When I came in a few days ago, I was very discouraged. I walked in and met Spencer, Miguel, and Alexis and they were very friendly and helpful. Then worked overtime to put me in a car that I know suites me and I feel proud to ride away in. The deposit and monthly payments they quoted me were the best I had heard during my car search and I would most definitely recommend people to come by Rocky Top Auto Sales.

If you like dealing with con artists, then this is the place for you. They will happily take your money and give you a vehicle that will fall apart, or blow the engine on your way home. Make sure you put full coverage insurance with roadside assistance on the vehicle before you drive it off the lot. Cause youre gonna need it.

What just happened at rocky auto sales is beyond me. I am a professional football player and coach at Warner Robins High. I try to be as professional as possible. I was receiving good quality service from benard but once I started dealing with other salesman I was in disbelief. I put 800 down to get a deal that later changed. I never signed a paper or left with a car. When I stated in would like my money back in was told no. I honestly thought he was playing because I had been nothing less than professional with him. And then said that I had to leave without my money. I am a criminal justice major out of Georgia Southern university. This man was rude, and even walked in my face while I had not said one single disrespectful word to him. I will never step foot there again. He needs to be fired.

Didnt come to an agreement or final pricing. Gave them $750 to take the truck off the lot to see if I actually wanted it. Well when I was on the interstate the engine locked up, inthen realized this was a different problem they didnt tell me about. I realized they screwed me over. due to the owner being 400 years old and never wanting to pick Up the phone himself, I had to talk to the unprofessional staff. Needless to say, they kept the money for their cheap business probably because they cant afford Christmas, and now I cant get my life back in order for this new job I needed a truck for due to their immaturity. Please save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else where they dont steal your money. They will create fake google profiles to UP their score for ratings but please dont believe it. Im begging you. I wish nothing but the worst for them in the future. And I NEVER leave reviews. I have better things to be doing. Like wondering how Im going to live off not having a vehicle and short of money. They have officially ruined my life at the moment.

This place is a SORRY excuse for a car dealership. Lies, lies, and more lies. Been 45 days and cant get a tag for our vehicle because they havent sent it to our tag office. Also, traded a vehicle in and......SURPRISE SURPRISE they never paid the vehicle off at the bank. Got the bank calling us trying to take action on a vehicle we dont even have anymore. Every time you call all you get is well call you back, or call back tomorrow. Been hearing it for 2 weeks. But guess what? Joke is about to be on you. Ive contacted my lawyer and you have NOT heard or seen the last from us.

Just took delivery of my 2012 Kia Soul which I love dearly. I wanted to say thank you to Miguel and Spencer at Rocky Top Auto Sales for their effort and assistance in getting me the vehicle I wanted and at the same time I did so at a payment that suited my budget and my gas mileage should be additional savings. Good deals and some nice cars and trucks

I went a year and 2 months without transportation mainly because every dealership and salesman wouldnt take the time to actually hear my situation and care enough to help me at all . I walked in to rocky top auto sales on a whim because I was on my way to to Buford ga to a dealership who claimed they cared about their customers, turns out they were no different than the other 50 plus dealerships I had been to, they were only concerned with what they could make off me. Spencer Hood not only cared but went above and beyond what any other car salesman would even think about doing. He got me into a 2007 Toyota Camry, which is the car that I had been hoping and praying for. I could tell from the moment I met him he was much different than any car salesman I had ever dealt with. He listened and cared about what I had been through, which was 2 years of pure hell. Everything that could have gone wrong in that period of time went wrong, times !0!!!. Spencer not only got me into a ride quickly, but he changed my life getting me a great job and a new career. I owe Spencer more than I can ever repay him. If you are in need of a reliable transportation I definitely recommend going to see Spencer Hood at Rocky Top auto Sales in Macon Ga, you wont regret it!!!

This Place Sucks!!! These People are rude and mean! And All They Sale Is Junk!! Recently we got a van from them thinking it was a good van.. until we got it home.. the same day the back automatic doors stop working. Then soon after that the check engine light came on.. then the next day the driver side door just stopped working.. they told us that they would fix it.. But when we confronted them about selling us junk they called the cops on us.. and they still havent gave us the buyers tag for the van. smh Do Not Deal With These People!!! Please!!

