and was willing to do what it too to make it work. Everyone there was very nice and knowledgeable. Frames are well organized and the prices are fair. I felt like the doctor explained what was happening with my eyes well, and he was very personable. Overall, I would recommend this All About Eyes location.

Good location. Clean. Good selection. Applying with over 3 years experience. However it should be common sense to let someone know BEFORE the interview that training is an hour and forty five mins away for 4 weeks! Also the acting manager seemed rude and too busy to be professional enough to handle proper scheduling (ex. never concluding the phone calls with goodbye) along with handling interview questions.

The staff ( Dr. Z, Victoria, Autumn and April) at All About Eyes in Machesney Park are all about people and service. My personal request to have new lenses put into my all time favorite frames was granted without additional costs. What a lovely surprise since I had not been able to accomplish this task previously at a reasonable cost! Thanks everyone, my husband and I appreciate your caring attitude.

Great Service, quick appointment and helpful staff! Scheduled a last minute appointment because I am traveling out of town this coming weekend and need new contacts fast. They were able to schedule same day and get me in for a contact fitting. Found out I needed to switch contacts due to an astigmatism and had them fitted. Will be returning in a couple of weeks to follow up and order contacts. Have dealt with the East State location and both locations are fantastic! Highly recommend All About Eyes!

Had a very good experience here so far. Went in to see if I could get a custom frame order put in and they did it without and pushback or problems. Super friendly/helpful with explaining all the different lens options. Hopefully my glasses come in quickly!

I called in the morning and was scheduled for an appointment the same day which worked out perfectly for me. As soon as I got there I was seen right away and Dr. Chu was great. I had to pick out glasses for my first time ever which was a little overwhelming but Heather helped me out and was able to pick out a pair that I really liked! Im glad I went to All About Eyes in Machesney Park and would definitely suggest going there to anyone who is thinking about it.

I have been to a few other eye doctors and the whole experiance at All About Eyes was the best ever! From the doctor to the staff that helped me! I havent felt that the glasses I have had in the past were correct with the other places. One place I went to, they sent my glasses back 3 different times. Still were not correct. Hardly ever wore them. (I do have a weak prescription) When I got my glasses and prescription sun glasses, they were perfect from All About Eyes...1st time!!Quick service! Found me a new place I can trust!Edit: 4/8/21. Again....still the BEST place for my optical needs!! Doctor is great and so is the rest of the staff!! They really do care about your needs!! Everyone is so friendly and they get it right the first time!

Very professional. Great selection of glasses. Receptionists were very friendly, courteous, and helpful with anything I asked. Doctor was wonderful. Friendly, makes you feel very comfortable. Gave me two options for contacts to try out to decide which Id prefer..I lost one of the pairs and they gave me a new pair. Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for over 15 years. Dr. Chu is great!! He and the staff go above and beyond to help with any problem you have. The doctor is more than willing to answer any questions you have, and does not just try to rush you through. This is the best place to go to in the area!

The staff at All About Eyes are very helpful and go beyond on making you feel like your at home and part of the family. I do have one request and that is to have a sitting area somewhere in the front entrance. When busy you find yourself standing for quite some time waiting to get helped.

I will admit I had difficulties at the Machesney Park Location. However, the owner called, listened to my concerns, and we were able to resolve the problems. I am very grateful.

In my experience this place is terrible the warranty that comes with the glasses is worthless there is a co pay that you are responsible for if you need to replace anything. Save the hassle and go to eyewear express. With their warranty you pay no extra and can replace every part of your glasses at no charge as many times as you need! I wish we would have never gone here its costing us more money than we would have spent at eyewear express!
