My husband decided to drag me into this place today since my glasses, are not only old but, peeling on the lenses. We got there around 2ish and was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen till 3:40. Not only did they call me back for my eye exam way before that, we had everything done from pre-test to purchase before 3pm. The ladies in there were amazing and answered all questions we had. Dr. Kaye was fun and efficient and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone needing glasses. Only down fall is that there is a 2 week turn around for the glasses to come back. I’m pretty sure that is pretty standard though for most places these days.

I went to this Vision Works for the first time on 7/28/21. The customer service staff was great at this visit; and I had no issue with waiting for my glasses for two weeks. So I picked up my glasses on 8/6/21 at 9:10 am and tried them on. I was told to look around to be sure I could see and I could at a distance. I was not given anything to read to be sure the lens were corrected per my prescription. The problem comes in now that I am at home sitting in front of my computer( where I need my glasses more than ever) and I notice I do not have a clear focus at arms length; I see better with my glasses off. This is not good!!! So I called and ask could I speak with Jung Suh the doctor that gave me my exam. I was told she just comes in some time, so I ask who could I talk with? The young lady said she could help me and I told her the issue. To be clear, I have got to go back to their office which is (38) minutes from our home, and see the main doctor. I will discredit myself a little because I should have found out more information about this doctor that I saw. I have to wait until 8/14/21 before I can see the main doctor. I verified with Samantha (after (8) times trying to get in) that I would have no issue with the doctor correcting my lens at no extra charge or office visit. She stated this is correct. I am disappointed with this doctor Jung Suh. I gave them a (3) because my main purposes was for my vision (customer service should be a given) and a prescription that was not correct. And while I could see great from a distance, I was not given any other options to read anything to be sure my prescribed glasses were correct. I paid a lot for my glasses here and this is so upsetting!!!

My appointment was great, good doctor, good equipment, short wait, etc. The only reason I don’t rate them higher is because of the prices of some of their glasses. As I was walking up to pay? They say that I can get 50% off glasses if I buy them today! I thought, wow that is awesome, I am going to buy some sunglasses the . I started looking around and the prices of the sunglasses were outrageous! I saw a pair of Ray Bans that was $250, but found the exact same pair online for $125, which is less even with the discount. I didn’t get any glasses there, which wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was great though.

I’ve been going here since I was a little kid. And this time I went the doctor I saw actually noticed my eye that I’ve always had issues with. No one there ever noticed I guess. But she gave me info on how to fix it and not have surgery. Love this place!!

PHENOMENAL. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and Dr. Gohari was so polite and kind. From the moment, I walked in the staff was so attentive and efficient. This is my new practice for my eye appointments. I was in and out within 20 minutes and everything was done with attention to detail!

I had my eye exam and ordered new glasses at the same time. The exam was thorough and efficient. No eye drops!! The doctor was pleasant and explained the images and results of the exam. I chose my frames, had my fitting, and was out the door in a total of an hour. I would highly recommend this Visionworks store.

No words can express how much I appreciate Visionworks Doctors Of Optometry and its staff! I had a nose surgery and could no longer wear glasses. I was supposed to be back to work on Monday and needed contacts urgently to drive to work. I called Visionworks on Sunday afternoon and of course they were booked, as no optic place is open on Sundays. I explained my situation and Ibrahim got me in. I am very impressed with the doctor and staff here. I was taken back before my appointment time and was done with the exam within 10 minutes. That is even with the extra scan I had done and the doctor was very thorough in getting my correct prescription.Mary S helped with completing my frame selection and processing my order. The physician who completed my exam was wonderful. Professional with a sense of humor. The gentleman who assisted with frame and glasses had no personality. He showed no emotion and really negated my otherwise great experience.

I went in to get my frames adjusted because they were not straight the vision works employee who was helping me cracked my frames while she was adjusting them. So I asked what can you do about it and the manager suggested to give 50 percent off to replace my frames. I said youre employee broke it I think you should replace it at no cost because it isnt my fault youre employee was not trained properly to make adjustments to frames. So they did honor to replace my frames at no cost which took another week for my replacement frames to come in and they said they would call when it comes in. A week goes by and no phone call I received so I called and they said ohh your frames came in so I come in and the manager was assisting me and she had the biggest attitude to me like its my fault that my frames broke. But its ok I got my replacement and hopefully she can train her employees better.

I was able to get in same day in Manassas VA even though its hard to get an appointment, but everyone working there seemed so stressed. The gentleman who helped me was okay, but seemed rushed to make sales. The lady who seemed like the manager was in a bad mood and was rude to the employees in front of customers. The Optometrist was nice and seemed knowledgeable. She was quick, but gave detailed feedback and was efficient. Maybe there needs to be more staff helping on phones and in the store. Environment had chaotic energy and prices were high in the end. I have mixed feelings about whether Ill go back or not.

