I was so disappointed to purchase that horrible golden headband with flowers that literally not only damaged my hair but had a giant nest on my hair that took 3,5hrs to untangle ( my super flat healthy non colored hair) . Wish that the seller at this shop never encouraged me to purchased it. It used to be my favorite store with so many products in one place until this happened. Not sure if this store just sells anything so therefore there is a tons of products but from now on, unless its a well known brand, not purchasing anything there anymore. It is embarrassing to sell people just anything. Quality vs quantity. This store needs a major product filtering. Horrible experience.
