This place has really nice furniture and a super friendly and helpful staff. Veronica was awesome- helped me secure a couch in under 30 minutes. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were also super nice, quick, and professional. If I ever need any more furniture, I’ll definitely go back.

The customer service was very good. They didnt have a wide selection of genuine leather furniture on display, which is what I was looking for, although they had a very large screen computer that showed a much bigger variety of furniture that could be ordered. However, their selection of rugs was larger than any of the many other furniture stores I visited in both Macon & Warner Robins & were reasonably priced. I will be buying one this week.

I have to say veronica and her team really did a good job with assisting us and providing us with our best options of what we could afford and exactly what we were looking for. I went to every other furniture store in macon.ga and i have to say they gave us the best price and service out of every other store we went to. With that being said 1 room completed in my house and we will be back for the next room very soon. Thanks furniture queen!!!

I was greeted promptly when I walked in and the store was amazing. I saw several pieces that I wanted but the PRICES! Don’t go in there with a budget, you will be leaving empty handed!🤣

Got a sectional delivered to my apartment yesterday to open it and find that it was broken. Gave them a call this morning and had a new one delivered within a hour, no hassle at all.... all and all they have great quality furniture, decent prices, and great customer service.

I had an amazing experience. I was unsure about what mattress to get and about the pricing but they were so helpful. The best part was, the owner kept saying that he does not price match, he beats prices. So he sold me the mattress for what we thought was the cheapest amount but as soon as I left, I looked on a different site and saw that the mattress was even cheaper. When I went back into the store and showed the owner, he gave me a full refund and lowered the price even more. Great quality and great pricing

I had a budget in mind and he worked it out where I could get what I needed. My wonderful husband didnt set up our furniture correctly and I took it back to the store of him to look at. Its okay. They forgot to give me my ottoman when we picked up my living room suit, then tried to pressure me to come pick it up. Its a 45 minute drive for me and I wasnt going until.I had time. I probably wouldnt shop here again.

I visited Furniture Queen today with my daughter. As we walked in one employee walkedd past us, one was behind a desk and one was a few feet away. We walked to the back of the store looking at living room and dining room furniture. We were in the store about four minutes and decided to leave. As we were walking toward the front door an employee comes from behind the desk and asks if she could be of assistance. I replied no we dont need assistance anymore because we werent greeted and no one cared to help us. I dont spend my hard earned money anywhere that lacks good customer service. At one point there were three people behind the desk. I dont care how nice your merchandise is, if Im not respected Ill shop elsewhere.