I cant believe the bad reviews that this location is getting. It must be a brand new staff there now. I walked in on Friday evening. Yes they where very busy. The nice lady at the counter asked me if I wanted to make a appointment and come back on Saturday. I replied yes, I went in on Saturday 30 minutes before my appointment time. As soon as I got there. I filled out my paperwork, waited for 2-3 minutes. Then I was called to the back and done all of my eye 👁️ testing for 👓. The doctor she was very nice, and Funny.

You can save money. But its hit or miss. I just got new glasses. My reading (close up) vision just doesnt work well. Long distance is perfect. The optometrist rushed me through the test. So the prescription appears inaccurate. But two years ago, a different optometrist took the time to get it right and the glasses worked well. Remember the optometrists. They are not all good or customer oriented. Pick a good one, stick with that one. Then take the time to wear/test the new glasses and go back if they arent right.

Professional and courteous service! We were able to easily and efficiently schedule appointments for our family of four online and enter our medical history which saved time when we arrived for our appointments. Our exams were what you’d expect but we found the doctor to be very engaging, thorough, and provided us a number of options for our eye care. The front office staff was phenomenal and really did much to make us feel comfortable and to help us find glasses that fit each of our different styles and preferences. While we primarily worked with Evaling, the other two associates chimed in and helped us with frame selections that were helpful. After several years of searching for a new doctor since I last one retired, I think we can say we’ve found our new optometry home. My only ‘wish’ is for them to increase their selection of designer frames. Overall, we had a great experience and are sure to return.

Doctor was great with the kids!!!!! She really made them feel comfortable and confident about visiting their office. I called in to schedule and they were able to get me in same day! The only reason Why I am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because one of their front staff member wasn’t so friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Other than that it was an overall great experience.

Very pleased with my experience at this location. I’ve been meaning to get to a new pair of glasses for awhile but dreaded the process. From the moment I walked in I felt that it was going to be a good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of all the insurance look ups that other glasses stores have made me call about in the past. Savannah and Mary were very helpful throughout the process from waking in the door to walking out to with a fancy pair of glasses that I was satisfied with. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the prescription was crystal clear. The prices were good and their promotions were a nice added bonus. I spent far less than I budgeted for. Overall a great experience and a satisfied customer. I definitely have found my new store and will be back!

I took my daughter here for her first glasses, and we could not have had a better experience. Her exam was fast and easy, the selection of glasses is huge and varies greatly, and the specialist that helped us pick out glasses was wonderful. Her name was Savannah, and she had such a sweet and knowledgeable personality! She helped us find the two pairs of glasses that my daughter loved the most. We picked up her glasses today, and both pairs fit her perfectly. I cant recommend this company and this location enough!

Went to Visionworks in Manassas to have my yearly eye exam today. Highly recommend this place!!! The doctor was super nice and helpful. Answered any related question I have. Staff was super nice, too! Savanna was the one helped me and she was so pleasant and patient!! That makes the whole process so easy and efficient! She helped find few pairs that not just looks great but fits well!! This is my first visit and this location will be THE one I will go again!!

I’m so disappointed in my experience with this Business. I should have listened to my first impression when I walked through the door. They appear to be disorganized, my interface with the “technician” felt like she lacked training. There was a pricing “misunderstanding” and a manager needed to step in and fix the problem by inputting false information in to the system!This was on October 31st it’s now November 20th and my order hasn’t been filled! “My glasses were broken in the Lab where they are processed?” What? That’s what I was told. What kind of people Break things like glasses that they are “making?”Not once have I ever been called to be followed up with!I mean it when I say, stay away. There are many other options... Worst customer care, I’ve ever experienced!

My family had the best and easiest experience with the help of Emely and Evelyn. They assisted us in choosing the best frames and the checkout was quick and easy. We also needed a pair to be ready by the next day for traveling reasons and Evelyn made it happen! Always the best service in this location.

The vision works in fair oaks gave me a pair of glasses with loose lenses. I came to the manassas location a couple weeks later (after I figured something wasn’t right) and Mary helped me out by calling the manager of fair oaks and having them make a completely brand new pair for me, for FREE. Amazing customer service. Very happy with my experience here, and this is why I stopped buying glasses at competitive places.

I can be rather “needy” as a customer, with questions, changes, options, and decision making. Each and every staff member was patient and understanding to all of them. Doctor and staff were very helpful to me personally and to my 3 children. They were all patient too with my sons “first time fitting” of contacts lenses as well and the return of something I added from prior appointment. Great place definitely would recommend.

I made the mistake of sleeping in my contacts and thought I had a cut on my eye. My normal doctor and most eye doctors were closed because it was Sunday. Visionworks was open and when I told them what was wrong were happy to fit me! I was seen quickly and everyone was very nice and extremely helpful.
