I wanted to do a complete paint job on my Jeep Wrangler from a metallic ocean blue to a classic sand color. Mike spent a quality amount of time going over what would needed to be done and made some suggestions during the estimate to ensure that the final outcome would be satisfactory. I was also on a time constraint but Mike and his team came through with flying colors. They are easy to work with and I would completely trust them with any future work.........and the final outcome, nothing short of awesome! Mikes a class act and he wont steer you wrong.

Mike gave me a great deal while other places in Madison were overcharging. I had a small rust repair on wheel well that needed fixing otherwise it would get worse, poke a hole, and rust my trunk. Places wouldn’t do the work without repainting the entire quarter panel. Mike found a way to take care of the repair and blend the paint along a body line and looks great. Exactly what I was looking for and needed (and I didn’t have to ask for it, he gave me a fair assessment and estimate from the get go). So I knew I was in good hands - women kind of have to learn ways to ask questions of body shops - there is still a stigma that went don’t know things about cars. I never felt that way at Macco. I only need the car to last another 5-10yrs to get the mileage out of the car I want. I can tell with the work Mike and his team did, I’ve got more than what I thought was possible. I took my car to Maaco after having a dealership look at it first. One of my blinker lights was broken, so I planned to have them replace it during my oil change. They told me that there was a leak in my housing unit and the whole thing would need to be replaced, costing me at a minimum $400 and a week and a half wait to get the parts. I went to Maaco as a last ditch effort (not wanting to drive without a blinker for a week and a half) and boy, did they ever pull through! First, they were able to get me in next day to take a look at it. Second, they had the knowledge and expertise to evaluate the housing unit as a whole and determined the blinker bulb was loose and just needed to be replaced. There was no indication of water damage at all. They saved me time and money!! Not to mention, they were very kind and understanding. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks again!!!!

Have been using Maaco on Pflaum Road for many years. Always excellent service, quick estimates, great communication, and timely turnaround. New management continued the quality and service and also invested in re-doing the lobby, which looks way better. Ill be back for future auto body needs.

I should have done my review earlier in the year when I got my car back, but I was too busy enjoying it to focus on anything else. I brought a junky looking Chrysler 300 to Dan and the guys at Maaco and now I have a stunning car. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted when I came in but Dan helped lead me in the right direction and had some awesome and useful input to really capture the creativity I wanted. They did the work fast and with great quality. Everyone was super friendly and really showed a passion in quality work. I brought my truck in to have my drivers side door painted as well as the side of the bed. They were very accommodating and walked me through the process as to what work they were going to do. Within a week, the truck was finished and the results were fantastic. I would highly recommend Maaco for any painting or body repair, they were excellent and provided professional service.

Got a decent sized dent and some paint scratching on the back of my car. Got a quote from Maaco Mike and he was really helpful walking thru all the options. The quote was about $800 cheaper than the body shop at my dealership and a lot more flexible in terms of what we wanted to leave or fix. Dropped it off on Monday and got it back on Friday. Looks like nothing ever happened to it, couldnt be happier with the work that was done.

I just bought my 1st new truck. With 2 kids and 2 dogs I decided to get the truck bed protected with bed liner. I checked out many options including Maaco in Madison who had a great price and offered fast turnaround time. I trusted my new truck to them and it turned out great. The shop is under new ownership and all the staff was excellent. It has taken a beating already and still looks perfect! Love it!

Was a little disappointed in the time frame as he said it would be done in 1 week but a couple things came up and it ended up being 2 weeks. But work quality was good and price was good for the job.

I took my car in to get the front bumper painted, I brought the car in on Monday, it was finished by Tuesday but I could only pick it up on Wednesday. Got the car and I was amazed! I dont see any orange peel, and it looks great. The only thing that I saw was two spots where there was a slight run of paint. But its not even noticeable. I didnt even notice it until I kept looking for imperfections. I definitely plan on bringing my car here, the workers, and Dan, the head manager seemed really professional.They even went off the quote I had back 2 months prior. The quote that I got back in December was 363.98 cents. I paid that exact same amount. No more, no less in February.

