I had Elite Audio come to my home to give me a quote to mount TV’s and install whole home internet mesh as well as hook up surround sound...It was such a pleasure dealing with Andy who came over the very next day after contacting him and in one day got a quote that was far far less then the competition.... and he was also the most professional and not looking to push add on that we didn’t need. Whereby Audio Contractors was almost twice the price and not so professional felt they were ripping me off... I am so glad we went with Elite Audio:)

The whole process from product selection, installation and education of the system was excellent. The installation was smooth with minimum disruption. The four camera system is easy to interact with.

Elite Audio saved our bacon. We have a full house sound system - installed by another contractor. Two days before a major party (the whole reason you have a whole-house sound system) we could only get half the speakers to work. We called that contractor, explained the situation and they told us it would be at least a week before they could get to us. Explained again, party in two days. Will pay extra. Please...help...us...And by the way - you installed the system. They said they would see what they could do.We called Elite Audio and left a message - explaining the situation. They called back 15 minutes later, walked through the problem with us over the phone in 5 minutes and told us where we could pick up a cable to fix the problem. We insisted on driving across town to pick up the cable from them. The least we could do. $10 - and they gave me their cellphone in case we had any problems after they closed that day. Rock solid and our contractor of choice for all audio needs from this point forward.
