DO NOT RECOMMENDED! I have used xtreme multiple times in the past with no issues, however this experience was much different. It started with them cracking my windshield, and then trying to give it back without saying anything. When I saw it, they did say they would replace, but getting that done was a beyond difficult. Nobody up there communicates with the others, and getting a call back took multiple calls from me and getting irritated. Will not be back again.

Lies about warranty’s! Wouldn’t recommend to my biggest enemy! They have the worst tint! Horrible slow customer service! “No warranty”! They cause leaks inside your vehicle! They can’t seal headlights for anything! Headlights fill with water! Can’t install a roof rack! Wires short out and cause fires and horrible smell! Mold in the truck and rude unintelligent staff! Soo I have no idea what happened to this place!! It was a great place staff very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous did great work I had 99 S10 about 7 yes ago took it to them they hooked it up, hid headlights, tinted all around subs, box everything it was great!! Then about 3 yes ago took my dodge and my galant to them. We had the galant tinted alarm headlights and fog lights done and about a year later started having electrical issues took it to a trusted mechanic and he told me he wouldnt touch it cause the wiring was such a mess where whoever installed it was slacking bad. So my thoughts were hey it happens every once in a while right. Well at the same time I had the galant done I was having my dodge dome as well.I had the led conversion headlights and the hid fog lights, they did my alarm, replaced all my factory speakers, installed a touch screen double din radio it was all good. Then about a year ago fog lights went out, still not sure why could be a fuse on my part, but had my truck took to the mechanic cause it was running funny, draining batteries I didnt know what was wrong come to find out the mechanic said I needed to have my alarm reprogrammed cause it was causing my truck to do that ! So as far as friendly staff and good people yes but the quality of their installs and wiring went down hill !!

The tint quality is fine but i don’t recommend using this shop unless you know EXACTLY what you want as far as specific types. The guy behind the counter doesn’t really help explain options. So after you choose and wait 8+ hours for your car and pay, suddenly there are 3 more options that would have been better for what you needed. I say just do your research and be very specific about what you’re looking for before coming here.

I’ve taken my truck to Xtreme truck countless times. I’ve had tint, speakers, custom sub box, aftermarket stereo, amp research steps. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I was always updated on progress without even asking. Alex and Roger are awesome and know there stuff when it comes to anything having to do with a vehicle. I plan to keep using Xtreme Tint for all my accessory needs!

My buddy used this place to upgrade a lot of equipment on her truck. Shes had a horrible experience, and Im writing a review, because Ive had to correct Xtremes mistakes. She never could get a hold of anyone on the phone, she left voicemails, and several times just had to go up there. Its like once they got her money, then they didnt care about the quality of work. She spent thousands on products, and either they didnt know what they were doing, or they were too lazy to do it the right way. First, her window tint began peeling within the first few weeks she had it. When she went to pick up the truck there were electrical connections that werent hooked up, and the guy told her about it, and to just bring it back AFTER having her truck for almost a week already. He halfway fixed it. She upgraded her speakers, and they became loose and started to rattle. When we took her door panel off we discovered that instead of drilling a straight hole to secure the speaker Xtremes team had screwed them in at an angle, and they were all stripped, and loose. You could tell that they didnt completely detach the door to do the work. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle upgrades, because these folks here are in-experienced and they will only cause you more issues down the road.

Dude over the top service. I went in to buy a part because I cut my factory wire harness on my jeep trying to install my radio by myself and Alex made the process so easy and offered to install and beat the prices of competitors. The install took awhile because I Royally screwed up my wiring. I decided to stay and wait and at one point Alex offered take me to get food since I had been waiting. All in all in the end I ended up with new speakers, my radio installed and my wires redone for a fraction of the cost I had gotten from others. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anyone. My jeepers Alex will hook you up!

