Good prices I got to wigs for $70 20inch.

Their wigs are poor quality...lasts one week max considering i pat $50 or more on them. I now go to a different wig store

This place is so professionally. Products and even the girl who did my wig. I felt so pretty. When she finished. She did so good.The other lady was so sweet. Her personality was so warming. Much of the hair is waste hair. Bought a lace front there and it had matted in less than 2 weeks. Then gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went back and the girl told me that it matted because it was blended hair. So, I told her I wanted 100% human hair which I paid well over a hundred for. 3 weeks, the back underneath the top hair had tangled and matted. I even took it to a professional hair stylist who told me that it was human hair on top, but blended on the bottom. I dont play about my wigs. My choice is not to shop there anymore. Its my poragative to make a different choice. Yall make your own choice. The crochet locs are good, though.

While I like shopping in the store. I arrived one evening about 7 mins before the store was to close. I knew EXACTLY what I needed. They saw me walking up and locked the door. I understand that they work hard, but all I needed was one thing. They could have easily asked would it be quick. I would have told them yes AND they could have gotten it for me. They looked me dead in my face and locked the door. I had no idea it was locked until I pulled the door. I was disappointed. Now Im no longer a customer.

Sometimes the staff looks at you crazy. They dont have good customer service. I hardly ever go there anymore. The wig prices are ok but they other hair is outrageous. The braiding hair is a good price too. Its mostly customer service that makes you not want to go in there.

Unprofessional I was in there 15 mins not one time did they ask if I needed any help. Will not be going back there

The staff up front was in their own converse world meaning didnt receive a hello as I entered the establishment. All you could hear was their own personal converse with each other cursing as if they were in the streets. I was very shocked dont know if they were having a bad day or just didnt care about the customers.But they have great hair and great prices but dont want to spend money where I dont feel welcomed.

This has to be one of the most convenient hair stores in Macon Georgia. They sometimes dont have exactly what I need, but majority of the time this store has exactly what I need, and I feel super comfortable there.

Rude female employees. They have arrogant attitudes for someone just working in a hair store. Several people complain about them yet they never get fired. Starting to think the manager is either scared of them or sleeping with them. 🤷🏽Nothing else makes sense for them to stop be there. Their causing the store to lose customers and other employees as well because of these few arrogant, lazy females.

I hate this place, every time I go there these ladies have an attitude they dont say hello or respoND when u say hello, the so called manager, slim light skin dirty looking chick is so mean she dogs customers out, talk back to them or walk off when they ask her for help, I stood there 15 minutes before I got help to purchase some hair, the owner needs to fire all these hood rats and hire new ladies who wanna work, the only decent person there is a older lady with short red hair, thats it. And they sell fake hair!!!!

Store says they close at 7pm on Sundays I got there at 6:45pm the door was locked and the employee was waving me away. Well I guess Ill take my money somewhere else. I knew exactly what I wanted and want going in to browse I would have been in and out in 5 minutes. Shame on them.
