The service department Jen and Joe are amazing they’ll help you with anything that you need. The head of the service department knows about any bike and can help with any question you ask him. The head parts department knows about every part in the entire store. The entire store is amazing. If you need a bike, SHOP HERE. From the Owner to sales, service and parts. You will get your moneys worth. I purchased 2019 Indian Chieftain Darkhouse and I travel hour and a half just to get my bike serviced because of the excellent staff.

I had my motorcycle worked on at capitol. Parts were delayed but that was because of Indian. Ladies and gents to care of me as quick as they could. Didnt buy bike here because they werent a dealer at time of purchase.Will def come back and recommend this dealer for all your motorcycle needs.

Excellent experience with Capital Cycle. We have been looking for a KX 100 for our son as a step up bike from his KLX 110 L he had out grew and mastered the bike. They waited for us on a Saturday due to being over a hour drive. The cost point with warranty out beat anyone around. We got home with the bike and there was a problem with the bike no fault of there’s. I even text Wesley that same night and he assured me that first thing on Tuesday it would be resolved. Went first thing Tuesday with the dirt bike and they stood by there word. Todd took the time to educate me on mixing the fuel with the oil, being that it’s a two stroke. My husband knows all about it but I did not no the ratios. They showed concern with McKennon riding a new bike explaining the differences between the two bikes and how to ride it. Todd reminded him to always gear up and be safe. This may seem silly to some but we lost our oldest son in a bike accident and I really appreciated it from a Mom’s point of few. I can’t put Mac in a bubble and not let him do what he loves, riding dirt bikes. Got the new bike in the truck got home and it runs like a top. My point is they went the extra mile with there customer service. Wesley and Todd you have a customer for life as long as Mac is riding you’re my go to for all my dirt bike needs. So I stopped in about a month ago looking for a Honda Rebel and online said that it was available. It was bittersweet. It was bitter because the rebel was sold out the very weekend before. It was sweet because I met Shawn and he was super helpful, patient, honest and caring. This bike will be my first bike and he stuck with me the whole entire time he didnt give up on me. I should have come here sooner! Shawn and the rest of the crew at Capitol were amazing to work with. When I first stopped by to talk to Shawn, I expected it was going to take a month or more to find what I wanted, and then a few days of negotiation. Shawn listened to my needs and gave me a couple of excellent recommendations. It was like he read my mind. If I could have bought all of them I would have, but the last thing he showed me was actually dream bike. I was smitten and worried it would be gone before I could get my wife (and financing) on the same page. But then, Shawn found exactly what my wife wanted too! Im 5 minutes he had her more excited than me, and I loved that he talked to HER about her bike-- he didnt do the macho thing and try to talk to me. We put down deposits that day, and I braced for the next part... Again I thought it was going to be a struggle to get financing because of our credit, and was prepared to pay in cash, but Shawn stepped up again, and got us a great price and financing with terms we could accept and help us keep our cash in our pocket for our upcoming vacation. I cant express how happy we are, and I look forward to visiting Capitol Cycle and Shawn again as soon as my kids are ready for their first bikes!

I have a 2019 Indian Scout. Had Capitol City install new pipes, intake and full service. They were great and friendly. Only problem was I was waiting, I came from Augusta with a buddy, and he bought a new bike and I spent another +$500 on goodies. Had a awesome experience with them and would highly recommend them for service and sales.

We spoke with him before coming over to the show room to give him an idea of what we were looking for, and explained that we were just beginning our search for our perfect rides. When we got there, he had my husbands Honda Monkey sitting right by his desk the day it hit the floor, with almost EXACTLY the modifications we were looking to add, in the perfect Glitter Blue. Shawn and I also talked a lot about the best-fitting ride for me, and found my beautiful Yamaha Zuma (her name is Sheila) - perfect height and weight for a small person like me (Im 52), and the automatic transmission is perfect for a new rider. Nathan was INCREDIBLE! While riding my 2017 Roadmaster Trike over the weekend, I got an error code. I called the service department and spoke to Nathan who got my bike seen that afternoon. The codes were reset and spark plugs changed. Now my bike is running so much better. None of this would have been possible without Nathans assistance. Capital Cycle now has a loyal customer thanks to Nathan and the service department at Capitol Cycle.

