This is a business I recommend to anyone with car problems. They fixed my a/c and turn signal issue that had others who work on cars scratching their head. All the people running the business are professional and good hard working people.

I came home to see my dad for the holidays and got a flat tire. I called late this morning and they were able to get me in a 3pm and my tire is already fixed( not even 4pm yet)! They were super nice and efficient and they didn’t charge and arm and a leg! I highly recommend them!

I only made a phone call to web automotive in order to get a rough estimate. She was efficient on the phone, but certainly did not project warmth

Had them replace the clutch and flywheel on my 2000 VW TDI Beetle, job was done in 1 day and $50 cheaper than quoted. $520 OTD and sofar have 100 miles on the clutch with no issues. Definitely recommend. Edit !! After 150 miles I noticed they forgot to install my transmission mount! I will call Monday to see what their answer is to why it wasnt installed...

They are the best, simply the best! Kind, generous, and highly professional people. I brought my old 2002 Chrysler town&country to Webb Automotive right before an overseas trip. I was planning to return in a month but due to unexpected circumstances ended up coming back in a year! Not only they repaired my old vehicle, they generously kept it for free (!) just because my situation was out of my control, inspected before my arrival and fixed whatever needed to be fixed so that I could use my car right away for a long 12-hour road trip from IL to AL. I had no issue with the vehicle on that trip. Highly, highly recommended!!

I had some car problems my mechanic told me to get a hold of Webb because they have the stuff to fix my car. I called them they looked at it and a week later got it in not bad in price and they are very nice. I will recommend Webb to anyone.

I had my vehicle towed at a1 aouomotive and they said they fixed my car and didnt had it towed to webb and they took care of my car thank you guys definitely coming to you guys from now on and will recomend you to everyone

I took my lawnmower to them a few weeks back because my son said it kept cutting out while he was trying to mow. Tim cleaned the carburetor and the problem persisted. I took it back last week and he adjusted the clutch and put gas in it. Due to being closed for the holiday, I wasnt able to pick it up til today. He showed my son what he had done and what to troubleshoot for. Problem solved, right? Not quite! The mower was still cutting out so I didnt procrastinate and called immediately. Tim CAME TO MY HOUSE to see the lawnmower in action, saw the issue, helped my son adjust the wheels. After that, no problem! And no charge for the house call! Thats 5-star service! Thank you!

They do pretty dang good work here! We were customers back when he was A&E. They dont give you the run around or tell you things are wrong just to get a buck. They have a pool table and table tennis while you wait and a kids play area too! As long as I live close to Macomb I will continue to use this shop for all my automotive needs!

This auto shop is located east of Wendys. The staff was friendly and the price was pretty reasonable compared to other garages in town. They also have a pool table you can play at while you wait and you can pick up the Wi-Fi from the Wendys.

In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and competent, Aric Webb and his crew are also honest and straight forward. The prices are very reasonable and every bill is clearly laid out.

Worst experience I’ve had with a repair shop. I paid to have my buddy’s blazer aligned and the thing was still off when they completed it. Once I noticed it wasn’t the tires as they claimed I called back to get the issue resolved at which time they told me they didn’t want me as a customer anymore. If you can’t do a job right then tell the customer off that’s just plain unprofessional.For the record.I never accused you of anything other than doing the alignment wrong. My friend was curious why the code popped up himself. My buddy took his vehicle to Oreillys after to get the code checked out, which turned out to be nothing of consequence, and the employees there asked him why his tires looked crooked, meaning your alignment machine was messed up, or your employee caused it to be off one way or another. When i was given an option to wait 2 days I was not happy and was only told so once. I asked why I had to wait 2 days when you guys clearly did the alignment wrong the first time. And I was told off at that point. P.S. I was the actual client. I called you, set up the appointment, AND paid with MY card. Thanks for giving me the worst Birthday experience of my life

I took my car here back in October because it was running hot. It was $588 to get fixed, but on my way home from the shop my car still ran hot. I took it back the next day and all they could tell me is it may be a different problem. But I couldnt imagine myself doing business here again and I was never even offered a refund, not even partial.

Got my car in quick, did excellent work, and charged me exactly what was estimated. Cant say anything negative.