I recently took my Nissan Rogue to the Maaco in Madison. The car was a dark green (which I never really liked) and had its fair share of door dents and dings. They completely changed the color for me to Orange Sunrise. Bumper to bumper, it looks like a brand knew car. I Love It! Additionally the manager Dan heard my kids play hockey, hence the reason for the scratches on the rear bumper cover - he covered the top of the cover with bed liner and it looks awesome and protects from scratches. Quality work takes time to complete. I was very impressed with there customer service and quality of work. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and how much everything would cost. Then they worked with me on the price and they date I could drop off my truck that worked with my schedule. They match or beat other estimates which is very nice too. Came in with a total loss estimate with bad front end damage and thought I had lost my car but the estimator Dan managed to work with me and gave a few options to go with either replacing or repairing and it saved me a bit of money that was under what the cars worth. In where the original estimator which i got from infinity said my car was total loss but well today the car is up and running and still looks like it just came out of the lot I was impressed with the work they did they repaint my bumper replaced my hood which had a crack on it and replaced my headlight which had came loose from the accident and anything extra like buffing and polishing my other head light so they looked both identical honestly they did pay attention to every little detail that was either not looking right or wrong and fixed it and whatever extra detail they had to do they’d give me a call or let me know before they did anything with it which I think is great for business because they take the customer into consideration and not add it on to what you’re already paying I highly recommend if you need a body shop get an estimate before you take your vehicle to them they will take care of you.

Exactly what i was looking for! Got into a minor accident and cracked my front bumper. Every where i went gave me quotes of 1,600-1,800 to replace entire bumper. Dan was able to give me 3 DIFFERENT options that were way more price friendly. All is fixed and looking great. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get some work done!

Was told to go to Maaco by my insurance provider (which was provided by carvana). Dan at Maaco was extremely easy to talk to and gave me quick results. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at around 1 pm with the car looking good as new. (had a cracked chrome piece near my grill to begin with). All in all I recommend using Maaco.

What a joke, Macco reminded me of Kohls department store. Gives you a very very high price then says but this is what I can do for you and lower it. They are like a very bad used car salesman pretending to give you a deal. Make sure you get several quotes before you come here. I absolutely hate giving negative reviews but felt like they were taking advantage. Got a better quote and great job done by another local business.

Good work at a Great Price. The customer service was top notch and Dan kept me quite involved and informed throughout the process of having my truck painted. They even went as far as to install my 3rd party fiberglass hood. My experience with Maaco was a very good one. Would definitely recommend.

This is actually my boyfriend Jon 2nd visit to Maaco and felt we needed to share our experience. Dan is amazing with excellent customer service and a very down to earth kind of guy. In both visits his BMW turned out Excellent. First time they fixed the passenger side & front bumper and the second was just front bumper but what stood out the most was how perfect it turned out and the professional way it was handled. Should we need any future repairs or have any paint projects done, its coming here for sure!

I made an online appointment for 11:45, when I got there the employee was rude and saidI was the one who made a appointment at the last minute, I had made the appointment that morning at 7 or 8 a.m. so if that time did not work I feel like they had plenty of time to call me and ask me to reschedule, so I left without my car being looked at. And was seen at a different place who did my estimate in 7 minutes.

Went in for an estimate, expecting that Id need all new parts and have to schedule an appointment for later. However, he was able to get me in immediately and do a quick fix that saved me hundreds.

In early may I took my new vehicle to this Maaco to have a scratch repaired to the tune of 600.00 and after three trips back to them at a total of 14 days for poor workmanship at best and them causing more damage every time I brought it back to them. Now it will cost over $4,000.00 to repair due to damages they caused and they now will not respond to me or take responsibility for the damages they caused. I have spoke with their own customer service/ Corporate office 3 times and nothing . Do your self a big favor and take your vehicle to a different body shop!!!!!!! I will keep you posted if things have changed. I just wanted to up date you as of 12-23-2020 I was advised that Maacos insurance company agreed the shop was 100% at fault and reimbursed me and my insurance company back the cost for a real body shop to fix my highlander from all the damages this Madison shop caused the total due us was $7,103.47

I had maaco repair some rust on my rear quarter panel. Customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and had great turnaround time. However the bodywork itself was less than impressive. Lots of runs in the paint, orange peel, overall just an obviously rushed paint job. I also later found out the repair was mostly built up body filler that has since chipped away and now is just exposed metal. It was well priced for bodywork, so in that sense you get what you pay for.

The Corona virus has changed peoples attitudes towards the public your customer service desk rep was rude. sorry I wont be doing future business.

Quite pleased with the cost-effective rust repair done here. Dan carefully explained the available options and kept the work within the estimated cost. Alternatives at other body shops (where the repair would have involved fully replacing some body parts, an approach Dan was able to avoid) were about 40% more expensive.

Dropped off a van and gave him a budget i had. They did the work and at first i wasnt happy but it was because of we were thinking two different things but he said no problem fixed the issues even did extra stuff for me and offered some money back but declined it because they did such a good job thanks guys!

