Our internet service cable has been lying across our driveway for almost a year. We have an open ticket to have the cable buried. The other utilities came out and spray painted their lines and put out flags but they have been long mowed over and pulled out. We are still waiting for them to come. Meanwhile the cable has been driven over so many times that the cable sheath is wearing out.

I was lied too when told my bill would be 73 dollars. I was told my bill wouldnt go up at all have screen shot of message and everything. Currently looking for a new internet service provider. 100 a month just for internet is ridiculous. At least take me to dinner first.

I asked for a Unlimited gig internet service and for the first few months it was around $80-$90 per month, then one month the bill jumped up to $750 bc my family used around 170gigs of internet WHEN I ASKED FOR UNLIMITED. Ive been using around 100gigs per month and it was only $80-$90, so why did it jump to $700

I’ve used this internet provider for a few years and it was decent internet with decent speeds. However, their customer service is complete garbage. For the price you pay, they are very unreliable.I called to get my internet installed and they said they would be here next week. That was okay (don’t expect someone to cater to every customers need the day of), but they did not keep their promise. After being told someone would call me the day before installation to confirm the appointment, no one ever called. I called myself to find out they pushed my appointment back another week without telling me.After talking with them, they finally said they could find someone to install my internet on the original date. But guess what, they told me what I wanted to hear and still pushed my appointment back another week. On top of this, they tried to overcharge me for cable tv, after I continuously said I only needed internet. Was told my only option was the $127.14 a month, which was a complete lie because I know 2 people who only $80 dollars a month. Didn’t really understand?If they would have just kept their promise I wouldn’t have requested a refund. I advise others to look elsewhere for internet that is worth the money they want you to pay.

We have been dealing with this awful install and service since January. We pay for 2 dvrs only one works. We pay for high speed internet that we are not getting. If I could take pictures of the installation they did and post on here I would, but its not an option. I have lines just laying on the ground and on top of my fence.

My grandma just had a “technician” come visit today. My grandparents don’t speak English, but we assumed the technician knew how to do his job. Apparently took him 15 minutes to help them out, but when I arrive the internet is not connected and the tv is not receiving satellite signal. Didn’t even move back the furniture and left cables everywhere. We texted him back and said he would come back on Monday. Tried getting him to tell us what to do over text and now we have to wait??? This is frustrating. Never thought someone would just do that to an elderly couple. Where’s the professionalism?!

Suppose to have installed our cable and WiFi on Monday. It is now Christmas and still nothing they are horrible with briefing their technican on what he’s actually suppose to be doing. All around terrible customer service band wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor to save their lives.

Customer service over the phone doesnt have a clue! For two days they told me there was an outage in my area. After 3 calls I told them that was baloney! Sure enough I went to the local office and they said there had been no outages. They sent a technician and he was fantastic. He said we needed a new router. So 5 stars for the local office and 1/2 star to the 888 Suddenlink customer service.

Area wide power outage, power restored after 4 days ... No Internet yet no notice on their website. Office locally is closed, so important do I feel as a customer the lackadaisical tech support schedules visit THREE more days in the future. If a modem has no US and no DS signal that is a problem w Suddenlink side modems and or broken lines. Since he claims he could send a signal to reset moden that would imply failed Suddenlink equip.Update:they modified site to reflect. Essentially, tech was scheduled for three days ahead of time reported, service restored day before appointment.

Worse service ever. 20+hrs on hold. Still no phone. Recieved 2 BILLS this month. Worse provider/customer service ever. I wish I had an option to go with someone else. Ive had it with the lousy customer service. Over a MONTH with out a phone. I call, they hang up. I call again get told we will call back in 15min. 2 hrs later calling again. Suddenlink? More like Suddenunlink.

I recently scheduled an installation for cable and internet and have been met with disappointment every step of the way. The price quoted for life for bundled services “does not include fees and taxes”. The specific fees were not broken down. My quoted monthly price of 54.99 quickly escalated to 89.99 with one television and basic services. My installation appointment was scheduled between 11A-2PM. I changed my work schedule to accommodate this time. All day I’ve been revieveing different times, always later, that the technician is scheduled to arrive. Now I am being told that the technician will arrive by 2:45. I’ve been at home all day waiting so I called customer service which kept me on hold for 38 minutes before telling me that I can either wait all day or reschedule to have the same issue another day. I am beyond irritated with the process. If you can at all help it, JUST GET AT&T. Faster internet isn’t even worth it.

My bill started off at $99.00. In Magnolia, AR Then it went up to 129.00, Now its over $160.00! For some reason they go up on your bill without notice to the customer! Im cancelling my service returning their equipment and going to buy me a firestick $50.00 from Target and get wifi from a different cable company!

A very lousy and almost fraudulent business. They keep charging me unrelated items I never requested or ordered and when I call customer service, representatives are unprofessional and rude. The bad thing is that they have monopoly over internet service in Magnolia.
