It just reopened, I was excited to spend some money. The representative said we could not wear our own masks, we had to wear one of their masks. Left out side open, no plastic covering, unsterile and unhealthy. I will never patronage this store ever again . The cdc says face covering only, no other guidelines.

It wasnt very crowded in the store. The employees and staff were very helpful. They were able to color match me in some different brands. However, I like to see how a foundation looks in natural sunlight. When I said that I wanted to see what the foundation looks like outside and I wanted to wear it for a little while to see how it felt on my skin, the employee got really upset and try to pressure me to buy something then and there. She said that I could always return it if I needed to, but she started to give me a lot of attitude about not buying something then. I understand that they spend a lot of time with color matches, but I dont want to buy something that doesnt look right in natural light. After that, she stopped helping me and didnt answer any more questions that I had. I just noticed that she got very angry and annoyed, as if she was mad that she helped me to begin with because she thought she wasted her time. I actually ended up going back the next day to buy the product, but she was not there. Just because I walk out of the store does that mean Im not going to buy anything, but I shouldnt be pressured to buy something on the spot. Otherwise, the store was very nice and it had a good selection. It was clean and neat. However, Im not sure that I would go back after experiencing how upset the employee got.

Over priced and rude staff. I was there for 25 minutes waiting for someone to assist me in finding my exact color. I am a paying customer and no one remembered that i was waiting. Frustrating and not recommended.

Sephora is Sephora... however this store has either racist or rude workers. Literally every time I come here someone does something unprofessional. Like today I walk up to the counter to asked where certain products are and one of the employees walks off as if I’m not standing there (rude and unprofessional) the last time I went they all looked at me as if I were stealing products. As a Sephora Insider and shopper it’s disguting to have to deal with such childish and racist unprofessional behavior. Hopefully they take a page out of StarBucks Book and have diversity training day. We all work hard and want to receive exceptional service when we spen our money!!!
