Pete was really helpful in making sure we got the right amount of money from our insurance company. The car was brought in for damage and was returned within four days, cleaned and polished. Rose City Collisions went above and beyond. Fantastic service with a fantastic staff.

Pete really saved me from having to pay hundreds out of pocket. After my first estimate didnt cover the total cost of repairs for my brand new car, he went out of his way to communicate with my insurance adjustor and have my car inspected again, doing everything he could to get all of my costs covered. He updated me every step of the way when my car was in the shop & was nice enough to drop it off where I work down the road. He was very transparent about all of the costs and labor that would be required as well. Overall I received exceptional, professional service from an honest group of people.

Not only did he go to bat for me with my insurance company, but he walked me through everything he did, showed me the parts list so everything was clear cut, and checked in with me at each stage to make sure I knew what he was doing and what the timeframe was. My insurance company was dragging their feet despite the fact that I wasn’t at fault, and Pete made it a priority that I wouldn’t have to argue with them about it - he did it all, and they paid! And on top of everything, he got some dents and scratches off the car that had nothing to do with the body work from the accident and was purely because he wanted my car looking as great as possible, so he didn’t even charge me for them. I can not recommend this place highly enough! They clearly know what they’re doing, and they make it obvious that they care about you AND your car. While I hope I don’t have reason to need more body work, if anything happens to my car again I won’t hesitate to bring it back here. Thank you so much Pete and the whole team!!
