I will never take my car to this place again for paint work. The worker Jon is very nice and respectful but the paint work is bad. The technician literally painted over my old paint but claimed he sanded the car to the metal. There are bumps that prove he did not sand the car. The paint had run off and the blending was amateur. Dont take your nice car here for touch ups and paint work or youll regret it. A can spray paint job from home would look better. My sports car is ruined at the moment, looked better before their paint job. Wished I could post up the pictures just so you all could see how bad it looks.

Did they do a fantastic job on my car on more or less everything they touched up? Yeah. For the most part I am impressed. HOWEVER. Did they end up doing THREE TIMES more than they were authorized to do? Absolutely. What I was told over the phone, $200, ended up being $700. They went ahead and did a crease dent I told them not to do and charged me for it. I also have learned that it wasnt even a crease dent!! They did an extra panel. They did work on the hood. They did work on the roof. All of which I said I didnt want them to do. He also never even told me what the final price was. He just asked for my debit card.............. I got completely taken advantage of here. So. Speak VERY clearly to these people. Take everything he says with a grain of salt. Tell him to call you if they go over his price estimates. He is a nice guy to your face. Watch yourself if you choose to go here. He WILL try to take advantage.

Some jerk threw their car door into my new Explorer. Auto Color scheduled a time with me and made the repair. It looks perfect and the price was reasonable vs running it through mt insurance.

Just picked up our five year old minivan today after being serviced by Auto Color, Inc. It had a couple of deep scratches, one of which I unsuccessfully tried to repair with a paint pen. Also, the interior showed obvious signs of three children. So we got a quote for an interior detail and a paint match/scratch repair. The quote was unbelievably reasonable - literally a fraction of the cost of what I was expecting. Then, when we went to pick it up, they had actually completed additional work on the outside of the van. Because of the type of paint we have (pearl metallic tintcoat.. or something) the match isnt exact. The color is, but the sparkly finish is not. But honestly, the previous blemishes are hardly noticeable at all. The van had some scuffs from various kid-related run ins, and some noticeable scratches on the back bumper of the van. I had planned on buffing them out and taking my paint-pen skills to the minor scratches on the bumper. When we picked it up today, all that was already done. The inside of the van? Looks like the day we pulled it out of the dealership parking lot. It seriously looks and smells new again. The attention to detail here is amazing, and the costs are very reasonable for what you get. I know they probably didnt make much money on this transaction because the interior and one of the scratches were worse than they had anticipated, but I was charged the estimated price only. I think there is a big market for low cost (well under $100 per scratch) paint repair, and I think they are doing it right. And I can personally say that the interior detailing exceeds expectations. If your car needs a little TLC, I recommend Auto Color, Inc to restore your pride in your vehicle without breaking the bank!

Place did a great job on my car. Had a few scratches and a door ding. Took care of all of it in a day. Car looks like new. Best part was the price. Very reasonable for a repair shop. I would say less then half of the big chain. I highly recommend this company.

At first when considering any new busines I havent doubt with in the past, I admit.. Im skeptical at first..But, the owner of Auto Color cured my skepticism.. from the extra mile he went with not only meeting a great quality of work completed.. but also a out when Enterprise Rent-A-Car tried over-charging me for a rental car for 1 day.I will definitely consider bringing my vehicle back to Auto Color.

Had some damage to my alloy wheels. Brought the vehicle to Joe and his team whom did an excellent job restoring them like new! Their attention to detail, transparent process and quick turn-around were top-notch. Since then Ive returned for a second issue and wont hesitate to come back again! Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Owner is upfront about cost and what is remedies are possible for any scratches, dings, dents, upholstery work. I took my 06 sedan that has was in good condition overall but had a handful of dings, dents and a tear in the back door arm rest. Had an initial visit a few weeks ago and met with the owner and we took a look around my vehicle. Right from the get go he explained what touch ups could be done and areas that were slightly damaged that I didnt notice. We talked about an overall price at different round numbers and what was possible. After taking the car in yesterday my expectations were blown out of the water. The car looked great and the work around the car looked great. The upholstery was tricky because it was on the corner of the armrest between the upholstery and a piece of trim. They did a great job and would go back in the future. Thank you Auto Color!

I scratched the rim of my wheel on a curb pretty bad. Auto Color was fantastic, they got me in quick, and did a great job repairing the damage, and for a price much cheaper than taking it to the dealer, or buying a whole new wheel. I couldnt even tell when they were finished! The owner is very professional and nice. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs.

I paid $231 for a full interior and exterior detailing. I paid extra because I have a dog. Here is what I got for that.The good: most of the bugs were removed from the front of my truck. The finish on the hood of the truck was smooth and polished.The bad: My local $20 car wash does a better job of vacuuming the dog hair from my truck. The dash looks like they ran a lint filled cloth over it. No interior detailing, at least no better than the average car wash. Water spots on the running boards and wheels. THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CLEAN OR WAX THE ROOF OF THE TRUCK! (Like I wouldnt look up there?! Really?). There was wax dust all over the windows and in the door jambs.Overall, I would say that either these guys are amateurs or rip off artists. I told them when I took it in that I pay great attention to detail and that I am paying to have this done only because Im short on time (and getting older). I really hoped for a professional detailing but what I got was a decent $20 car wash at 10 times the price.

