Very rude!! NOT helpfull at all!! I went in to up grade 2 phones. I was back at the store in less than an hour because the phone kept freezing up. I just returned them and got a refund since they didnt have the phones I wanted in the store. Lost $50 for upgrade fee. Then I had to purchase 2 new sim cards for another $22 and left with the same old phones. Will NOT be going back to this store!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED THEY BASICALLY SCAM ME OUT MY MONEY I GOT WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A PORTABLE HOTSPOT THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 40GB OF DATA AND AFTER 1 DAY IT SAID THAT I HAD USED MY MONTHLY LIMIT AND I CAN PUT 40GB ON MY PHONE AND IT LAST LONGER THEN THAT I SPENT 170.00 SUM DOLLARS AND THEY COULD ONLY GIVE ME 88.00 SUM BACK THEY COULDNT GIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR SERVICE OR THE ACTIVATION FEE BUT THEY ALREADY NEW THAT RIP OFF DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.... AND I DONT REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT DID THE SALE BUT SHARIKA WHO DID THE RETURN I FELT HER ATTITUDE WAS VERY RUDE.
