I loved this place! The people were so nice and also asked questions about my skin before doing my eyebrows to see if it was okay to have them waxed. I ended up having to get them plucked but I still definitely reccomend the place! Alexis was super nice and did an amazing job. Definitely going again!

Andrea was FABULOUS at understanding my problem and solving it. She saved me from struggling to explain all the details (some not truly necessary). She certainly made me feel like a important and highly valued client.

They say they close at six, but apparently they close whenever they want. We called before leaving the house to find out what time they close and we showed up at 5:30, and they were already closed. The man there made no attempt to make up for the fact that we drove over an hour round trip for literally nothing. He had absolutely no desire to help us. He actually tried to convince us that we were late even though they weren’t scheduled to close for another 30 minutes, and the service only takes about 20. Really frustrating!
