I love coming in this store! Always so many new scents to try out and always a great sale going on. Got the newest scents for the handsoap sale for the 6 for $26. And the spray hand sanitizer is always a must have for my purse. Black Cherry Merlot is my all time favorite and I always stock up when I go in. No matter what scent you are into they always have something for you. Also the room sprays are amazing, 1 spray really does make the entire room small amazing so highly recommend grabbing a few of them to keep stashed around the house for a quick spritz every now and then.

There semi annual sale was on... great prices friendly staff.

Your kinda left to shop on your own. Its a little congested but most times i go in for wallflowers so i already know where they are.

They are always great. I went in early before work for the big candle sale. Only thing is no one seemed to know if they still allow the wall plug in exchanges if you have one that has burned out. I asked 3 people, got the same deer in headlights look. Lol.

Unusual for the cashier at BBW to ask the customer to go back and get one that has the barcode. He must have missed the customer service training session.

I mostly just come here for the candles but the staff are friendly and they do tend to have plenty of section in the way of candles to choose from. I’d give a higher rating if it wasn’t so frustrating figuring out the dang mix/match promos and sales...you can do this, but not that, oh it’s $0.50 difference in price so can’t do that. Otherwise, keep the good candles coming.

It was packed but they got us & out without a problem! Very nice & great deals!!!

Be prepared to wait in line outside. Its a small store. Candles half off, still pricey though.

A little disappointed about the $30 bag being a box. But otherwise great!!
