Randy Parrot was very patient with me while I took a couple of months to pick out what I wanted! Bear went over all the functions on the bike and the controls and was happy to help me when I got home and couldnt get the radio to hook up on bluetooth! Took 5 weeks to replace a fuel pump on my bike. I get they had to order it, but why didnt they have a fuel pump in stock? Why did it take 4 weeks for it to come in?Anytime I try to buy parts I always have problems. The parts guys dont seem to want to help me find what I need, and its never in stock. One time they sold me gaskets to go between my throttle body and manifold. Those parts are one piece on my bike.These are qualms relating to my 15 year old bike. When I was getting ready to buy a brand new bike everyone was as helpful as could be and very accommodating. Seems like theyre only interested in selling and servicing new bikes. Anyone with an older harley goes to the back of the line.That being said Harley in service is super helpful and friendly. 5/5 stars for him.

I contacted Harley Davidson of Macon about 2 weeks ago regarding trading in my Yamaha Stryker for an Electraglide. I spoke with Bear over the phone who was extremely responsive and helpful. I went into the store today and unfortunately Bear was off. I was met by Mike, who showed me the bike I was interested in buying and helped me get started with my trade in and financing. Randy took over and helped with the rest of my financing and paperwork. Everybody in this dealership was extremely helpful and I was never pressured to make a purchase. The financing was painless and I was able to get the deal I needed. The whole process took less than 3 hours from walking in the door to riding off on my first Harley. Randy took the time to familiarize me with the function and controls of my new bike before I left the parking lot and answered any questions I had. I will be a lifelong customer for Harley Davidson of Macon.

I was searching and searching for my first motorcycle months before I purchased. Hours of research a day videos on multiple bike I was interested in. After visiting 9 Harley Davidson dealers I reached out to HD of Macon. Every dealer made me feel like a number and it was honestly very discouraging. I was then pointed to Chad, the sales manager. We talked, text, and narrowed it down between the street glide and the road glide. I came in for my first visit and Chad helped me decide that a road glide would fit me best because of how I felt on it. So after that then we talked about working so accessories into the deal like bars and slip on exhaust. We found what I liked and the next thing I knew I was getting pictures of my bike coming off of the Harley Davidson truck and Chad said that he would send me pictures of my bike once my accessories were installed. 2 days later my bike was ready and waiting on me to come get. Step by step and many many questions later the day arrived and my long time dream of owning a Harley Davidson was realized. EVERYONE at HD of Macon has made my buying experience better than I could ever have hoped for. They made me feel like family and they have earned a customer for LIFE! Seemed like the riders destination. No merchandise available at all, but plenty of bikes to sell. We were in town, 500 miles from home, and had nothing to bring back home as a souvenir. But seemed like the place to be. Everybody was there. Signs were on all the racks saying thank covid for no merchandise. I thought that was a little unprofessional but. The staff seemed ok.

Amazing place. We went for the Easter Bunny. 😁 Took our almost 12 month daughter to see the Easter Bunny thinking she would be scared but she took to the bunny instantly. While there, we looked at some bikes and asked questions, lots and lots of questions... Honestly never owning a bike before, I had a lot of questions. I figured they would get tired of me and push me off, but they didnt!!!! Even the customers that own bikes and shop there a lot were friendly as well. Very warm environment, friendly people, and just a great experience in all... Every one in that building is super friendly and I mean everyone.

“I was out riding my motorcycle and noticed a small problem with it. I was about 25 miles from the dealership and rode there to get their opinion. Brett looked at my motorcycle and asked if I wanted to wait for them to correct the problem or leave the motorcycle. I said had no way to get home so I told him I would have to wait. The repair took about 30 minutes. it was covered under warranty. Fast and they corrected it the problem first time.”

I was here last week. In over 40 years I can say this was my best service experience at a dealership. I dont recall ever being introduced to the tech who was going to do the work, then being taken into the shop and given a detailed explanation by the tech (Anthony) about what should be done now and what is able to wait until later. I bought a new Harley here about a month ago ( it is my 3rd new Harley purchase but my 1st from here). I cannot say enough good stuff about this place and their staff. Chad was my salesman and he truly knew the product and was not just some salesman it was clear before he even told me that riding and Harley Davidson is a passion for him. He even gave me some cool history about the dealership. The service I experienced here was some of the best service I have ever experienced in any type of business (too many great details to mention). I have also got my bike serviced here and have bought riding gear. If you want to buy a bike, need service, or need gear this is the place.
