Everyone there was really nice and incredibly helpful. I went through so many pairs of glasses and they never acted like they were trying to hurry me. It truly was a wonderful experience. Even while I took 1000 pictures to ask my husband, I can’t wait to get my new glasses !!

From the way beginning a gentlemen named John attended me and my girlfriend with a great attitude. We were welcomed as if it was my home. John helped find the perfect pair of glasses. Will definitely come back here for a second pair.

Theresa took great care of us. My daughter broke her frames and they were very accommodating and gave us all of the options on what our choices were. She was able to put the existing lenses into a new frame. We were in and out in minutes. I always get great customer service at this location.

Theresa is one of the employee at the store and she met us with a great smile the moment we stepped into the it, further, she was very pleasant to deal with and made us feel very comfortable choosing the needed glasses. We had a great time and definitely will come back as soon as we may need any other glasses.

John was amazing, thorough, thoughtful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My kids got prescription sunglasses and regular eye glasses. I got sunglasses, and regular eye glasses and John even fixed my old pair of glasses and sunglasses from another big box optometrist that had my old script but I wanted to use them as back ups. He fixed the underwire in my eye glasses and gave me a screw to replace the one I lost in my sunglasses. He did all of that at no additional charge, a saint! They also took photos with green dots and a prism to see exactly where on my lenses my script should sit, for each frame for myself, and my two kids. John invested time with us and I am so appreciative of that. I walked away with my new glasses same day, with confidence that they were the best. I had to wait a few days for the blue light protection for my son’s glasses but that only took 3 business days and I was told 7. Under promising and over delivering. Extremely satisfied! Will never go to My Eye Dr. again, they never did the frame photos, or the adjustments at delivery, always over promised under delivered, no craftsmanship, no pride in the work. Nothing like John, his female associate (I forgot her name, but also friendly, funny, professional, and Filipino), and the lab technician who came out addressed me and assured me that my new glasses with new script would be done and ready before I was ready to leave the store! True to his word, 15 minutes later, I had my new glasses in hand. Everything was so smooth and efficient. Very very happy!!

Great place, would have given 5 stars but will only grind rimless frame lenses for their own frames. Nice. They won’t pull wool over your eyes.

I went this morning to have 2 pairs of glasses fixed. They both had broken bands that hold the lenses in. The store was closed but a technician was inside and when I asked when they open he offered to just take them through the security gate and just fix them right away even though they were closed. Not only that but he did it for me at ZERO cost.His name was Mike and he even complemented me on my dungeons and dragons shirt!

I was highly impressed when I came here, I needed to get glasses immediately and having had gone to two other places, both very unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. They lacked informing me of their inability to provide same day glasses until after the exams, lacked any concern to my current and past health history which has severely affected eyes directly, making it important for me to see an eye doctor to check status of them. The main doctor I had been with first at another office, she had not a miniscule of desire to hear what had happened to my eyes, never gave me any answers to questions I had about my concerns with my eye, and I believe she mentioned three or four times within our short appointment, how my son was not to be there with me. I replied to her the first time she mentioned him, I think that no caring doctor would have then repeated his presence again when it’s obvious I can’t just make him disappear. I got told then that they were unable to do glasses, I’d have to wait two weeks for them to be ready!? I made it clear I was needing to have them today and they waited until I owed them money to explain that to me. It was the worst dealing I have ever been in with a doctor, then seriously Uber’d us to to another eye doctor who didn’t have same day lenses either, as well as unkind employees not even interested in someone walking in the door, oh and they didn’t want my son in there either. Waited for our Uber outside, because of epilepsy I can’t drive so it was the icing on my cake when I had to take a bunch of rides today carrying a car seat along with us. It’s fun, trust me. Reason I’m saying this is because one nurse literally referred to my ride and car seat as “reasons not to drink and drive”. Yeah. Like didn’t even react like her statement was inappropriate or anything. Being that I don’t drink any longer, over a year and some months, this woman’s complete and volitile accusation in front of my son and people, well it was embarrassing. Getting to your store I was not in a great mood and I was not feeling up to dealing with anyone. To my surprise, I not only was able to get new glasses in under an hour, the man who helped me was polite, patient, and really just a cheer to me and my sons frustrating and long day. Friendly, obviously enjoyed his workplace and knew how to help me pick frames I loved, all while being attentive to my energetic 4 year old. My memory is terrible so I don’t remember for sure what his name was but I believe it was James, John? Close to that. Tall man, blonde hair, really made our day. I will be getting another pair soon and plan to not only buy them from him, but have also made an apt for my contact lenses and now will be a returning patient along with my family. It takes a cheerful, comfortable experience for me to actually write a review like this and I am very thankful I ended up here with the customer service your employee extended, along with having frames exactly as I was looking for and able to get me lenses with UV protection (helping with my epilepsy) I was satisfied, smiling and happy. Your employee should be recognized for being genuinely interested in his job and focused on care and treatment to customers at this store. It’s nice to have had this experience and I will be referring others to your company and this location. Kind of service is rare to find and it’s appreciated fully, turned our day around to be treated with care. Thank you for that and letting me walk away being able to see again!