I had a bit of unique request for Maaco to shave/remove the outside door handles on my Jeep JK half doors and paint them to match the Jeep. Working with Dan and Rick was supper easy and final job was fabulous, plus it come in under my budget.Maaco in Madison has become my first choice for body work and paint. I highly recommend them.

In 2017 took 2001 dakota to menomone falls store on Silverspring dr to have vehicle repainted and clear coated.vehicle had five year warrantythis past febuary the paint started showing issues .tried to call the Maaco in menomone falls could not contact anyoneThe store had burnt down.found out from another Maaco store that the warranty was only valid at the store thatdid the work,was able to find out that the madison Maaco on PflaumRd also owned the Menomone store.called the Madison store and talked to General manager Dan Reynolds, drove vehicle to madison for an inspection and it was determined that the vehicle needed to be repainted and recleared .Mr Dan Reynolds went over and above to address the problem.highly recommend the Madison Maaco and Mr.Dan Reynolds.Found out that all Maaco s are not the same they are franchise sthe managers /owners make the difference, in my experience Dan Reynolds and his team was the difference.cannot say enough about the crew .

This business and these people will far exceed any and all expectations you may have. The service from the quoting, to the hospitality in the lobby, the involvement in the shop, to the general kind conversation - this shop is the best Ive ever experienced. The service they provide isnt something you find often anymore. Do yourself a favor and go in.Side note: Dan was great on the phone and managing the office, but Brad and John were killer on the vehicle.

When I got here they were very quick to come out and take a look and give me a quote and less than about 5 minutes. I ended up getting a better quote about $600 less up the street. But theyre nice overall.

Very much unsatisfied with the outcome of the job done have to return it to have it redone. Someone wrote scuffed across the hood and cleared over the word. 2 someone scuffed thru the clear coat and messed up the red metallic on the stripes. 3 over spray in the bed of the elcamino .4 supposed to have 4 coats of clear coat and only one coat was applied. 5 pink x upper rear window with clear coat over it. 6 run in clear coat drivers side door. 7 over spray across the tail gate. 8 scuffed doors and didnt respray the door frame left undone. 9 left over spray around the hood. 10. Cowl induction has black over spray on it. 11. Green tape stuck under the paint on rear passenger side. 12 both stripes are blotchy from taking the clear coat down to far 13. Missed the driver side rear lower quarter panel with black paint. 14 black paint on front bumper. 15 detailing was the worst ever not even cleaned just rinsed off .16 over spray front end of hood. I have to say that I am really upset with the way they did there work. I even took in my own supplies and they used there own I should of been to get my supplies returned. Will I ever use this company again. I really dont think so. Will I recommend this company. No I dont think so. Very unhappy customer here.

Dan, was very helpful and very nice about helping me find out what I needed, He gave me a few options. The car was in there for about a week but it came out looking so much better.Im not gonna knock them for the 1 week because I want the job done un-rushed.They did a very nice job overall, lets hope it last long.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. I was given a reasonable estimate and they were willing to try to work with my budget. They replaced my front bumper in a couple of days. All in all I would recommend them.

Some idiot dented my front passenger door and also my rear door without leaving a note. Took it to MAACO for repair and they did an awesome job. I am very pleased with their work. My 2002 Camry looks brand new again now.

Not very Many reviews for these guys, but I called around multiple places in Madison and this was the only shop that answered professionally for me. Greeted with a hello and named their place of business. As far as a being a woman, I didnt feel like my questions were being ignored. The other shops that i called made me sound like I didnt know what needed to be done. WHICH I DONT hence why I asked questions.They were helpful, honest and tried to find the cheapest solution before throwing costly repaints onto the vehicle. Turned out great and i would definitely recommend this.

Well my call was answered but the guy that answered was awful and rude. Horrible customer service. He couldnt give me any information and seemed annoyed by the two questions I asked. I wouldnt bring my car here for paint. If you have rust it will need to be repaired and for $900... I would just spend a couple hundred and get a real paint job put on by a decent local. Im betting you will get a better result. Im not even going to bother trying to save a couple bucks with Maaco.

Went in looking to just have a headlight put in because driver side was wrecked and metal was bent around light bumper and quarter panel was kind of just hanging this guy put in my light and straightened..for lack of a better word out my front end where it is damaged and my light is fixed and my car looks a lot better

TERRIBLE work done here. Crap paint job with dirt in many spots and overspray all over the place and then the paint wouldnt stick for more than a couple of months. They tried to repaint several times but it was always the same. STAY AWAY!!!!!
