I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I have been to this store 3 times in the past month and always was treated very well. Had a very complete eye exam and purchased new glasses Everyone I met was kind and helpful. I do think the glasses are a bit pricey but the staff was fine to work with

Worst experience with this location! These ladies were not friendly at all- very rude and dismissive! Came in to pick up the glasses and both ladies working here treated us like we were bothering them. Didn’t care to adjust or tighten the glasses...absolutely nothing! Almost like “here you go-get out now”. Terrible customer service for us unfortunately.

I always hated target optical, but this one made me furiousWhen I asked for the insurance we had, and ask again to make sure they yelled “we do accept it” we’re sorry we can’t confirm our insurance(I would do ZERO stars)

I really appreciated Jennifers patience in helping me choose frames even the sunglasses tint color, explaining to me the price differences and bottomlines. I know that choices are good, but sometimes they can be overwhelming. Jennifer obviously knows the products so well, but she also considered how I was going to use them. She did it in an unhurried manner making the process less pressuring. Thank you so much Jennifer! :)