Have you ever found a business that shouldnt be in business? Well I have and its this one! I brought my car her to have the windows tinted with the expensive UV tint, you know that awesome tint that dang near lets no heat in, yeah that stuff. Its a good $330+ tint job. But paying that kind of money, you wouldnt want it done right the first time right? How about a second time? Maybe there is no way in hell they could screw it up the third time, HA HA HA guess again jokes ON ME! If you want to know how many times it takes, its more than three I can tell you that!I brought my car here three days after I bought it, because I bought it in the beginning of the week and didnt have any openings until that Thursday. I was told to drop my car off at 8:00 am and they would have it done by noon. I guess that was joke number one. They didnt have it done until 6:15 pm. When I got there I took a look over the tint job and noticed some scratches in the tint, bubbles, hair or cloth fibers and like dirt or sand debris in between the tint. He told me that I should give it a few days to settle and anything that was there they could smooth out in about five days or so. I also got my front window tinted with the UV tint that is almost clear to knock out some extra heat.After about five days I brought the car back and had to show them all of the imperfections that had been made, they said that the entire car needed a re-tint, scratches and debris from in between the tint doesnt disappear.....SURPRISE!! Well they told me to bring it back in three days and they could get it done by noon, another joke, it wasnt done until 6:30 pm after dropping it off at 8:00 am. And yet again it was scratched and blah blah blah...same crap as above, so ditto. I brought it back and he tried to touch it up in the parking lot and he wasnt having any luck, so he made me another appointment and promised that I would be the first one in and be out noon. Do you think I believed them? Hell no I was waiting until 7:00 pm that time, I was beginning to notice a pattern. This time when I got the car back the front window was not tinted I had to make another appointment to come back and get that done. Needless to say that didnt happen I went to Freddies and got it all redone right the first time. Just had to pay for it twice...can anyone say ATTORNEY? I am! I will be posting the pictures on the crap work so that you all can stay clear of this joint.

This business has no communication between employees I had to explain what was getting done to my car 3 different times. On top of that the employee that handled my transaction didn’t tell his coworkers what radio was being installed in my car. When I called to see how much longer my car would be, they were still confused and I was hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Very poor customer service.

Several months ago I purchased a new alarm and remote start for my SUV from Xtreme tint & alarm. Recently I started having trouble with the key turning. I thought it might have to do with the installed alarm. The professional and helpful people at Xtreme tint & alarm solved the problem even though it ended up not having anything to do with the alarm they installed. Now THAT is great customer service. I wouldn’t go here. I purchased a set of color changing head lights from them, “PLUG AND PLAY” meaning. Plug them in, and they are ready to go... right off the bat, lights didn’t turn on. Took my vehicle back and one of the guys handed me a Homemade wire system that. Halfway worked, and sometimes make my lights flicker. I also received a ticket for the headlights, but the owner lied to me and told me the lights were “Street legal” when they were not. They had also screwed into my headlight housing to hold the bulb In place, im guessing they didn’t have the right bulb size. They had also Super glued my headlight housing because it was cracked, and it let moisture inside of the housing.

Service was absolutely horrible. The only thing I recommend to anyone is to never do business with them.

I had been waiting for two weeks to get in to get a install. The guy Alex is not reliable. I i wanted one day for 3hours on him to show up at work. Then he would even answer phone or call back. They dont have enough people to do work. One installer and one tint guy. They got more work than people. Not press ar that Alex guy.

Need to work on communication with customers especially when the time frame is compromised with a set back on your service performed. More action less excuses. Personnel forget who you are 5 min after meeting you. Could be a great shop if they get reliable workers and better management.

The worst business experience I have ever had the misfortune of being involved in. There are levels to business and it is utterly apparent that these guys live on the bottom rung. Low quality work, was lied to straight to my face repeatedly. Checked every box in a horrible customer experience. Please save yourself the frustration of throwing money down a black hole and avoid these clowns. I can’t wait to get their version of what they provided me while they are under oath in a court room.

Spoke with Alex about getting my windows done. Got me in the next morning. Fair price with lifetime warranty. Done a awesome job and glad i let them handle my business. Dont expect timely quality service, especially if you have to take your vehicle back for warranty work. I had my new truck tinted their and two windows had creases when I picked it up. Brought it back when they asked me to and then they told me they couldnt get to it. Brought it back AGAIN when they asked and they couldnt get to get. So I dropped it off on that Tuesday. They had my truck from Tuesday until Friday and windows still werent repaired. Nothing but excuses!!!!!!!

