My LensCrafters experience was very positive. The doctor who checked my eyes was very thorough. The selection was excellent and the time to receive my glasses was less than a week.

Had the most wonderful staff wait on me when I arrived. No waiting at all, even with the eye exam itself. They also helped in picking out 2 great pair of glasses for me, and got the price down as well. I would highly recommend this LC store!!!

I have been coming to LensCrafters for over 30 years and they have been more than helpful in selecting frames and lenses. They have a great deals for sales I can’t speak highly enough of their sales staff they’re just wonderful and very helpful !! If you are looking for a place to go I suggest coming to LensCrafters.

Took my 5 year old for her first eye exam. From.the moment we walked in they treated her like family and made the experience a fun time for her. my 11 year old daughter was there for exam also they kept both girls together and made it a great experience for them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone on staff is very, very helpful! Also, very friendly. I hadnt been the eye doctor in a few years and the doctor was understanding of so! The doctor also got me right in and right out without feeling pushed out. Overall very good experience! Just a little pricey, but all I could see was name brands so I know theyll be worth it in the long run! I will be coming here from now on!

Lori assisted me with fixing glasses I had not purchased at Lenscrafters because of my new insurance. I was having issues with the nose pads and Lori replaced them with silicone pads. Excellent service!

Its been awhile since Ive had an eye exam and honestly, I just went with wherever could get me in ASAP and take my insurance. Im not sure Id go anywhere else now. I dealt with four individuals during my visit, and everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctor in particular made small talk and was actually interested in what I was saying. Its not a huge thing, I get that, but its the little things that bump up 4 star reviews to 5. Highly recommend this location.

I want for my eye exam for the first time in a long time. The dr was very nice and helpful and so was the staff they helped me pick out frames and what I needed and said it would take about a week to two weeks to get my glasses in and I hope to be able to see better. And I can not wait to go back to pick up my glasses has soon as they call my mom and say they are ready.

$230 the cheapest lens they have? I came here to try and find a good frame and just a good pair of sunglasses overall. But $230 just for the lenses? Wow.

If I could say no stars I would. We called to make an appointment, same day at 4 or so, great. AT THAT time we gave our insurance info. Fine we take it they said. After appointment, paying and so on, lady said they couldnt run the insurance at this time. Gentleman behind was told the same thing. ????. So in picking up glasses today, I asked to run insurance again. The lady said we no longer take that insurance.???. I feel they lied to us on day of appointment so as to get our money. Not happy in Il. Just a footnote, you respond to good reviews, why not bad ones?

I’ve come here for the past few years for my eye exam and glasses and have never had an issue. I recently scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and contact fitting, but the contact fitting was not listed on my appointment when I went in. However, Dr. Karen Neidich and Nicole were able to accommodate this scheduling error and took their time addressing my questions and concerns during my visit. Dr. Karen provided answers, a solution and ease of mind to an issue I had been having. Nicole was very helpful at making sure I could take my contacts in and out, as I had no prior experience. I walked out feeling confident with the tips and tricks she offered (I got them in under 3 minutes this morning at home, so I’m already feeling like a pro). She also took the time to explain prices and insurance benefits with me, which was a huge help in deciding which products I will be acquiring in the near future. During these stressful and unprecedented times, it’s easy to be hostile towards others, so i’m grateful for a pleasant experience with two caring women. Thank you for being kind!

Service was good when I came for my eye exam. However, I was trying to order a cheap spare pair of glasses online and was asking about pupillary distance, because I had a copy of the rest of my prescription and just needed to know PD. The woman I spoke to told me it depends on the frame, which is completely fine. But then I was asking what the PD was for my frames that I had just purchased there recently since I was getting a spare that looked exactly the same. She told me to google how to do it. I was also still asking her questions when she hung up on me. I dont know if she thought I was done or if they were busy, but I was unhappy with the experience and lack of help.

These guys are good. Plenty of selection, good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially Justin. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic team and selection. I came in expecting frustration through the exam etc. but everything was silk smooth. Braden was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Just stopped by this morning because I have had issues with my glasses not fitting correctly for over 6 months. The staff was very friendly and the manager resolved the issue. This location just gained a customer for life! I know they are extremely busy every time I walk in the store, but it is definitely worth the wait!!

I do not recommend this company! I was told that it would cost $59.00 for lens since I had my own frames. The girl that waited on me was very rude, stopped helping me with my new glasses to help someone else. 30 minutes went by. Then they had a shoolifter and she left me again to get the license plate number. I was, needless to say very irritated by then. Time to pay.. $350.00. I told her I was quoted $59.00 and she told me no you were not. No one here would tell you that! Just to get out of there humiliated for 2 hours, I paid. This has been a couple years ago but advised a friend not to go there. I never could wear those glasses.

The doctor was awesome!! I will definitely come back just for her. The employees were very nice but the one that was helping me made me feel very rushed while picking out my glasses. Now Im stuck with glasses I really dont like. Which is my fault..but the rushing didnt help.

Dana and Dr. Roberts provided me with excellent, helpful service. I got in right away and walked away very satisfied! The other office staff were extremely friendly too.

I just want to thank Dr. Roberts for all the time she spent with me and the excellent exam. Highly recommend this facility!

The kids and I went in for an exam for glasses and contacts. I was informed that the contact exam would need to be done at a later time and that my glasses would take 7-10 days to arrive, but probably less. I called to check status of my glasses and was informed that they were shipped, as of day 14 still didnt have my glasses and was informed that they had still not been shipped. I cancelled the order went to another company to get my glasses and contacts and was informed that lenscrafters had billed my insurance for contact exam when it never took place. This place has horrible customer service and I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Love the doctor and staff. Friendly, honest and very informative. Doctor explained all my questions in detail, even gave me a good lecture on my contact lens abuse/wear (which I needed).

I bought lenses for my glasss and my sons replacements at this location. 54$ for the replacement. With the insurance that they sell well worth it. I paid out of pocket for my lenses. All and all it was a good experience. But the dental office next door needs to have some sound proofing done. It sounded like IT was in a fight with Jason. Made me want to never go to that dentist office.

I ordered my glasses 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. I had to call multiple times to get information - and supposedly they broke the frames and had to order more which will be another 10 days. Really???? It has been a week and no follow up to even confirm they are on the way. Customer service is aweful!

Thank you for treating my grandson and me like people. I have been to the LensCrafters at CherryVale Mall. The workers worked on selling me the warranty telling me I would not have to pay anything if something happened to my grandsons glasses. I bought it. Something, did happen to Ketraevions glasses. We were in the mall so I took the glasses to get assistance with them They did not need to be repaired but they took the glasses. I was charged 50.00 or I couldnt have the glasses. I really had a question about the glasses they didnt need to be repaired. The second time they did need to be fixed. The glasses were broke in a basketball game. I gave my grandson the money to go to get his glasses. I would not go.Thank you again LensCrafters on West Lane everyone treated us with respect. I will return for myself. I will not need to go to the other two places because of your personal communication. Vikki Turnmire