Outstanding experience both with Dr. Pham and the sales associate, Cassandra at LensCrafters. One of the best experiences in store that Ive had and I have had MANY.

Buyer beware! Mixed feelings on this location. Im a new LensCrafter customer, though I wont be returning to the location in the Manassas Mall after my most recent experience.To start off positively -- the frames are absolutely beautiful in the store, very hip and stylish and a decent quantity to choose from. Most of the staff Ive worked with at the Manassas Mall were friendly and helpful, though that was unfortunately not the case with my last visit with the associate I worked with.I stopped by to pick up my new glasses, but I was surprised to see a substantial glare from the lenses when I pulled out my phone camera. I let the associate know and he took a look and insisted that the lenses had anti reflective-coating. I believed him -- I had sent them back to add the AR coating on to begin with -- but wanted to see if there were additional tiers of AR-coating to decrease the glare as minimal glare is preferable in my line of work Again, he insisted that there was AR on the glasses and sarcastically responded that he “was sorry I had some glare for my selfies” along with a slew of other disparaging remarks such as what is up with you ladies today, did I look at you wrong or something? He went on to ask me to show him proof of my other glasses that had better AR and when I obliged, he said, yeah, but that photo is clearly filtered. (lol, you cant make this stuff up -- and if anyone knows how to remove glare via a filter, please do let me know!Shocked and disappointed by this response, I left in a hurry. After reviewing my insurance benefits at home and speaking with a Lenscrafter associate at Fair Oaks -- it turned out that I was provided a basic level of AR-coating rather than the premium level. And upon visiting the location at Fair Oaks, I was able to be upgraded with no problems at all! Fantastic service and an even larger array of glasses to choose from, I might add.The fact that the Manassas Mall associate could not assist me with upgrading my glasses is profoundly disappointing. For those looking for new glasses, Id recommend steering clear of this location and going to Fair Oaks -- its worth the drive.

They always provide great service when I get new glasses. This time, I needed a frame repair and these nice folks cheerfully fixed my glasses for free. You can be sure my wife and I will ne back for our next purchase.

Such a friendly staff, I have worked with Debi a couple of times and she is terrific. She is so patient as picking out new glasses can be overwhelming. I appreciate her honest opinion on styles and how they frame my face. I have never had a problem with any pair of glasses I have gotten at LensCrafters which is why I keep going back.

He was thorough, caring, and prescribed a solution for my eye health that was just right for me. The technicians were great as well. Debi fitted me for two pairs of glasses. Came here to get my very first pair of glasses. Debi walked me through the whole process and was so patient and kind as I tried on various pairs to help me figure out what frame fit my face the best. She took pictures and waited as I compared them, sharing advice and her opinion. I love how genuine the staff here are. It goes beyond customer service and feels more like talking to old friends. A week later, I came back to pick up my glasses and although Debi wasnt there, I got the same excellent service and genuine interaction from the man who was working that day (I was so nervous and anxious going in for my new glasses, that I didnt get his name unfortunately). He spoke with me about how to keep my new glasses clean, and was very patient as I tried them on. He recommended adjustments that made them fit better on my face and just let me hang out there and feel them out until I was ready to go and felt comfortable in them. Just exceptional service all around, what an experience!