I brought my wife 2015 Mercedes to get a remote start added. 2 weeks and 4 trips later I demand my refund. A fast and slick talking guy named Alex lead me to believe that he knew what he was doing. Shame on me. Dont be a fool!

Ive used Xtreme tint for my tinting needs for over a decade. I dont know what has changed but its not the same shop it used to be. They are still able to do simple jobs but they dont have the skill to handle curved windows any more.Ive been back multiple times for warranty work and they are unable to complete the job. One time I waited 3 hours in the lobby for them to tell me that they didnt have the tint that my vehicle. It took 8 weeks to get a hand-written receipt. The story was that only one guy in the shop could produce a receipt.I rarely leave 1 star reviews but this is the worst customer service I received in many years. I will take my business elsewhere.

Booked install 16 days ago. Called yesterday to confirm and dropped of for today. Called shop upon opening to go over install. Was told installer would call. Noon came and went. Called shop at 1pm. Was told Kyle would be calling and was assured work would be completed. Just picked up vehicle. No work done. Excuses were given. When project was scheduled, there was zero jobs on their list.Go somewhere else. They cannot be trusted.

I’ve been coming here since 2012. It’s a great shop and they have superbly done work on both my Dodge rams, both my Hummer H3 and H3T, my daughters little Buick Verano, and my 2008 Dodge Viper.If I had to come up with anything negative I I would say they need a bigger shop to accommodate the customer work flow.I know some people say they have had to wait or just walked out because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. That’s because the team of extreme tint is in the back and getting other people’s work done right.This shop is one that if you are going to have quality work done it will take time to make sure it’s right and you the customer are happy.If you have a first world mentality and need it done right here and now. They are plenty other fly by night and pop up “tint and audio” shops to go to. Just make sure you wear a long sleeve dark colored shirt cause when that tint bleeds it will be all over your arms.So yes I have and will continue to recommend Extreme Tint.

I have had four vehicles tinted here. First two went well. They corrected issues on the third. My fourth vehicle most recently was a disaster. They redid it twice, both times estimating 2-3 hours of time and taking six or more. All of the tint applied this second time was as bad as the first (bubbles, scratches, debris under the tint). Also, the side tint is not the correct type (can’t see the lines of that type with polarization). It’s so bad there now it’s not worth the trouble to let them fix it. Complete waste of money and time.

These guys have tinted a dozen vehicles for my family. I had one minor issue on car years later. I took in and they fixed it no questions asked!!!

Totally dissatisfied with my service. I went there to have multiple services did for my vehicle. First it took all day when I had 1st morning appointment and didnt get done till 10pm that night. Secondly, my wheel cover on my driver side was no longer attached and I brought this to manger attention and he said it was all ready like that. Third, my lights was pieced together, meaning driver lights dont come right when car comes on, I have to flicker it. Also, strip lights that were installed melted onto factory headlights. Through this experience I strongly recommend not doing business with this company, they are not professional at all.

Disorganized showroom, need a full time front desk person, and I had 2 vehicles for service there and had to return both vehicles back twice for re-dos and they still didnt correct the work. Now Im going to have to take both vehicles somewhere else to fix what they screwed up, which was the front lights on both vehicles, and be out of that much more money. I definitely couldnt refer them to anyone for anything.

This location has done several vehicles for me Tint/ car audio and its always completed on time or before and on budget.

Paid $450 for LED Headlight install on my car, came in as scheduled and left within 45 minutes which was nice. Fast forward to nighttime, Im missing the hi beams I paid for, and they didnt aim my headlights. The beams were all over the road.Called, let them know, said theyd fix me up, come in again, and was told they were too busy and asked if I could come back. I live an hour away, so this wasnt an option. I just asked for my hi-beams and left. Noticed the brand is JFC Cant locate them anywhere on Google, so one would think this is a cheap led bulb that I over paid for. Wouldnt recommend them at all.

