I like this dealership and its employees VERY much. They seem honest, sincere, knowledgeable and really want to come to an agreement and sell me a Genesis.I would give then 5+ stars if they would not insist in adding on a dealer charge that represents nothing more than price gouging to the final agreed upon price for their cars.In my opinion, this tactic mars an otherwise truly exceptional experience and destroys customer loyalty, repeat business, and that feeling of satisfaction about buying a new car. It seems like a very poor decision on the part of their management, and no doubt costs them dearly in the long run. Very short sighted...

My salesperson Amanda Seabolt was very knowledgeable and friendly! I have never had a salesperson that was so knowledgeable about a vehicle and its features. Amanda even recorded a personalized video to show me the vehicle prior to me arriving at the dealership. She provided A+ customer service from our first interaction online until I drove off the lot.

I cannot remember when ive had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership! all of the personnel who took care of me at five star went way way above and beyond to help me purchase my new elantra. It was a challenging day but everyone worked so hard to get me into my new car. I am a customer for life at Five Star!
