Please do not purchase a vehicle from Woodrum Ford! It was the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. They do not even inspect their vehicles themselves, they use a third part who obviously does not inspect. They will sell you a pristine condition car that is false advertising. I even drove over three hours to this dealership for this car as it was a perfect match for what I was wanting. I purchased a 2018 Buick Regal from Woodrum for over $20k and had to pay to replace the rear brake rotors due to them being so badly rusted that my safety was in danger driving it. It was not from my normal wear and tear as I have not owned the vehicle that long. Their customer service was also non-existent when I brought this to their attention. I was given the run around and even hung up and denied conversation by the sales manager, Jared. Not only did they take advantage of me since I am a young female and lied with false advertising on the car, the sales manager, Jared literally moved our email requesting help to their spam folder to ignore it. Their Internet sales person confirmed he did that to us on the phone. I would honestly rate them no stars if that were an option. If you do purchase a car from here, when you test drive it, take it to a mechanic to fully inspect before paying anything to them. Never again will I allow a business to treat me the way they did here at Woodrum. Attached is a photo of the rear brake rotor, Jared (the sales manager) deemed not his problem. If Brad, the sales person who sold me the car would have negotiated the price, I wouldnt be so upset. He told me it was pristine and I paid $20k in cash that day. I didnt finance, etc. I paid asking price and was even very nice when I was there. I asked Brad to negotiate the price and he even said word for word in the office Youre killing me. What kind of customer service is that?! Seriously dont even waste the money, time, or energy here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I promise it will be worth it.
I brought a car last year from Woodrum and I been having a lot issues with the car I brought from them. I had to bring the car in multiply times but they were very helpful each time I brought it in. I was very frustrated that I had to keep pouring money into a car I just brought. However recently they were able to get me out my old car and into a new one that works great! Their staff was great and the manager was awesome as well. I will recommend getting a car from them. I brought all 6 of my cars from Woodrum including my wife jeep that been running great the last 5 years. Overall my experience was great and Ben helped me through each step!
Today I took my son to Woodrum Ford in Macomb to purchase a 2007 Ford F150.We drove an hour and forty minutes and our salesman Brad Coates met us at the door alongside Micheal Foreman.They made the buying process so easy,comfortable, and had everything ready to go. They worked with us on every detail and question we had about the truck until we were satisfied beyond expectation! I recommend anyone going here to purchase a vehicle!!!!! Horrible experience. I brought my car in for a motor replacement covered by warranty. They had my car for 2 months. Once I got it back, it was leaking oil everywhere! I brought it in and had them fix the problem. It was returned still leaking oil, and they had me PAY for work that was supposed to be covered by the warranty. After the third try, my car is still leaking oil and they forgot to put my skid plate on. Worst experience ever, its been 10 months and my car still is not fixed. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Definitely worth the 5-hour trip today! Great folks that seemed very family-oriented. Showroom was super clean. They had my car waiting for me in its own garage, and even completed all of my out-of-state paperwork. My only regret is that I didnt buy my wife a car too.

We bought a 2017 sienna mini van. While there was a small hiccup when we arrived to test drive the sales manager Jared was quick to get involved. He apologized, took quick action to remedy the situation and make sure that we had everything that we needed in a timely fashion. Aaron was our salesman he did a great job of helping me keep my toddler happy while we closed the deal. I highly recommend this team in an industry where it’s hard to find honest and trustworthy people this dealership stands out. I live 77 miles south west and plan to be back for our next vehicle. Salesman Bill Seymore is excellent! I would give him 5 stars...Mitch is usually who I have dealt with in service dept and he is great! However, not the normal great experience today earned only 3 stars on service dept.and that is being generous because Im averaging it out based on past experiences...hopefully my next contact will go better.

No way that anyone should shop here. These guys are way too self involved to even understand what customer service means. Maybe long long time ago when there was no internet and they were the only place around their way of doing business was viable. But now!!!??? Come on... Crawl out of your cave and behave like it is 2017 (distant future for you does not concern you now, maybe you will deal with it after you run out of mammoth jerky). I know that the time is not important for you, your clock stopped somewhere in the 80s but maybe its not like that for anyone that makes the mistake to walk in your retro chic dealership. Modern architecture combined with good old my way or the highway attitudeUnfortunately this is how these professionals interpret as a proper way of doing business.

I dont have the best credit and they still managed to pull it off. And I work 6 days a week so I dont have time to go in and talk we did a lot over the phone. Which was perrrrfect for me!