Where do I begin! From the very first time I walked into the shop about 3-4 years ago I didn’t know what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a motorcycle. I’m not one for people but Shawn came up to me and was very polite and not pushing anything on me. Due to his professionalism and helping me get the bike of my dreams (at that time) I knew he was going to be the only salesman for me. Since that very first experience I have gotten 3 bikes from him, including a dirt bike. Today (01/02/2021) I walked in there and Shawn already knew what I wanted since we had been speaking. Once again the process was quick and painless. I told him what I wanted. How much I was going to put down, and where I wanted my payments to be. Within 30-45 minutes I was walking out with a brand new Indian. This place has done nothing but treated me well and I believe it is thanks to Shawn. I bought an Indian motorcycle here. I like to do my research and take my time buying. I was there 4 times before I bought. To include test riding the two bikes I was down to. I would highly recommend my Salesman, Todd. He didnt pressure me, he answered all my questions and got me a fair deal on the bike. Bought a Vulcan 900. Everything was really smooth and awesome. I got the bike and by some ungodly miracle my oil cap blew off somewhere. Didnt even even get to the stoplight down the road from the place. Called them and they handled everything very quickly and well. Came back the next day to pick it up and has been smooth sailing since. Really appreciate this place!

Todd sold me a nice Polaris Rig in Early 2020, the process was easy and he was very knowledgeable. I have no complaints about the sales side of things, but after all they want the money. Fast forward several months and we realize the wench doesn’t work when we are in a jam. It would only go in and the buttons were reversed. It was time for a service so I took it in to be checked out. It took 2.5 weeks and they were scurrying to finish when I walked in. I got charged for the wench service(bought the best warranty they sold) and it never worked! I was told they discounted some other extraordinarily high labor to make up for it. I got a service, rear view mirror, and gun racks. Just order the parts and put them on yourself, because getting a call back from parts, or having parts communicate with service ain’t going to happen for you here. Million dollar sales and $2 service and parts department.

I am on my way to key west from Pennsylvania. Needed a taller windshield. Called capitol cycle in Nacon Georgia. Brian in parts located the windshield, wrote my name on the box and held it two days for me. Then service was booked out fir a week. Nathan, the service manager found out I was traveling and put the windshield on himself immediately. I have NEVER had customer service like this in my life and I’m 61. I’m going to stop by on my way home just to see these people.

Horrible experience with the service department. Took my bike there to have it put back at stock height. After about 3 days of nothing being done to my bike, I went to go pick it up because I’d rather ride it then have it sitting getting dusty. After picking up my bike I noticed that the front steering was acting weird but I rode it off anyway back to my storage unit which isn’t too far. About 2 days later I pulled it out to do some ridding due to nice weather and the steering was still messed up. Felt like the handlebars were independent from the front wheel. I took it back up there because I didn’t feel safe riding it and asked if they had did anything to the front forks to which of course they replied that they didn’t. So I dropped it off again only to not have it be touched for another 2 days. Went and picked it back up and it’s still horrible. Would not recommend for any service. Poor customer service and did not want to take accountability. I will be taking my bike elsewhere.

After a couple initial hiccups at the beginning of my crash repair, Nathan came into the picture and took over. Once that happened, things moved quickly. Most of the parts had come in but Yamaha had a backorder on a couple and Nathan looked high and low in usual and not so usual places in an attempt to speed things up (my bike had been there for a couple months already when he took over). Less than two weeks later I stopped by to check progress and as I was walking towards the service building, he called to tell me the repair was completed! Being in the retail/customer service industry myself for the last 25 years, I can say that Nathan truly embodies the customer service attitude.