Theyve worked on 2 of my cars and yet I still have 2 take them back 2 them for the same issues over N over again n they still havent gotten it fixed so if U can get it done somewhere else I would.

If I could rate them lower, I would. Ive used them for tinting in the past, and they always did a good job. I took my husbands truck up there to get his stereo replaced, and they sold me a used one for $50. It works great! they said. Yeah. First time using the CD player, and it goes dark. I paid $50 for a am/fm radio. When I called to get it fixed or replaced, they were always busy. I finally got in, and Alex kept the truck practically all day to tell me the CD player doesnt work. SERIOUSLY?! He told me hed call me back in a week or two. Its been over 2-months now. I will not be going back, and Ill make sure everyone knows theyre a poor excuse for a business.

This is definitely a top choice for window tinting, alarms, and more. Ive been coming here for years, Ive had several vehicles tinted. Theyll fix any issues such as clouding or streaks, and the 3M tinting is guaranteed for lifetime.

Just had the third vehicle this year done at Xtreme, Alex is a great guy to deal with and they do great work and stand behind it. This last one makes the sixth tint job total I have had done over the past 4 yrs. Only problem I see is they could use some more help up front this place is always busy..

I was sent to this company by another Radio Installation company that refused to work on my truck because of the said difficulty of the install. However, June at XTREME said theres no difficult task that XTREME cant handle. This is music to my ears, I would recommend that you take your business to XTREME first! Dont waste your time or money with anyone else who will refuse you service.

Im sorry, but I have to update my review. I dont know anything about their audio installations, but their tint work is a joke. It shouldnt be very difficult for an experienced team of tinters to put some film on 2 front windows...clearly not the case here. I admit I can be picky, but if my wife (who couldnt care less about stuff like this) points out all the flaws in their work, you know its really bad. Its as if they didnt even check their work before it left the shop - there were big sections full of debris, fibers, bubbles, and a few minor scratches (not to mention they SCRATCHED MY GLASS when removing their first attempt). Apparently this still looked good to the owner. Fortunately he did honor their warranty and replaced the tint (reluctantly), but the second application isacceptable at best. Most tint shops can have you in and out within 30-45 min for this type of job...get ready to spend HOURS there. Slow, slow, slow. Ive played with window tinting before and Im confident I could present a customer with a better product. Save your time and your money and find another tint shop!

Ive had my 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat up there for color shifting halo lights and window tinting. The pace seemed gest at first but once we decided on what we were go to do, the day after I would call to set an appointment and they never answer! I have to make a 40 minute drive up there just so I can talk to these guys! The customer service sucks! I really do not recommend unless you have the time and patience.

Maybe all window tinting places are this bad, but Xtreme Tint is definitely down at the bottom. First, they use the bait and switch technique to get you there. They give you a low price on the phone, but when you get there, that price was for the tint that wont let your cell phone or GPS work. Second, I dropped my car off to get the windows tinted. I came back at the end of the day, and they hadnt even gotten to it. So, I bring it back the next day and they have it a full day. I come back at the end of the day (5:30) and have to wait and hour and a half to pick it up. While waiting, there were 3 unhappy customers that came in to complain. Third, the job they did was pretty poor. For their tint to be computer cut, it looks like they did it with an x-acto knife on the windshield. On the rear window, it is all crinkled up, and it has bubbles that have not gone away. You would think for a $600 tint job, it would be a lot better than this.

I asked them for a receipt for some work they had done. They promised to email it to me but didnt. Have had four jobs done there in the past. Two of them had to be re-done, and the most recent still had bubbles. I will find another place to go in the future.

Ive been to Xtreme Tint on multiple occasions for multiple reasons. Theyve done a sound system in my boat, vent visors and weather tech mats on two of my trucks, and on my daily driver theyve done tint, exhaust, weather tech mats, HID headlights, leveling kit, and 35 mud tires over the course of the last year. Every time I go in there they are all very helpful in suggesting quality brands, time frames on when work can be done, and most of all beating everyone elses prices. Theyre knowledge and skill with all brands of auto accessories across the board are unmatched in this area. Needless to say I will be returning for future business whenever I am ready for the next accessory on my vehicles.