I stopped in a week ago for a minor repair after being backed into. Rather than trying to talk me into an expensive repair of replacing the entire side panel, they quickly and cheaply pulled out the dent. Still a visible indent, but given the age of the car, I was more than pleased. I highly recommend them.

Auto Color did a great job detailing my car and repairing a number of small scratches in my door and bumper. I appreciated the helpful attitude in the way they explained the different choices I had for the paint repairs. I never knew there were those options. They kept to their budget and my car was done on time. I have already recommended Auto Color to friends.

If your looking for quality work this is not the place. Paid $235 for a full detail and had to spend an hour finishing the job. Simple things like dusting interior panels and wiping down the seats was not done. I even had to vacuum. When brought to the attention of the owner, I was told some people have different ideas of a detailDont waste your money....better off doing it yourself!

This place was fantastic! I brought my Mercedes by there after Maaco quoted me $1,200 for a small fender-bender in my door. I just got the quote from them its much less and they seem a lot more friendly. Besides that Id rather support the local business Ill definitely be taking the offer.

I had a new pickup truck that had a good sized dent that went from the rail of the bed and it bowed the outside of the box. I had a damaged bumper with huge scratches - they repainted and the job was flawless. I had a door ding requiring a small dent repair and touch-up and the job was excellent. Lastly, I had a complete detailing done and a ton of road tar, sap and crud was removed - the paint finish is great - it felt as if I was getting into a new car when I picked it up. The work Auto Color did on my car makes me think Ill never use a traditional auto body shop again. I recommend Auto Color HIGHLY to anyone who cares about their car and how it looks.

Because I was surrounded by traffic, I was forced to run over an orange construction cone with my Jeep, which knocked out the lower middle section of my front bumper. The plastic pieces that attached it on each side were broken off and still screwed into the car. Auto Color was able to reattach the broken pieces to the loose section of bumper and fasten it back on like it was originally - no jury-rigging. You couldnt even tell it had been broken off - it looked great and it cost under $100.00!! I recommend them highly!

I had a minor scrape on a rental car. Before I returned the car, Auto Color fixed the problem for less than $100 in less than one hour. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

When I got my car used, it was pretty good aside from a few problems. The pain problem was the back bumper which I had fixed at another body shop for $850. After that, all that was left were a scuff on the hood and the trunk which I cam here to get fixed. Once I got it back, it looked better than most of the rest of my car and it was only $90.The owner is very nice and does a great job for a low price. Hes also very honest. Up front he told us what he was planning on doing, what possible problems could arise, and how likely it was that it would cost a lot more to fix.

I recommend this place because is fast, friendly, low cost (compare to five other places) and provides detail information about outcome.

Bought a 2001 Honda Civic for my soon-to-be 16 year old son. Low mileage but the headliner was torn and falling down, made the car look bad. Talked to Joe and he said he could replace it. Honda wanted to order a new one and charge me over $600. Took it in to Joe, he did a fantastic job for less than half the price. Interior of the car looks great. Also had him refinish the fogged up headlights...they look brand new! Would definitely recommend this place, they did great work and were super friendly and helpful!

Anyone looking for quality detail work, absolutely stay away from auto color. Took my vehicle to them for a color sanding/buffing of the paint, in which I was told it would look show quality, charged $800+ not only were parts of the car completely untouched and left just as scratched as before, but there’s spots where it was sanded and not fully polished correctly that now leaves the paint with a cloudy smudged appearance that can’t be removed. Very very sad quality of work and service. Car now will need to be brought it AGAIN for a PROPER job to not only adresss the original issue but also the paint they messed up. Also worth mentioning. If you are told you will get your car back a certain day, don’t expect it. I received my vehicle 5 days after he said it would be originally done. The owner of this company should be embarrassed by this service. I will make sure I tell anyone I know to steer clear of auto color by all means if you’re looking for quality work and service, or even average work.

Not impressed!The owner looked at my car and said the dent I had was not a good candidate for paintless dent removal. He said because it was on a body line and had a small crease to it they wouldnt be able to do much with it. He also claimed they would have to remove the fender to get at it and it would be cheaper to just paint the fender at that point.The next business that came up on Google was Zing-a-ding. Matt had a cancellation so he was able to get me in right away and he had no issues removing the dent and definitely did not remove my fender to get at it. Completed in about 30 min for 85 bucks.

Always more expensive than they initially said, because you thought they were going to do things that they did not calculate for. Always something. No more. Too unreliable, too expensive in the end.
