I took my iPad 7th generation to be repaired because of a cracked screen on 3/18/2021. Return on 3/19/2021 to pick it up the next day to find out that the back of the iPad was bent and had a white spot on the front of the screen where it was bent at on the same side of the Ipad .. So I had the gentlemen called the owner who said that he was the only person who fixed the iPad. The OWNER said that Ipad was already bent, he told me to look around he had cameras everywhere and that the tablet was already damage when I brought it in. I told him NO it was not to get the girl who was there the day that I brought the ipad in on the phone . She knew it was not bent, so she could tell him that it was not bent, but they didn’t contact her, and then had the nerve to tell me to leave the iPad there so he can bend it back in place, long story short he told me I was trying to scheme him and that this was the first time this happened. He was not there to roll back the cameras like he said. The day that I left the ipad, I paid with no problem, when I came back I didn’t ask for no return I asked what happened. The employee said that the Owner fix’s it. When the employee call the owner he stated that it was already bent. So at that point I got really angry the owner said that the tablet was already bent and that he couldn’t do anything but bend it back. The owner stated” that people always trying to get over but then said this never happened to him before and that I’m the first person. All I wanted was my daughter screen fixed . I would have understood if he said that I bent it putting it back together, but to just blame me for trying to scheme him ohh that is bad business, poor customer service because I had to argue over the phone with him about a ipad that I paid $329 for straight out of the store, and paid $160.49 for him to fix’s then blame me....I would never recommend fix and styles in river crossing next to GNC, I don’t want to knock every franchise because I don’t know who own what store. DONT GO TO RIVER CROSSING ( FIX AND STYLE)!!!. POOR POOR service ooo and wondering why the lady in front of me walked out unhappy....

Brought my phone in to get fixed for a trade in on a tuesday. They didnt have a tech in so I came back on wednesday. They put the wrong color frame on my phone because they were out of the right color. Instead of letting me know or ordering the right part they went ahead and put it on. When I went to get it changed they said they had to put the old broken screen back on and order the right one. I made another appointment friday at 11 and was told the same thing and to come back at 2pm. I get there at 2 and they tell me they refuse to fix the phone because I left them a bad review. Told them if they fixed my phone and made it right I would most likely change my review but continued to be rude. I wasted 8 trips total to this business and the customer service was terrible. The person at the front desk was rude each time I came in and the manager called angry about the review, completely unprofessional.

This is the second time I’ve come here to get my screen fixed. They are always professional and they did a great job fixing my screen.

I was very impressed with the service received at this business! Both the gentlemen there were great and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was super knowledgeable about my much needed phone repair. I literally only waited 30 mins to have my phone back in its original state (without the cracked screen) and it was for a very reasonable price... They were referred to me by a teacher at my child’s school and I would refer them to EVERYONE! When you use your phone for business it’s hard to go without it and they made sure I didn’t have to go long nor break the bank to get it back in working condition... I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Got my daughter’s iPhone screen replaced in 90 minutes while we shopped . Also purchased a screen protector and got a new case. We left the store very satisfied . After getting outside, my daughter decided she wasn’t happy with the new case, so we went back inside to look at another style. She picked out a less expensive one. This is where the confusion started. The store clerk was a friendly young lady, but had no idea on how to issue a credit and ring up the less expensive case. I tried to explain to her she was doing it wrong. She said she was locked out of the system and I would have to return another day and talk to the owner. It was closing time, so we just left without causing a scene. I was satisfied with the repair, but I overpaid for the case. I just let it go and chalked it up as a learning experience. I would recommend the screen repair and the cases, but make sure you are happy with your case purchase before you finalize the transaction.

My phone was unresponsive and they fixed it for cheap and it works amazing!

My very responsible daughter purchased a phone case from the Shops at River Crossings Fix and Style and while sitting the phone down on the table the case cracked. She still had the receipt- as she had only had the case for 5 days. When asking the gentleman to exchange the case or fix the case... he said “no, I can sell you another one at a discounted price.” My daughter clearly upset at this point and my wife disturbed by the offer to SPEND more money with the company! I mean, if your company can’t respect that the customer and word of mouth means more than a $27.00 case than trust that business will not last long!! We will spend our money elsewhere!!