This dealership is very unprofessional. I do not often rate or review companies or businesses on their performance, but I had to for this one. Every person Ive talked to has told me that they go up there for a vehicle and put money down for it, and in return either leave with no vehicle or a vehicle that has something drastically wrong with it. Do not waste your time or your money dealing with these people.

Stay far far away from this place. It is not organized. The people are dishonest about mileage on cars. Your car will die before you pay off the loan. You may die before you pay off the loan, as the cars are death traps, some without safety belts on all seats. Run dont walk, somewhere else.

Came here with no real expectations of getting a financed car due to poor credit and past mistakes plus literally every other dealer or used car lot I went to denied me. So to my surprise I got a company and they introduced me to a sweet Murano with nice leather seats. So I gotta say they were respectful and even willing to work with me, since I didnt even being a down payment. Cool guys, and they are pretty straight forward.****late update Ik****But things turned sour 4 miles down the road when the engine light on the Nissan starting blinking. There was this grinding sound from the engine bay as I was accelerating onto the ramp from I-75. Back smoke rose and I pulled over onto the shoulder. It was a titled lemon. Called the manager who sold me the car. (David or Davis) not sure of his name now, but they prolly done had 3 managers by now anyway lol. He laughed and joked about the best way to break a car was to just sell them. He then told me nonrefundable down payment which was $1,000 or my last paycheck until 2 weeks later. So long story short. He gave me a beat up, old and dirty loaner car 04 ford explorer which in some cases, the starter wouldnt work or I had to crawl underneath and hit it to start the Damn truck. So I gave it back and cut my losses. Dirty and sleezy business. Ive been recovering from my financial loss and unemployment ever since. (Lost job due to no car or reliable way to work)

Worst experience ever... I purchased a 2007 HHR from them June 2017 with promises to fix the broken key and door handle. Week 1 the power steering goes out while on highway 49 while raining at night. They did fix it. Week 3 the car just dies in the driveway. I had it towed to five star Chevy Becouse I got the warranty program they offered. It was the theft detection module it thought it was being stolen Becouse of the key, which was not covered by the warranty. After a week of daily phone calls with no call back, and stopping by the lot they decide they will cover the cost after I pay for it being towed to there mechanic and the cost of the diagnostic test. All this time with no loaner car and having to bum rides for my mobile cleaning business. I finally get the car back and the power steering has gone out again. They blew the fuse while trying to jump the car Becouse it wouldnt start Becouse of the broken key. So when I go get the fuse i get a check engine light the catatonic converter is clogged and also the air conditioner drain is clogged and dripping in the car. With all that said I hope the car last the 24 months to pay it off. I wouldnr recomend them to my worst enemy. Customer service sucks and I truly believe I was sold a lemon. As a newly divorced mother of one who is trying to get a business off the ground. They screwed me over in a money pit of a car. And the door handle still not fixed.

If I could give NEGATIVE or ZERO stars I would. These guys are con artists and extremely unprofessional. I bought my vehicle in May of this year, and still do not have my title to register my vehicle. Ive called multiple times and have even showed up asking for answers. The lady who deals with that is never available when i call (I called multiple times in one day sevral times) and would not even come out to speak with me when I showed up. I spoke with a man when I arrived and presented my concerns and he looked my in the eyes and said I DONT KNOW. I asked can you please find out my temp tag expires in 3 days (on 07/16/17). To this day I still do not have my title. I have my retired father call constantly and even inquires with the tag office to see if the state has even received it, THEY HAVE NOT. And when i asked the gentlemen stated sometimes it takes the state a long time to send it back, when i informed him i was advised the state has not recevied it he again said, WELL IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU. You would think he would be eager to find out, he was not. He finally went back in to the office and inquired with the lady who deals with that and came out and said, YOU NEED TO GO TO TGE REG/TAG OFFICE TO GET AN EXTENSION. I asked why if i gave money do I have to do any work, they should be able to such a thing for me. I work 9-5 I should not have to be invonvenienced like this. When I asked when it was sent off, he said i dont know but it was sent so i dont know what to tell you. DO NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE.

Not even a day after purchasing my vehicle it started cutting out. They do not care about the customers in my opinion. Im pregnant and the car keeps going out in traffic. They are not genuine about anything. They sold me a lemon.
